Your return policy is worst. I applied for return by login the ID o[censored]ttam vastra. There after login the status is coming return. But no executive has come to take the product and I dint even get my money back. You have written there -within 15 days return.But look no email, no intimation I have got from uttamvastra. I purchased your product for the first tym.But I dint get any positive reply from your side. Kindly do the needful in this matter and return my money asap. Order no 63648

Worst material, worst quality, worst site, worst service totally fraud site...taking all our hard earned money n cheating... il wait jus fr couple more days, if ntg is done .il sew this site definitely... in twitter, Facebook every social media too...i want my money back.

I have ordered one lehenga choli on 26th December 2015, I got confirmation msg as "your product is dispatched". But still I didn't get my product n any msg r call from uttamvastra.

I bought 2 suits from utt vastra & receive the delivery on 17 dec. & on 18th i have requested return one of the by mail... & also cal for return...after that no responce come from ur side even i have send the 3-4 times after 5 days i got an call from uttam vastra for detail of our bank for refund & i habe semd all the required information...& we though u will send ur representative soon but again after waiting of 4 days no response has come from ur side & now m calling uttam vastra for 4 days no one pick up my phone...this is realy very disappointing...we cant expect this kind of behaiviour from a reputed firm like u...now i cant suggest ur name to anyone after getting this bad response from ur side... Hi, My order number is 104949 and it was delivered on 04/01/2016. I want to return this as the quality is very bad and the colour is very dull. I have raised a return request by filling the required details(bank details) but i didnt get any further communication like return request created. There is no change in the screen. I ordered three suits from uttam vastra order id 126016. I ordered on 31 Dec 2015 n received my order on 5th Jan 2016.I called them but no response n even mailed them but there is no response . The suits are replicas not good quality material. The website boasts of 100 % return policy.yet there is no confirmation on the return request. I m feeling I wasted my 1926 rs as it's my hard earned money.why do people make online shoppers a fool.

My order numbers - 103779, 103802. I have ordered the 2 salwar suits on 29th December 2015 and received on 4th Jan 2016. It is completely different from the shown piece in the site. It is the worst color, cloth ever seen. Paid 1200 for the two products.The number which is provided in site is not at all connecting to them. Please do the needed in returning the products and refunding our money.

I'm a new customer with uttamvastra. My order no. is 60611 and placed the order by 1st week of December. the product got deliver on the time. But while seen the product i'm not at all satisfied with it. On the same day i've returned the complaint in their website and it asked for my account details. I've updated the same. But nor response through mail or call. I've placed a complaint over phone and also through mail more than 4 times. But as of now they didn't take any action on this.I just want to pick the product from me and refund my money back. The amount is Rs. 2294 (2 Chudidhar material and 1 Lehenga)

My order no-65977 n I want to complain to uttam Vastra for returning the item, n I got a mail aftersome time n received a call from uttam Vastra n said that I refund the money in ur account.n ask my account detail.n aftrsome time some amount of money is deducted, n again and again .n when I told that what happen dis then said uttam Vastra don't worry ur account is updated n refund all amount, bt no money is refund till now n bank called me n tell DAT ur amount is deducted n call is fraud, so kindly refund my all amount as soon as possible.

We ordered from Uttam Vastra on 27th Nov 2015. it was delivered to us on 7th Dec 2015. We raised request for Return of Order on 9th Dec. There is no communication from Uttam Vastra after that. Their numbers are never reachable. We have been trying hard to get in touch with them, but no means to contact them. We need to return the Order.
