Hii, this uttam vastra site is fakei think making customer fool, they are not giving the customer product and takes the money before through online mode. on 3rd nov i had made the payment, but after calling them, mailing 100 times they had not delivered my order. and on top of that i had made complaint twice a time at this consumer complaint box, but even though there is no effect of this on them, nor they had given my product nor they...

I am kamlesh kumari, i have made an order on your website on 18 Nov 2015 with order No:43313.
As i received the order today i.e..24 Nov 2015 and i made a payment of 850 rupees including shipping charges when i checked the product delivered by you its totally wrong product which received from you.

I want to return the product and requesting you to return the amount.

I regret to express my ultimate dissatisfaction in regards to your customer service. I had been calling up several times and holding over the line again and again for my material dispatch details but was never able to get the same.
