I have ordered in end of december and i choose for cash on delivery option .
I have received the order on 2nd jan 2016
As i received it i felt it was so much different from whats shown in online then n there i places a return order online
There is no response til date.
after so many calls a customer care executive says that u should put a mail n i did it today (22nd jan 2016)
I hope u people see my return request n refund my money as soon as possible and take back your quality less product.

I booked one ethinic gown order no. 143143 on 7th jan and i was told that i will receive my parcel within 10 days. i paid the amount 1099 rs online.Still waiting for the parcel and after 3 days there is a function @ my home.i wasted my time in just waiting. I also waiting around 200 rs in calling customer care and got the same reply that they will deliver asap.i wasted my time, my money and it will ruin my function as well.send by 21st jan or refund my money back.

My product number is 156474.
I had purchased a Lehenga choli from Uttamvastra.com for Rs. 649/- .

This got delivered on 16th Jan 2016 and I paid the amount 649/- through COD.

I got highly disappointed since the quality is very poor and the colour is complelety different from what was displayed on the site.

I tried calling the customer care multiple times but it is always busy and no one responds as well.

I sent an email to the support team on the same day to initiate the Return process and refund the complete amount to me.

I got an email from them in reply to my mail to fill the REFUND form and SUBMIT.

I have already done the same and still waiting for the information as in by what time the product will be picked up and the amount 649/- will be refunded back in my account.

Request you to please refund me the complete amount 649/- ASAP.

I have ordered twice through Uttam Vastra online (Order ID : 84494 & 141758) worth INR Rs 3745 & Rs 2439 respectively.
Order date Dec 21 2015 and Jan 7 2016. They are not giving me any tracking ID.
I have been calling their customer care number[protected] almost 12 times,
Every time they say your product will be shipped soon.
After waiting for there many days, I have asked for refund on Jan 14 2016. Below is the response.

Some minutes back when I called them, they are not giving proper information about the product or refund.
Please bar this company and they are cheating people.
Also help me in getting the refund at the earliest.

My order number is 100778(4 Items) and I had placed an order in Uttam Vastra on 28 Dec 2015 and after repeated follow up I received the order on 18th Jan and too my surprise I had only received 3. I had ordered 2 pieces of Yellow And Orange Net Embroidery Lehenga Choli × 2 - UV-92690. However I have received only ONE.
The Customer Care does not respond to any of the complains and my emails are never replied. Also I would like to return one of the product (Orange Net Embroidery Designer Salwar Suit - UV-99360). Kindly do the needful else refund the amount.

Today I received your product no 156060 which colar colour suit amt rs 499/-..which do not similar shown in the site and stuff is also so poor and price of suit is also high according to stuff ...i[censored] go n buy same suit in the local market it would be rs 200/-...First time I am deal with you ...it's actually become bad deal for me...So kindly send your executive and collect your product and return my amt Rs 499/-.

Had placed an order on 3rd of Jan 2016 but till date it's impossible for me to track an order. Therefore have dropped an email for at least 3-4 time, still no response or reply. My order no is 128360_16010209 as send by them. If not shipped till date I wanna cancel my order and want immediate refund in my account since I have paid by debit card transactions.

Pls kindly don't order from here, they will not give product on time. I have put order on 18th DEC 2015, the order received on 29th Dec 2015 which is ohk, but the quality of product is so so worst, I have never seen such type of quality within this amount...I am giving bad words almost everyday to myself and thinking why I have given order here? Its better I, myself go in "ratanpol" ahmedabad and get purchase the same product, the quality of product like I am asking you to give me product of amount 600 rs and you are giving me product of 60 rupees by taking 600 rs + 100 rs shipping (yaar itne to ahmd to surat by train me personally aake le jata)..

For 2 product you are charging me 200 rs shipping charge on same address (samaj hi nhi aaya, 1 address pe 2 baar shipping charge kyu, pehle ye samjao muje ki esi kesi policy aap logo ki)

then the product comes after 14 days (it means product ko 200 km kaaatne me 14 days lage, surat - nadiad(45km from ahmd))

me khud personally aata to bhi 1 day me muje mil jata n mera travel cost bi aapke shipping charge se kam rehta...

leave it, chalta hai, but...the quality of product...

pehle to sala ye batao agar aapko phone pick up nahi karna ahmedabad service center se to waha message tone kyu laga ke rakha hai...3-4 min wait karna padta hai fir phone rakhna padta hai, baat kuch hoti nahi hai fir bhi har baar 5-10 rs katt te hai...
aur esa kam se kam 15-20 baar hota hai...

matlab muje apna product return karne ya refund karne ke liye jo aapse information leni thi uska muje 100 rs phone bill aata hai...

dusre din me phone karta hu, muskil se jese tese meri customer care se baat hoti hai, ab wo bolte hai ki aapko mail karna hoga, mail me aap order no and etc... info send karo...2 min ki baat ke liye kasam se mene apne 100 rs kharch kiye...

I have sent mail that on 5th Jan 2016, dusre din muje reply milta hai ki "hamara(uttamvastra) person aake aapke waha se product leke jayega and uske 14 din baad aapko refund milega"..., ek form fill up karne ke liye jo ki bank related details fill karni hoti hai and dusri info bhi send karta hu...its on 6th Jan 2016..

Made payment for order no. 129433 Through debit card but product not yet received. M not able to login for tracking it .
