I ordered two suits one was of 2365 and the other was of 700 the total is of 3065 u returned only one 2365 rest is pending from you side whose return slip I have attached. first u need to check your system than revert back. So many times I have explained to your customer care.

I have purchased a lehenga from Uttamvastra in April 2016, it was not up to the mark, and I wanted to return it. Though it took some time but I finally got my refund in July 2016.

Amount of rs. 899 has been deducted from my bank account for order id 420807 but the payment status is showing "payment pending"

The customer care no. is not working and no response of the mail is given.

I posted a complaint on 4th July. I have not received any reply .Please tell me how can i return my order.

i complained few weeks before against the uttamvastra company On this consumer registration forum, that day i received an assurance that the products which i purchased from this company was not satisfactory and they will take away the products as early as possible. I purchased 2 suits from this irritating company in the month of may 2016 and on 15 th day of may and the product order no.is 405064. the day we received the product we found that it was not satisfactory, it.was not according to the pics shown in the website. From 20 th of may we are complaining about the product and told them to take it back but they only gave us fake assurances that we have arranged pick up.when we complained at ur site on 9th may 2016 they again assured us that we have arranged reverse pick up for ur product but till today no one has came to take the product back. The company is running a fraud business as neither they are taking back the products nor giving us our money back.the company has no worries about their customers. there is nill customer satisfaction by the company and the company's head or mangers have no interest to look into these kinds of problems the consumers are suffering from. I request consumer forum to charge a heavy fine against this company for the fraud they are doing with their customers .

These 2 products were dispatched and delivered to you. I have not received product on my address. Lucknow is 180 km away from basti. When I made a enquiry after 1 month i.e. after 15th march your representative after consultation with your courier partner told me that product is still in Lucknow office as your address is not complete. Then how it is possible that product held with your courier partner's lucknow office has been delivered. I want deceiving slip also. This slip has been produce earlier and when I made a enquiry and told that I have not received the product the consult with courier partner and told me that your product has been wrongly delivered at lucknow. Please ask receiving slip from your courier partner. They have made something wrong.

My order no. is 404506, I am struggling to get refund from Uttam vastra where I ordered one kurta salwar order no. 404506, Products quality were very bad as expected. First I took multiple follow up with Uttam vastra customer care for reverse pick up but there was no updates then after several followups they arranged the pick up. Products are now in Uttam vastra house but there was no initiation from their side and every 2 days I am following to Uttam vastra customer care on my refund they said they have done from their side and ask to your bank. I contacted to my bank account customer care and they informed there is no such types refund they are seeing. It is so frustrating to get my money now it is 20 days over but there is single updates from Uttam vastra. Please help me to get it ASAP. Is there any other way so this issue can resolved as fast.
