I've placed my order on 5 Feb 2016 but it as canceled due to some problem o[censored]ttamvastra on 6 Feb 2016 but on the same time i complained for this and they accord me that your order is replaced but till today no order is placed .My order no is 223471 .I request you either replace my order or refund me because i have paid online . And wanna tell you that its my worst deal with you .This is poorest serving website i have visited . Neither its easy to work with website because it don not show all option neither on pc nor on mobile nor with sails person because they themselves dont know about there company

I m received order not to same as per my order. i have so many time in your customer care complained but no reply and not good response. pls i have received wrong order so i m not satisfied with your product and your company respond. i m requested to you pls collect your item and refund as soon as possible.

We have received the product on 26th Jan and initiated the refund on same day. Refund has not been processed so far and everytime they have been giving some lame excuses saying that they will refund withing a week. I still didn't get my money back . had a very bad experience.

The product delivered to me was of bad quality n now they are not processing the refund...guy's this company seems like fraud nt seems they r frauds ...I have mailed regarding refund to this online website I have also called many times bt they give stupid excuses saying that they will refund in 3days every time it's been a month now ...plz frns don't buy anything frm tis uttamvstra they r frauds n they give Vry cheap quality products...

I received my products 3 days back. The quality of fabric is so cheap. No one would ever recommend it to any one. I called them up twice. One of the executive told me that they would replace the products with fine quality or original products. Another executive confirmed that they don't have any policy to exchange the product, so I need to return it. When I asked him to refund the amount, then I will return/courier all products on my own. He refused it and asked me to firstly to return the items. No one has come to collect the parcel as yet. I have already given my account details. These guys are totally fraud. Nowadays when everyone is opting for online shopping and all the vendors are providing their best services, the response from Uttam Vastra is totally unbearable. Instead of being customer friendly, they are here to cheat us. Please don't recommend Uttam Vastra to anybody. Also, one should take strict action against this.

Whosoever is concern, I urge to him/her on behalf of all the customers either refund the amount or change the product and stop making fool of people.

Worst support, poor quality, no refund - fraudulent service, aware of these guys .. I will not leave them until they refund my money.

The product delivered to me was of bad quality and now they are not processing the refund. Guys this company seems to be FRAUD. THEY DON'T HAVE ANY REGISTERED CORPORATE ADDRESS GIVEN ON THEIR WEBSITE.

I want to return product no SKU:UV-20946 since the embroidery is of poor quality also its not semi stitched as mentioned in description

I had ordered two dresses by online payment basis on 21 Jan 2016. Money has been deducted from my account. But my order has not delivered yet. I'd call 7 to 8 times.But all the time the customer care o[censored]ttamvastra gives a stupid reasons that your product will be delivered in 2 to 3 days. They only apolosize due to it. Tomorrow I had talked to Senior Customer Executive named Manoj, he gave me an assurance that we will respond you. Please resolve my problem as early as possible.

I have mailed regarding refund to this online shopping site on 2nd of Jan 2016 and the collected on 8th of jan 2016. I have called many times but they give stupid excuses saying that they will refund within 5 days. It's been a month from now.

I hav ordered a suit on 28th Jan and the timing they gave was 10-15 days and I haven't received yet. Really horrible experience I got from Uttam Vastra.

Product received is of very POOR QUALITY. So I requested for refund and return. I completed all necessary procedures for return and refund. On January 2, 2016 got email from Uttamvastra saying:
Your request is forwarded in our Account Dept.
Your request No: UTVA6393
You will get your refund payment within 10-15 working days.
It has been a month and I still have not received my refund.
I think this is a FRAUDULENT online shopping website.
Customer care always keeps giving assurances since 2 months but still NO REFUND.

Dear Team,
Received mail from uttam vastra on 25th jan on mail they ve given commitment that
the product will pickup by within 6-7 working days.
but did not pickup the product yet.

I ordered one anarkali suit from uttamvastra.com but the product is very much different from the product shown on there website. So u want to return that product I had Send an email and write website but didn't receive any confirmation from uttamvastra when they will collect there product and how will they refund my money

I have submitted all my details as per there mail...on 19th Jan..2016, and today is 5th Feb 2016...
its already crossed 13 working days...
still i didn't get my money and no one came to pick up the parcel ...
It is really a bad site...

My Order Id is 101964. I placed a request for returning the product since the quality and size of the product is not proper.

No revert from Uttam Vastra team since last 20 days. Pathetic people and worst company to deal with.

I order one product in uttamvastra.com, the quality of the product is worst and its not look like the displayed picture. So i returned the product and sent a mail. Till now i didn't received any conformation mail or message. No response from them. Is this the way to deal with the clients?. Please responds to customers as soon as possible.

in this uttam vastra company return policy was 15 days, i have call so many time for refund but i have till not received my fund, so i request to uttam vastra give my fund immediately.

I have order 1 kurti on uttamvastra, the order number was 175342, with 100 rupess delivery charges, but i got two kurtis same.other order number is 174369.with delivery charges. the mistake is from the uttamvastra..when order for 1 kurti, , delivery 2 kurtis, when call to uttamvastra customer care, they are saying tat delivery charges cannot be refund..the mistake is from company, but why customer should bear the loss.

I ordered 2 products and we selected cash on delivery I entered credict card details when I ordered money was deducted from my account and I didn't got the order yet. And the order is unable to trace.
