The order no. 70136 was placed on 14th december, 2015. It was processed and delivered on 21st dec. I ordered three items and none of them is satisfactory. The order was of Rs. 2677. Hello I M deepika Wadhwani I have ordered yellow & blue designer net lehenga on 12 December 2015 order no 66507 and it received on 19 December2015 after I payment of rs 1199 as code value I M checking and open the wrapped product I M not satisfy this product quality is very poor and there is so much colour difference so I want to return the product and refund my money as soon as possible

I placed an order with Uttam Vastra on 1/12/2015. Order no.53190 for Rs.1349. I cancelled it within 15 minutes and contact your customer care no. and requested them to cancel & refund my money. i sent email also at [protected]@uttamvastra.com with my order no & bank details. but even after 21 days the amount is not refunded even after 21 days and almost 20-30 calls and around 15 emails. every time i get reply that its under process. as per your refund policy the amount should be refunded within 15 days. now ur customer care has stopped responding calls and emails. refund my money fast or else I will be compelled to file complaint at Consumer Court.

I ve ordered two suits for diwali 2015, on 30 October.its now 17 Dec 2015 my order is not delivered and the costumer care executives are also not have any proper answer abt dis order .I called them somany times and even msg them on fb bt no priper reply.mu order number was 32892...it looks like an whole online fraud.

My order no. is 53376 placed on 1st December 2015. As per your site my order is pending due to payment. But I have done payment via HDFC BANK debit card on the time of placing order.& payment has already been deducted from my account. Now i am at this stage where my payment has been deducted but order not proceed. This is my first shopping at UTTAM VASTRA.

I ordered 2 dresses and I the color and quality is not at all good but no one lifting the call and no one is replying to the mail also.

Hello, I order a saree on 26th Oct from uttam vastra website. But they not delivered my order or not refund my money too. They said from last 1 month that they will refund in 2 days but they do not. So please take a action regarding that My order number is 27841.

Let me warn everybody that this is a fraud company. I have placed an order on Nov 19, 2015 and till Dec 15, 2015 I have not received my stuff. I have made several phone calls but every time I have been given an excuse and the girl over phone request me to wait for 10 days and when I ask her to connect me with someone senior she says I am forwarding your complain to seniors and you will get the update within 72 hours. This is in continuation since Dec 3. Also, I have called them today again and now girl says that you are making first time complain...what a shame!!! And she again said very rudely that you need to wait for next 10 days. When I asked her to give me a complaint no so that after ten days new girl should not say that the same (this is your first time complaint) she put my phone mute and I was bound to disconnect it after 50 seconds. I think, the mistake done by me is that I have paid them in advance. I REQUEST EVERYONE NOT TO PAY THEM IN ADVANCE.

I've ordered a dress hwever the quality of the material is soooo cheap.. And when I am trying to return it the website is not at all showing the return option. Help line is also crap. I want to return the item and get my money back.

I purchased a Lehenga on 12/08/2015( Order No: 60896) and I was not at all satisfied with the material as it looked totally different from the one which has been put up on the website. So, I decided to return it. I think a school going kid has designed the site, it is horrible and not user friendly. I ended up calling the Customer Care, and they were totally irresponsible. I have dropped an email to all the Id's related to Uttam Vastra, but I haven't got any reply until now. Please do not buy any product from Uttam Vastra. I need my money back. Kindly process it at the earliest.

On 26th of November I ordered for a suit worth rupees 1299(+Rs100 as shipping charge), with order no. 50241, and I paid it with my shopping card(paid online). On 3rd of December, the courier company named aramex courier send me a message that my order is pending with them(please note that the mentioned courier company did not called me or tried to contact me in any way). When I called on their number, the courier company said that the courier was not successfully delivered and moreover the uttamvastra company had asked them to cancel my order. Since 4th of December I have contact Uttam Vastra fir the same. But they either do not receive my call. And till now I.e. till 10th December I have spoke to 6 or 7 of their customer care representative, each time new person talks and asks me the same problem. And each of them says me the same thing that. '' sorry mam! It was a technical mistake. We are marking your complaint as urgent, don't worry you will receive your order in next 48 hours without any further delay''. It's been 7th day and yet I have not received my order. On asking further they say that we don't have your order and that your order is with aramex courier. When I called the aramex courier company they said they(Uttam vastra) have not send any order to deliver. Today I spoke to the supervisor o[censored]ttam Vastra Mr. Hirendra Pawar. He said he will immediately see into the matter and call me in 2 hours. It has been 4 hours and yet no body called. In fact when I called the representative told me that he had left without any information to be send. Nor have I received any email regarding this. These people have done enough to bring me down to tears. Tell me one reason why I should not lodge a complaint against Uttam Vastra.

I ordered two designer salwar suit worth rs 4949.00 and i received my order on[protected]. My order number is 58451 and order date is[protected]. One of the product which is "Rani Faux Georgette Embroidery Designer Salwar Suit" worth rs 2650.00 is not the same product which I received. They have delivered me a wrong product instead of the above mentioned product. I am trying the customer care number but noone is answering the call. Please take this product and send the actual product which i ordered as the one I have received is a different product with bad quality. Please take some action either send the actual product or refund my money. I have attached images of both wrong product delivered and actual ordered product.

I have purchased one sharee & one lehenga. But I have received that sharee in a bad condition & when I am used to trying to contact them, they made their phone in switched off mode. Also the Lehenga is not good what I have seen on the website o[censored]ttambastra. I have pain Rs. 1, 398. Now what I have to do? Please help me out. I need to return those products & want my money back. I paid by cash.

My order no is 43698, i was order a dress on 19.11.2015 but i cant get yet. even i cant get tracking no for the same. when i ask it to the customer care of the vender they are always asking that they are raise a complaint for the same. but till date i cant get any update or followup from the vender. now i want my money back or take any action on it

Since i had made compain earlier too, they had not responseded to my complain seriously and not taken any action against my complain, i think uttam vastra company is fraud, making customer fool, because they had not delivered by order, even though i had made 100 of phone calls and mail and every time they are saying different words. no body is sincere in order to dispatch customer product on time. and they are giving the wrong tracking number. please take action against this immediately.They are not even canceling my order and giving refund for my money, they are just making excuses and not bothering to take any strict action towards my complain.

Hello, i think uttam vastra company is fraud, making customer fool, because they had not delivered by order since 3rd november, even though i had made 100 of phn calls and mail and every time they are saying different words. no body is sincere in order to dispatch customer product on time. and they are giving the wrong tracking number. please take action against this immediately because before this msg i had made two times complain also, but they are least serious about this, this is my 3rd complain. but of no response.
