PAN Coupon no.[protected] applied on 06-Feb-2017 and under allotment since 13-Mar-2017 but no change their results so for. Its services are much poor. This company loosing their trust. This is applied for social work organization Rural Muslim Welfare Trust to achieve its donors targets and taking some others formalities but failed due to its laziness and much taking time.

My Pan Card Nnumber is CTDPP6866K, I had raised request to make a change in name in pan card services for financial year[protected], It has been more than 3 months and i am still waiting for changes in pan card name and the financial year now is[protected], seriously in india, it is very difficult to trust govt services, does it really take so long to change a name in pan card, please look into this and help the people rather than making them wait in queue for so long.

I applied for my PAN card vide coupon No. U- N00136622 HALCHAL BABA, and allotted PAN number- CTCPB6549L. I was informed by your customer executive that 10 days time require for processing further. but till date I have not received my above said pan number, I have already up loaded my clear photo and signature as directed by the your executive. Please send my pan card at my residential address immediately

It is dispatched through Registered post on 6th march 2017 with consignment number RM[protected]IN, till now i didn't received my pan card. when i am tracking the status its showing delivered to KONKAN BHAVAN Mumbai. PAN CARD returning to Mumbai office bcz I was not in the address ahile delivery so change of address form with attached address proof has been sent to the Mumbai by both soft & hard copy office by the end of FEB'17 still not returning and nobody picking the office phone for help

I applied for correction in pan details on 16/3/17. The application along with the documents reached to the PAN PDC INCHARGE on 20/3/17 as per the india post tracking. But still the status is showing Your application in original (with physical documents) is not received yet. I tried to contact on the given no. but failed. I had applied for a new PAN Card and my application had been received on 11th March, 2017. It's have been more than 23 days, but still when I track my application, It still shows
"Application is received and is under verification". As I know It hardly takes 10-15 days to generate PAN Number.

1th march 2017 i also applied for my father pan card with aadhaar card enclosed.

But today is 27th march 2017 and online record still not able to find any record.

Pls look into matter why record not updated yet, document with you or lost

Complaint: The original MEPUS Unit Certificate was submitted for redemption in 2005 with all papers. But objection was communicated vide objection note dated 19.11.2005 with following notes: Objection Details: Joint Holder has not signed/ Signature mismatch.
I wrote on August 21, 2006 to the Regional Manager, UTI TECHNOLOGY SERVICES LIMITED, Central Processing Centre, Plot No-3, Post BAG No-18, Sector-11, CBD-Belapur, Navi Mumbai-400 614 to return to us the entire papers along with the original certificate submitted by us for repayment of the proceed of MEPUS, so that we may resubmit the same to you after removing the defects pointed out by you.
It was stated that We were unable to remove the defect in the absence of the required document, despite the defects having been pointed out by UTI long back on[protected]. Accordingly, it was requested to return to us the entire papers along with the original certificate submitted by us for repayment of the proceed of MEPUS, so that we might resubmit the same to UTI after removing the defects pointed out by UTI. But the request was not complied with.
On March 29, 2016, I wrote to M/s Karvy Compushare Private Limited, Unit: UTI Mutual Fund Karvy Selenium Tower B, Plot No. 31-32, Gachibowli, Financial District, Nanakramguda, Serilingampally, Hyderabad-500032 intimating Non Receipt of MEPUS Unit Certificate. for 809 units with request to kindly send my MEPUS Unit Certificate for 809 units .But, again the request was not complied with .As such, I am without my Unit certificate and unable to redeem, my 809 MEPUS units.
My Unit certificate may please be returned immediately.
