I ordered the combo pack of chudidhar material with cost of 5659 rs/- on 22nd march 2016, we paid the amount through sbi online.. And they given me a mail with generated track number #336701. When ever i track that it does not display (Not existing), and the supportive team always tells me irrespective answers.. What you people think about your self. You are playing games with customers. If you are unable to send products to the customers then dont show offers.. If my product will not available for me these days i will file a police case on you people..

I have ordered 2 churidar materials cost around rs. Thousand on February 5, 2016 from uttamvastra. I have already paid the amount through sbt debit card. They told me that it will be delivered within seven to ten working days. But the same was not yet delivered to me. I contacted the customer care service several times. But they didn't give me a sufficient reply. Last time I called them and want to refund the amount if they can't deliver the product. They told me that they will send me an email regarding the refund. But no email has been received from them. I haven't met such an irresponsible customer care service. They didn't value my money . But now I can't wait. I need a quick solution. I need the refund of that amount with two months interest.

My order number is 344594 . I placed my order on 29th march with uttam vastra .I got dleivery on 30 Mar . I applied for return for 2 out of 3 products on their website on 2 April. Since there was no revert till 5 April, i called their call center. The lady who attended my call told me that I have to courier the products back to them as courier service is not available in my area.

I fail to understand I stay in a prime locality of Thane where all courier services are available. When uttamvastra can deliver a product at my address why cant they pick up.
In addition the call center people are very unprofessional. I asked to some alternate no to complain, and they just refused.

My sincere request to all, to avoid buying from this company if they are not going to provide service. Products quality is too bad .

I have written to [protected]@uttamvastra.com on 2 April. No revert till date. I have also written to them today.

I just hope some one in this company reads this and resolve the issue and stand by the claim of excellent customer service which they make on their website.

I already follow all procedures as per requirement, than also i am not getting proper response from them.

I already sent product before a month, even i sent my courier slip via mails and every time i found from your side that u will get your refund with in a 3- 4 days.

As per site that they will get return with in 15 days. i already giving you time exceeding 1.5 Months, m not find my money back

Plz avoid this site, worthless clothes of extremely poor quality. Don't get fooled by the pics shown on the portal, product which will be delivered to you will be no where near to the product shown. Refund policy is very troublesome and call centre agents are most unprofessional with very little knowledge or no knowledge . This company does not honour any commitment so plz be very wary before dealing with this company. My order number was #239251, company refused to reimburse the full courier charges I had incurred for the reverse courier to the company, despite assurance from it's agents and floor supervisor. The agents manning the customer care centre is basically a pack liers, they told me that reverse pick up facility has been discontinued by the company and the customer is supposed to ship back the product but he is reimbursed full amount which he or she incurs in this process. Today a agent told me that reverse pick up is very much there and company will reimburse only Rs 100/- to a customer for shipping back the product despite the cost he or she incurs on shipping back the product. So for Gods sake avoid this site or else you will be mentally harassed to the hilt combined with monetary loss.

I ordered 4 kurites from uttam vastra on 9th of march16, and now till 3rd of April I did not receive any product from uttam vastra, now please cancel my order 313033 and you should close your online shopping portal if you did not deliver your products on time...

My order number is 303384.I placed my order on 6th march with uttam vastra .I did not get my order on time and even no any call.At last i got my order cancelled and they are not providing me any information about refund.This is my worst experience with any company.I request you to let me know about it and i want my money to be refunded as soon as possible.

