I ordered Saree for special function on 21-jan-16 order no 178347 and was told that order would be delivered within 8-10 days. But its 8 days over now but order has not yet been despatched yet.Customer Care is not responding for our call and number is always busy.special occasion for which Saree was ordered is getting over now and the goods will remain of no use now if delivered so late

morning i raised a complaint fr not recieving the prodcut -order num70857 in uttam vastra..within 10 min span of time i gt a call from [protected] n said that he z from uttam vastra n want to re-fund the amount n asked about d details ..i told ..juz transfer to the same account which transactions were done for d payment...he said its a protocol n need d details from customer..so.. i just gave the account num ...he told my atm card num n atm back side secret num n all...i asked him...how u got all dt...he told as he z d concern person o[censored]ttam vastra...so nly i hav al d details n asked for otp...i was not ready to give...he started using bad words...i cut the phone...i am facing al this problem as i raised a complaint r wat\? from morning i am facing al this problrem...he z having al my acount n card details...dono wt the problem i gonna face...when i caled cyber crime they asked to give complaint in police station...n m facing al this problem n mental agony ...fr d reason i did onlin shoping...i havent recieved the product from one n half month..n dey even havent kept any mail r refund n instead im facing al this problems...i did othr onlin shoppings too...no where i got this type of problem...
if that guy z not from uttam vastr...how he gt al the details even the order.. transactions ..card details n al...
pls take proper action against this...

i placed an order 70857 on 15 december 2015.through debit card..i havent recieved the order yet...n nt even responding to the cal...its been so long..i want my money refund.
wen i askd d customer care regarding the order they are saying der z noservice to ur shippig adress..if not then why should they take the order...?
its been almost one n half month...i want my money to be refund immediately..
.HOPE THE ISSUE WILL BE SOLVED..

I placed an order ( 150103)on Jan 10 and paid the amount but still I didn't receive my products. Also since Jan 10 the status of my order is "completed". I tried calling customer care too, always busy or no one responds ! No response for my mail too. Just fed up with this uthamvastra

My order number is 86032. I have received my product on Dec 21 2015. Due to bad quality I want to return back. Its already been a month I have complained. But there wasn't any kind of response. I even tried calling multiple times. And now, I want you to take back the product and refund my money in very soon.

I had purchased a Lehenga choli from Uttamvastra.com for Rs. 599/- .
Bridal Anarkali Suit For Rs.699

This got delivered on 25th Jan 2016 and I paid the amount 699/- through COD.

I got highly disappointed since the quality is very poor and the colour completely different from what was displayed on the site and Anarkali dress Damage,

I tried calling the customer care multiple times but it is always busy and no one responds as well.

I sent an email to the support team on the same day to initiate the Return process and refund the complete...

My name is Piyush Acharya. My order no. is 151211, cc avenue reference is[protected] and the date of order 11/1/2015. Uttam Vastra says that it deliver product within 15 days but my product is not even dispatched. I have tried to contact the given number but no one picked the call . I have already paid for the product( patiyala suit) by sbi debit card, bank ref.422583. I am really disappointed and i want the product to be delivered soon or kindly refund my money.

I haven't liked the product and it's already been a month I have registered a complaint. But, there haven't been any response from you. And now, I immediately want you to refund my money.

I ordered a dress from uttam vastra. I ordered it in December and when I received it the material was soo cheap and the color was not the same as shown on the site. I dropped a return request on 29th December 2015. It is written on the site that the product will be returned within 15 days..but it is nothing like that. My order number is 124082.
I tried calling the customer care atleast 5 times, at every call there was a promise of working at my return request and sanction it. I yelled at them, the person attending my call said that madam this is your last call, we will not give you the chance to call again. But the result was nothing. There is no response till now. It is the worst site I had ever used. Stop cheating people and stay on your words. I am tired of calling you people, I have many other works to do. So please work on my return request and take your cheap material back. When it comes to delivery, you deliver it in two days or so but what happens to your services when it comes to returning the product. This is my last request to you to take back your product.

My order number is 102244, even after returning the product on 28 of December and furnishings all the required account information, I still have not received my money which was supposed to be refunded in 10-15 days, it's been a month and still no action is done.

I have select some dress but after reding reviews i dont want to take any risk.products r luking good plz improve qulity & the customer servise & dont cheat people to showing low price

payment from cash on delivery...
product which i receive is fully diferent as shown in a pic...and also damage...blouse piece is also n the whole dress color look dull...not good ...i want to return it as soon as possible..

I placed the order on Jan 13th and I received the product on Jan 22nd. I found that there is much difference in the product which was shown online with the original one. I'm not satisfied. Please return my money and take back your product..
