Hii, this uttam vastra site is fakei think making customer fool, they are not giving the customer product and takes the money before through online mode. on 3rd nov i had made the payment, but after calling them, mailing 100 times they had not delivered my order. and on top of that i had made complaint twice a time at this consumer complaint box, but even though there is no effect of this on them, nor they had given my product nor they are receiving any calls, and if they receives call they had provided me wrong tracking number, this thing they had done two time giving the wrong tracking no. and telling lie everytime. i me fed up this company, i want this company to be banned.

I am kamlesh kumari, i have made an order on your website on 18 Nov 2015 with order No:43313.
As i received the order today i.e..24 Nov 2015 and i made a payment of 850 rupees including shipping charges when i checked the product delivered by you its totally wrong product which received from you.

I want to return the product and requesting you to return the amount.


Note:kindly explain me the process to return the product.

Hii, on 3rd november i had made an order no. 37474 . from that day i m continously making calls to there customer executive, but they are making me fool, every time they are misguiding me, and giving me the wrong tracking no. and on top of that every time they are saying will get your product within 2days 4-5 dys but they are not working on that just making fool. i want my order very urgently. one thing more, even after giving the complain no. AT 101 they had not response on it. its very shameful to a company that not providing the order on time, and telling lie to a customer about there order.

I am Ramakrishnan from Tamilnadu. I was ordered one anarkali suit on 5 november, 2015 in 1030hrs. You are taken Rs.700/_from my sbi account but 6 November morning you sent a one message to my mobile phone that is sorry for delay delivery. Now you are not deliver my cart so far. Amount is not return to my amount. I called many more time to customer care they are not responsed. I humply request you to please slove this problem .

I am booked one anarkali suit on november 5, 2015 amout is Rs. 700/_ taken from my sbi account. Not delivered so far. I called many more time to customer care nobody responsed. I sent one E mail to customer care service but not replied. I request you to please solve this problem and speed to deliver my cart or return to amount.

I have order a suit from Uttam Vastra, order no. # 41428_15111310;date- 14/11/15 I have made the payment but i have not receive till yet, they had said that they will deliver in 2 days after that they not even picking the calls and not even bothering to take the complain seriously. They didn't provided the the tracking details too. The courier service "Aramex" from where they said they had send the product is also bad, i have read the review about them. On 3rd november, i had purchase an order of pink geogertte lahenga. order no. 37474. and since now not received. i had called 100 times, many of times they did not receive nor response to our calls. on every calls the customer executive says a different view about the dispatch details of my product, no body keep there words. nor they had sent any mail regarding my order, i had said many a times. and the main thing, when i had told to give my tracking no. they had given the fake tracking no. which is invalid. and on every call they are saying it will take 7 days more, 2 days more. they are least bother and serious about the customer problem. i had left many mails regarding my problem but there is no reply from them. and all the contact numbers available on websites are non reachable. and they are nor returning my money back, nor they are confirm about my product delivery date. seriously i am fed up of these customer executive.

I purchased a Dress from uttamvastra.com on 1st Nov2015, the product received has very bad quality cloths material. So I called customer care to return order, as I am unsatisfied with product and I have returned the product also aftre talking to customer care o[censored]ttam vastra and they said they will refund the whole money and the courier chanrges also when they will get the product back. I have sent the product back but now they are not even refunding money of the product and the ocurier chanrges. Called atleast 10 times for this issue. Highly waste site, guys dont buy anything from this site.

Item ordered from UttamVastra on 25 Oct 2015 but not yet received. i have sent mail to their site and call on the contact number many times but no response from Uttamvastra. Hi I have received my order #39078 on 9 November. The product which I have received is completely different as showing in your site. I want to return this order and I sent many mails and msgs many times but no response received till now nobody is picking the phone also. Please help me to get my money back. Thanks

I purchased a Dress from uttamvastra.com on 29 oct 2015, the product received has very bad quality cloths material. So I called customer care to return order, as I am unsatisfied with product but now they are refusing saying we didn't ordered anything from the site. I have ordered two orders of the same product and money was debited from my acccount for both the orders. but only one got placed which is order num 40220. the name of the product is "Green, purple, yellow, chiffon Embroidered, Stone Work Saree" priced at 950rs including shipping charges.

As we had ordered 8 dress on 28.10.2015 by your utamvastra Tracked ID- [protected] and Order No- 30155 by name savitha And we have even received the product by instead of 8 we have received only 4 in the one pack for amount of Rs-4000/-, and the rest 4 dress we haven't received. Kindly please check the delivery point hence we are not receiving any support from they Kindly send the rest 4 dress or Please return back the amount.

I regret to express my ultimate dissatisfaction in regards to your customer service. I had been calling up several times and holding over the line again and again for my material dispatch details but was never able to get the same. The only reply I could get was an assurance to receive the material within one or two days which I could never get till date rather an added assurance was also given to return back the order amount after receiving the material. But such false substantiation given every time I call is shameful. I regret to give such feedback but there is no other option I feel is left now. Till today also they say my order is dispatched but unable to track. Therefore further I would never ever refer this site to anyone atleast to save them from suffering like me later.

Purchased a dress yellow and blue designer. The dress is delivered, the qulaity is very bad. I checked for refund option, it is no where available .I tried to reach uttam vastra on customer care it is always busy. I read a fellow customer complaint according to him, though he returned his apparel the company didnt refund money

I ordered one pink salwar dress material with jary emboridery work but that color was so dark .. It s cotton candy color material and also there was less embroidery work .. Tottally different from image .. Please attend my call
