    I ordrerd a blue colour anarkali suit, the product i got is defective its very cheap quality & design also very different from pic therefore i want to refund my money.the product is not good at all and not satisfactory

It was also called that it will be embroidery but it is stitched with defective patch so i want to return it and refund money.                 Yesterday I received my order of white and blue choli and the product is totally different from what they had promised. Looks like a fraud company.. there are no helpline numbers available anywhere on the website.. after request was sent from account it shows RMA was successfully saved but there's no email in reply. Kindly take your consignment and my money of the 700 immediately.

                        I ordered 4 dresses in jan.30 with order number #201408 but order was not available. I had paid the whole amount through internet banking. I waited almost 1 _ 2 months but no availablity thn i called customer care n cancelled my order n i request them to refund my amount.                               I bought an anarkali salwar priced rs 1358 (order no: 414539) from your site and i sent back the product on 27/6/16 via india post (speed post charge rs 138). i didn't receive any messages for long time and later on 5/7/16 i got a call asking to which account the money should be transfered. again i didn't get back the money and i mailed to your id [protected]@uttamvastra and got a reply that the amount will be refunded within 6-7 days. but yet it was not credited to my account. i tried in the contact numbers given many times but i couldn't reach them. please make provision for refund as soon as possible. i am here attaching the image of speed post receipt.

                                    Hi my order number is 289062 which is order in February next day it's self I called customer care for return because quality of item was very bad. To arrange pick up from their side I called 30 times after following up few months 25th May pick up is done. I have sent pick up recipe to their mail I'd but there is no response.
                                    I m daily trying to contact customer care number one number says out of service n another number never connect.
