My order no is 40333 and it's been 6 months they didn't refunded my amount. they asked for retrun receipt which i have already provided but still no respond recived from them. earlier also they took 4 months to resolve. and their customer care no never work. the material they provide is not good also and sometimes it is defective. my experience with this site is pathetic. quality and delivery both are worst. i have attached the retrun slip...

Order no-277531, I took a kurti and due to the size issue I thought of returning and I returned the product by myself on 10th march 2016. Even I mailed the courier slip to uttam vastra as per they said. I called so many times but they kept on saying that they didn't receive the product but the courier company said they received and gave POD number as well! I bought a kurtu from uttamvastra. After reviewing and opening of packing it is not satisfactory, the product description does not match with the product received. i have ordered medium size kurti n i recieved was a xl size the customer care no. is not working.

I bought a gown from uttamvastra. After reviewing and opening of packing it is not satisfactory, the product description does not match with the product received. According, to the description the product was semistiched, full sleeves, floor length. The product received is unstiched, short sleeves, short length. from past two days i have placed return order there however there is no response from the seller and their customer care no. is...

Ma'am I have been trying to return the product since past three days since the day the it has been arrived.I am highly disappointed by the product, but the uttamvastra is not responding to any of my mails, complains or even calls.i have called a hundred times but there has been no response and lot many mails too at their site mentioned but again no reply, moreover the quality of the product is far more different as to what is seen and mentioned...

I have purchased a suit from the craftsvilla site and after reviewing and opening of packing i see the quality of the suit is not satisfactory. The cloth of suit is very bad. The picture shown in the site and the fabric was looking good but in actual it is very bad. Kindly return back this suit and return my money. I willbe highly appreciated.

I complained few weeks before against the uttamvastra company on this consumer registration forum, that day i received an assurance that the products which i purchased from this company was not satisfactory and they will take away the products as early as possible. I purchased 2 suits from this company in the month of may 2016 and on 15 th day of may and the product order no. Is 405064. The day we received the product...

This company has given me the third class quality product. i ordered one dress material from them and immediately raise a complain against the product.i completed all the required formalities and they promised me to take product back and will refund the money. it's been 3 months neither they receive call nor any refund or reverse pick -up arranged by the company. i think this is a completely worst and a fraud site....

I have ordered a lahanga in march 2016. I received a message that product will be delivered within 10-15 daays. But not received the product. After 15 day i contact to customer care they not responding very well. After many call/ email during 3 month i dont get the product and now they are telling us that product has been delivered at lucknow while i have booked the product for basti (272002). Neither they are providing the product nor money....

I am struggling to get refund from Uttam vastra where I ordered 2 Products in April month with Order ID - 342424. Products quality were very bad as expected. First I took multiple follow up with Uttam vastra customer care for reverse pick up but there was no updates then I did self return by 172 rupees. I've purchased one dress material from Uttam Vastra online shopping site using debit card but the item is not delivered though the amount has been debited from my bank account. Company team is reluctant to respond to the queries and not cooperating when asked for. They just devoured the money and falsely confirmed delivery. There is no log in support provided in the site for me....

Material is not good enough. And it doesn't match with the display image. I send mail for returning the product. But no response from their side. What should i do to return this product.
