First of all very very very worst experience of online shoppin g.In feb month i have purchased one semi stiched suit from uttam vastra.It was totally different from the picture shown.I returned the product in Feb month only.Now they are not refunding my amount.From february i am chasing them.Everytime they say it will take 2-3 days.Worst online website.It should be banned.Kinly take some action against them.So that they can't cheat customers....

My order number is 236375 and amount for that order was 2097. As i was not satisfied with the quality of the product, I decided to return it and request for a refund.
Returning the product was smooth, I thought the refund would take max. 3-4 days but after 7-8 follow up calls and 3 times filling the refund request form they are unable to provide me the refund of rs. 2097
