HI, My order number is 156474 deliver on 16/01/2016. I want to return this as the quality is very bad and colour is very different.

Customer care number is always busy. Please resolve this issue ASAP.

My order number is 156474.

I am not satisfied with the quality and colour of the product (lehenga chili) delivered by utta.vastra.com.

The quality is very poor and the colour is completely different from what is shown in the site Uttamvastra.com.

It will hardly cost 200 rs i[censored] go and buy the Same in local market .

I have already paid 649/- (Cash on Delivery) on 16 the Jan 2016, the day on which it was delivered.

I want to return the same and I have already filled the Refund form and submitted provided by you.

Please let me know by what time it will be picked up from my place as I have still not reveived any information regarding the same and please refund me the full amount 649/- ASAP.

Response will be highly appreciated.

        I have ordered for a dress in Uttamvastra.com website on 27th Dec, 2015 which i'm yet to receive. Yesterday i got a call from aramex guy(ph:[protected]) saying about my order in Uttamvastra.com. I went to receive the order, to my surprise he was asking me to return the product, for which i have raised request. I told him have not yet received the order what will i return and who raised the return request on behalf of me. When i asked him for the details, he denied to give me any other details and told me please leave you will get the order if not received so far. I don't what i should do now. Dropped an email to Uttamvastra people, for which i'm still expecting a reply.

        I have Got the order delivered very next day without any necessity from the uttam vastra people. Quality of the product was very bad though

                    I have purchased an yellow patiala churidhar from Uttam vastra's online website on[protected]. But the quality of the product is very poor and also looks very much different from what they have shown in the website. So I requested for return of the product and they agreed to refund the amount(Rs 569 +shipping charge 100 so total Rs.669). I have submitted my bank account details. Now they are claiming that they have refunded the amount on[protected] to my account. Inorder to verify it I have submitted my account statement during that period to them that the amount is not credited to my account. After that they are not responding to my e-mails.

                    I got your message on 16/01/2016 telling me to send the product to your address and you will refund the amount. But the procedure is first you refund the cash in my account and then i will send you the product by courier. otherwise what is the guarantee that you will refund the cash.Earlier you told that you have refunded the cash. But I didn't get that.
                    I sent you many e-mails but you didn't even reply to it. when we buy a product from you first, without any guarantee we pay the cash. So now you refund the cash and arrange a courier service to send the product. Please reply for all e-mails.
                    Atlast you responded to my e-mail. So thanks and kindly proceed the refunding. i am waiting for it.

                      I had place an order on 27 Dec 2015 and the expected time of delivery promised Is 10-15 days. However even after 12 days today i still haven't received the product I ordered! I have spoken to the not so helpful and utterly clueless customer service agents twice, first on Monday January 4th, 2016 and today i.e. Saturday January 9th, 2015 namely Suraj and Ritika respectively. And yesterday i was informed that the product haven't even been dispatched in the first place!!! And the icing on the cake is it will take another 7-10 days!!! The customer service agent was rude and clueless about my product and told me it will take anothe 7-10 days since the product hasn't been dispatched yet! When I asked if I'll cancel the order i was told I'd not get the delivery charges back for the delivery that was not even attempted!

                          The product which has been delivered is not as per the stan dard which has been shown in the picture & quality is also not worthwhile, as it was first time the experience wasnot good at all.

                            I have done an order in uttamvastra of 3 products showing superb images with a cost of 2500.But 3 are utter;y poor pieces.Request for a return after that no reply and not attending the call.Please ban this fraud company otherwise more people will get cheated.

                                        My Order No. 73668, I wanted to return the product on the same day I Received because of fabric & Colour not as mentioned. Despite my several mails and calls no procedure for refund has been generated. Customer care executives are worst ever. MR. HIREN (SO CALLED HEAD) does not take calls and does not bother about customer grievances. Worst Online service ever encountered by me. Persons including PRADEEP RAJPUT, KARISHMA, KHUSBOO & OTHER (CUSTOMER CARE AGENTS) assured of refund with in 5-7 days but no action has been taken yet. WORST WEBSITE, NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS SITE EVEN BY MISTAKE

                                        In response to my complaint, atleast a reverse pickup has been initiated by the uttam vastra, but there was no acknowledgement of the same so how can we be assure of refund. as no action was taken earlier despite several calls, how can i be sure that after returning products i will get my refund. i request you to acknowledge and assure me for the refund. an early action in this regard will highly be appreciated.