I have ordered a product from Uttam vastra, which I did not liked the quality and raised a request for return of product on 23rd Feb 2016 the same day when I received the product from them. For 2-3 days I continuously got calls from them stating that "you have raised a request for return and the product will be picked up in 2-3 working days", which did not happened. I was continuously chasing them via email as well as called the customer service guys but every time they told me it will be done in 5-6 working days. I have all the emails which I have sent to them. "Neha Shrivastav" this lady always replied me with a false commitment stating "Sorry for the Inconvenience we will try to solve your issue on a priority bases" which again nothing happened. I have even spoken with customer service Team leader "Sayeed Taha" ( that's what they told me that he is) even he committed me that he will try his best to send someone at my place to pickup that product but nothing happened. I was even informed that on 29th Feb 2016 someone came at my place and no one was available. However firstly they were suppose to call me on my mobile number when the courier boy found that no one is at home which he did not called me and informed. Secondly on 29th feb my mother was at home for the whole day so there is no possibility of house being locked. So either the courier people are lying or uttam vastra I have no idea... OK even if they found this Uttam vastra never called me and informed this, when I called them for follow up then they are informing me that someone came at my place and I was not there. This is the kind of service they have. Atlast after chasing so much the product was picked up on 19th March 2016 from Aramex courier services. Courier boy told me that there was a pickup of product from Uttam vastra and I am from Aramex courier services to receive the same. I gave him the product and when I asked him for a return receipt he did not gave me any and told me that its not required. The same day I dropped an email to them informing them the same and I got a call from uttam Vastra ( Solution department) asking whether the product is picked up or not I said YES its picked up, so she told me that ok you will get your refund in next 2-3 working days. On 23rd march 2016 I called them again as I received an email from uttam vastra stating that they have not received my product and I need to send them the photocopy of the return receipt. I called the customer services guys and told them that this is what I have got an email from you guys so what needs to be done as I was not given any return receipt . They said if the product is picked up you will get the amount in 5-6 working days in your account. I told the executive that first check why the product has not reached you guys why its taking so long, the executive was very much adamant and continuously was telling me that don't worry you will get your money and disconnected my call YES HE DISCCONECTED MY CALL without giving any proper solution. I got a call from ARAMEX courier on 26th March 2016 asking me that there was a product which was supposed to be returned from uttam vastra and I told them its already picked up. I very much frustrated with the kind of service Uttam vastra is providing to the customer. They have mentioned on their Website that 100% cashback within 15 working days, its been over a month I am stilling chasing with them and nothing has been happened on the same. They sent me an email on 27th march told me that the refund of amount has been process and it should come in my account within 4-5 working days.. and today again they sent an email stating that NOW they will initiate the process of refund and that will be b done in 3-4 working days ... So why you gave false commitment earlier. They are harassing me mentally and i want some action needs to be taken on this.

I order a product from uttamvastra.com with order number 252069 on dated 17.02.2016.. there has some issue in size and colour so that i create a request to their call canter on return and refund but after followup 1 month no one come to pick the product then i got a mail from uttam vastra team that please send your product by your own self we will pay the courier charges that i send the product to uttam vastra address and which is confirmed by altmash patel form uttam vastra team that the prdocut is received by them and the refund will be initiate with in 4-5 day.. now is 1.4..2016 and i am still follwing them to refund but no one give proper response and no refund has been credit in my account

first of all the product quality is so poor and it does not resemble to the product i ordered.
i placed a return request the very next day of reception but no one came for return. its been over 50 days but still no one came for returning order.every time i send them email i just get the same answer "We will take 4-5 days more".they have worst customer service.

I have purchased 4 product from Uttam Vastra.com out of which 3 are very poor quality. I called custumer care executives many times. They told me wait 4-5 days, someone will come and take the product and your money will be credited. But it takes 46 days, no one has arrived. I am calling in every 5-6 days interval and every times they told me same. I m tollaly frusteted. They are doing mental harrasment of me.

I had order pink net gown from uttam vastra order no-252069, on 18 feb 2016 & on 20 feb 2016 i raised a return request due to worst quality & colour, after that for almost 20-25 days i am still waiting for return request i always got a mail from uttam vastra that we will pick the product in working 4-5 days sorry for delaying... still no one come to pick the product.. after that i got a mail from maulik ( UttamVastra CCE) he said plesase send your product by your own self we will paid rs 100 for courier charges.. then i send product by metro courier service & the product is received in uttam vastra wareholuse which is confirmed by maulik,
after that i am still following them to refund my amount... not they r not refunding my amount...
its is height of patience... please some strict action of this fraud company...

i have seen the customers reviews all their customers are suffering for their refund...

i think uttamvastra MD is Begger, , , so thats why he is not refunding our money

Hi i m Ankita sharma on 18 jan 2016 i ordered a black suit .I received order but its quality is very cheap and worst so i raise a return request on same day but uttam vastra not arrange a pickup. After some days
i return my order by trackon courier company with traking no.[protected] on 14th march the article delivered on17th of march @uttam vastra warehouse.

I think this company is spam. Forgery company... please don't buy any things from this company.This company is fake. Several time i call in their call center every person told different things..Pls take some action about this company..

I had ordered on 17th feb 2016 (Kurti & Legging). I need Red color instead of pink (Kurti Embroidery). When i had checked on net its seems red embroidery. But in actual it is pink. I had also complaint to Uttam customer care, at that time they replied me by mail they will refund with in 10-15 working days. I had given all details by mail like my invoice copy & account detail but 1 month past i am still waiting for refund .Can you Please help me for refund my amount or provide me red color embroidery on Kurti. I have purchased one dress material from uttam vastra vide no 273261 dtd. 23rd feb. 2016. unfortunately defective material was received in bag. i have returned the same on 27 feb and the same was received by uttam vastra - surat by 29th of feb. 2016. i have also submitted my bank account detail on 29th feb. for payment transaction.

value - 699+180 = 879/=

after repeated reminder they were deposit just rs. 100 /= insted of total rs. 879/=. after more and repeated reminder at their customer care but no proper reply and also not received my payment still today. whenever i call at customer call center their reply is the same that your money will deposit in next 5 to 6 days.
