I have ordered Fashionable Designer Full Sleeve Black Kurti on 29 january 2016 order number is 200111 but When i had received my order its not good and i have raised a return request and already filled the form through my gmail id and the customer care said that the pickup service is from the company side but no call no email i have received.i have prepared my package for return. How could i receive my refund if no one is responsing properly.

Second order id is 200167 ordered on 29 january and still not received this product yet now and no tracking id given by the uttam vastra.

I have made a purchase on Feb 6th and i did not get the product yet. I have called up customer care numbers but no one responded to this. This is the first time i purchased online with the suggestion from one of my friend. But i strongly doubt this website reliability.

I calls customer care several times no proper response regarding refund bcoz the product quality is very very bad, wen I called customer everytime tey speak only in Hindi no one dnt knw English n lie tat link is sent to fil account details for refund but no email received.big fraud company plz dnt buy anything from tis form it's cheap n fake.waste of money.

I ordered for few cloths, and paid using my card. But even after waiting for two months, they did not reimburse my money.

I ordered for clothing worth around 759 INR on January 30st 2016, paying through online banking. Even after 3 weeks there was no update from uttam vastra team.
Even after 4 days i mailed uttam vastra team .They replied that your product is on processing and get your product within 8 to 10 days .Today they replied that your payment for order is pending. i made the payment through CC avenue terminal .I got reply from CC avenue payment successful and transferred to uttam vastra.reference Number[protected], Order number: 20531_16013101 .
Uttam vastra product not needed to me and cancel my order no:205831.
So cancel my order and immediately refund my amount

Since the company is bogus and online fraud.

I invite everyone to like the page and reach it more viewers. This can not be continued. I am a regular buyer from myntra, flipkart, hopscotch etc. I never experienced these kind of fraud. It is time that consumer inform each other about this fraudulent.

I have placed an order with "Uttam Vastra" (http://uttamvastra.com) vide Order No. 96068 in the name of Tarachand Choudhary amounting Rs.999.00.

As the product was not as per shown on the site, we have decided to return it and as instructed by Uttam Vastra we have returned the goods on 19th January, 2016 vide Tracking No.[protected]Shree Maruti Courier Services Pvt. Ltd.), which was received by them on the next day.

Since then, they are just making fake promises of refunding the amount in 3-4 days but till date no refund has been received in my end. Even company's policy is to refund the amount within 15 days.

Refund amount is Rs.1049 (999 + 150 courier charges which they promised to refund).

PLEASE HELP me in this matter as now I am worried about my refund.

I have orderd one pink and beige anarkalion 06/01/2016 holding order no 140311 through uttamvastra.com .I have paid the amount of 1399 through credit card.on 26th jan 2016 i have called uttamvastra they told they are initiating the refund, from that day onwards i am calling them daily but till now i did't get back my amount.
Please help

I have placed a order from "Uttam Vastra" online shopping site on 30th Jan 2016. Value of the order placed is 2946/- Rs but still after 17 days i am unable to track my courier status. Uttam Vastra team is also not responding properly. The delivery address provided to them is completely ok. There is not any tracking from the courier company as well. This site seems completely fraud and is frauding the trust of millions of customers. If this is a fraud site then immediately a strong action should be taken or otherwise peoples will stop trusting online shopping sites. How can i get my order or the money back as their is a cancellation option available but the option is not workable at all. Whom to query with is a complete mistry on this site.

Very much dis-satisfied with uttamvastra. product was too bad. no response from customer care even their head mr. nirmal (parimal.[protected]@gmail.com) . he promise the customer that problem will resolved tomorrow. but tomorrow never come. support care team said you'll get refund amount within 15 days but last 2 month 15 day not come. ([protected]@uttamvastra.com- miss jinal) all executive told our senior not present in our center.

I got my order on jan 21st, and the product is different from what i have order so that i want to return order, i have mailed them with the same issue they replied within 10 to 15 days you will be refunded but till now there is no response from them, iam calling them again and again 5 to 7 working days they are telling and postponing everytime whenever i call, now it is almost 1 month ...so take action on this..

I have order a product about 1 month ago and returned in just 3 days but i have not received my refund yet. i have talk to them they say your refund will be done in next 2-3 days but not received yet. it has been more than 1 months

Again, I am complaining about the same problem. Not getting my products till this date[protected]. Customer executive only gives me assurance that you will get your products. On[protected], I had talk to customer executive named Tushar. The company stated in their website that we will respond in 7 working days. Today, crossed 27 days of ordered product more than 3 times days... The delivery service is worst...shocking... RSVP...

I have ordered from Uttam vastra the order deliver in 1 month as it was COD. and after that nothing is same not the color and quality is worst. You will not be able to wear that even you will feel ashamed o[censored]rself if you gift . So no choice only replacement. so if you want to replace than again long going process 1 month already completed when i raised a return request after 25 days courier guy came to pick but its not his fault its the site and the system's fault and not its more than 10 days when the guy took return order but no money is back till now. almost two months. Super difficult system and services to deal with. nothing is uttam :( all is worst

Our order id 210748 and my sisters id is 209287 not been delivered from last 12 days i have made a credit card payment i guess u people have become careless coz u have received money n now even if shipment doesnot reach us on time is not ur concern m i right?? I have been calling ur customer care they all are giving me same lame excuse and everyone of themhave commited that they will deliver product in 2 days which has never happened please let me know if you will dispatch my order or not u have left no option but to go to consumer forum for this matter now i expect a prompt response atleast on this complaint if not be ready to face consequences.

I received my order on 11 feb the dress is totally different from the dress which show on site very cheap quality i want money back order no.210870 worth of 599.

I would like to inform you all that i placed an order for pink Embroidery cotton black suit. Once i placed the order it took almost 10 days to deliver. After a long wait when i received the product, i found that the quality of the product was very pathetic, cost of the suit was Rs 599, which was not worth at all.

Quality of the product is very different from what been shown on the website.


I wanted to return the product with order no. 15195. Uploaded all the documents for return but still not received refund.TAT for refund has also breached, it has been 2 months but still didn't get the refund. I called customer support 10 times but still no action had been taken.
