Updated by Richa Manocha Purchased product from company and requested returned. It took 3 months for returning of product. Now they are not refunding back the amount. They are saying that we have processed refund, however we didn't received also they are not sharing the 23 digit transaction number with us.
I have already sent number of mails to them, now they have stopped revert on mail.


Dear Team,

It has been a fraud with me, as you were continuously lying that you made the transaction.
I have checked from bank as such kind of transaction was not made.

It has been 15 days I am continuously contact your customer service and my bank simultaneously, however I didn’t receive the amount.
My bank clearly told me that no transaction of 699+699 was done.

It had been a fraud as you have taken the product back and didn’t made the transaction.

Kindly share the 23 digit ARN number for the transaction done, else I will again take help from Police and Consumer Court.

Revert awaited.

Pliz don't cheet customers... And give me reply as soon as possible...1st one is no 409787 of black color, 2nd one is no 409788 blue color and third one is no 409790 white color... These all three are looks sooo cheep...I don't like it

This is to inform you that i was logged return request after that uttam vastra support arrange a pickup for orders numbers - 237235.

I already follow all procedures as per requirement, than also i am not getting proper response from them.

I already sent product before three month, even i sent my courier slip via mails and every time i found from your side that u will get your refund with in a 3- 4 days.

As per site that they will get return with in 15 days. I already giving you time exceeding 3 months, i am not find my money back...


AB TO phone bhi pic nhi krta h uttam vastra wala bhut kamieena h
