I have regret to inform u that i have given so many complaints to ur customer care but till date i have on response on ur side.
i have given a 0rder no 332639 on[protected] on blue geogert suit and paid money advance but after 20 days i have no receipt for same when i contact with ur customer care they replied that they had already deliver to mr surjit singh which i hv not known person . they heve suggested me send a again delivery to free of cost .but after awaiting me 10 days nor any delievery receipt again i contact with ur helping number about 6 to 7 time they have repeat my complaints when i want to meet ur officer they are became helpless after iawaiting for 20 days i give a written complaits to you i[censored] have not response to my complaints i wiillgo to the consumer court punjab boz i hd a sufficient proof i for this fraud, i think such ur officer are not capable for solve any this complaints kindly replied my complaints after searching ur record i am awaitin only for 10 day reply my email [protected]@gmail.com

I submited a complain for my refund amount from uttam vastra.They called me after regitered complain with you but i haven't receive my refund yet, they said you need to go to the sbi atm and call us and we guide you the steps of getting refund.I stays in sec8 faridabad, i went to sec9 atm but touch was not properly working then i went to sec15 but atm machine was not working there. I am a pregnant lady and i can't visit atm again and again.Kindly give me the other way to get refund or transfer it online.

First of all very very very worst experience of online shoppin g.In feb month i have purchased one semi stiched suit from uttam vastra.It was totally different from the picture shown.I returned the product in Feb month only.Now they are not refunding my amount.From february i am chasing them.Everytime they say it will take 2-3 days.Worst online website.It should be banned.Kinly take some action against them.So that they can't cheat customers.

My order number is 236375 and amount for that order was 2097. As i was not satisfied with the quality of the product, I decided to return it and request for a refund.
Returning the product was smooth, I thought the refund would take max. 3-4 days but after 7-8 follow up calls and 3 times filling the refund request form they are unable to provide me the refund of rs. 2097
I want to know the reason behind this leniency??
Will i get my money back or not?

I had orders a lehanga from uttam vastra. But the quality of the cloth is very poor. I had requested for the return of the product. But no response from ur side. I called customer care but waited for 6 min no response from u people. Do solve it as soon as possible and refund my amount.

This is to complain about order number 102413 been placed on 1/05/2016. I am not being able to track it as on website it shows that it has been shipped and the order is complete. There is no other information shown as well as no email has been sent from their side. Please resolve as soon as possible. Thank you.

My order no is 242421, dated 12 February 2016.The product was very poor quality. I returned this product to the company, but the company has not refunded my money till date 02 may, 2016.This company is a fraud.they are not providing me the correct information of refund .I have called them so many times. Every time they said it will be processed in 2 to 3 days.but still I haven't got my money back.

I ordered a product from uttamvastra.com with order ID 273099 and it was delivered to me on feb 2016. i applied a return and refund on that day but till now there is no response from this site.I called approx 10 times to customer care executives they said that at my address pick up service is available but till now no one come to pick up the product and every time they said wait for a week and when i called on the number male customer care executive said i can only forward your request and i cannot do anything in a very rude tone that's shows ethics of him and your company also. i[censored] people don't have a policy for refund and return then clearly mention it on your website .Don't try to fool the customers. Never want to buy anything and refer anyone to this fake websites and there product.

From 28 march i am following up your exectives for my refund amount.I filled up the bank detail in the form provided by your executive.But i haven't receive my refund yet.Today this is 5th or 6th time i called you and your executive told me the same thing i heard again and again that it will take 4-5 working days.I really fed up now so i am writing you complain hope i will get immidiate action from your side.

I have purchase a saree from uttamvastra of rs.1299/- my order no. Is 233132 dated 09/02/2016. I received the product on 15/02/2016. What they showed on website & what they give both are very different. The product & its quality is very bad n cheap. I m not happy with the product. And after that i claim a refund but they always said that they have the policy of 15-20 working days of return/refund. But after the commitment they still didn't take the serious action. Even they did not follow up the status. Only i can follow the site from the last 2 & a half month. Still not get the proper response.I think uttam vastra company is fraud, making customer fool, because they had not return my charges till time, even though i had made 100 of phn calls and mail and every time they are saying different words. No body is sincere to return my money. So after so much disappointment from the service o[censored]ttamvastra i wanted to file the complain.

I am writing this complaint in order to return a product of yours, actually the quality of the product is poor as we heard of it from others. I did a lot of complaints to your saleswomen, and today i talked to a saleswomen kashmira, she was repeatedly saying one minute-one minute and she was not responding and once she ended my call as i think i was a fool talking to her and filled a lot of return orders but there was no action taken about that and one more thing i made calls approx. 50 or more times.

I am writing this as this company is nothing but just a spam company who is running a online business to put customers in distress and take the hard earn money. My order number: 338522, I ordered a pink cotton clothing through uttamvastra.com. The material I received was used, low quality. I filed for the return of the money through the process they mentioned and claim as they will return it in the said number of days, its been more than a month, the material has not been picked up and the money has not been returned. I spoke to the customer service numerous times and has not been solved till date. Its been very frustrating and disappointing from the end of the uttamvastra.com

I purchased a suit from uttam vastra but the color and quality of delivered products is not good. So I asked them to return the product and refund my money back, I have sent filled return form and my product is not pick up till date.
I have called them many time but they are not respond me properly and every time they are saying different words. no body is sincere to return my money. please take action against this immediately because before this msg i had made two times complain also, but they are least serious about this, this is my 2nd complain. but of no response...Uttam Vastra is very cheap company.when i ask it to the customer care of the vender they are always asking that they are raise a complaint for the same. but till date i cant get any update or followup from the vender. now i want my money back or take any action on it...
