I had ordered 2 suits and 1 kurti in February 2016 with online payment. Company person had cl me and inform that one product is not available and they r canceling my whole order and refund wl be given in march. My order no 254815.
I had sendrefund form and completed formalities. Not received refund amount 1999 rs..Try to contact customer care bt they wr telling wait...I m very disappointed with this.I wl complain further and take action...

I bought 2 suits from the above site in 15 th may 2016 online but tge product i got was not at all up to the mark and on the same date i ordered them to take back their products on 26 th may i completed all the formalities so that i can get my refund and they can take back their product. I completes all rhe formalities related to taking back the product. But they are not giving me any response now they told me they will take back the product...

I ordered a lehengaa worth 1000 rs.the material received is cheap.gave a customer care complaint and they they said they will take it back . almost 3months over and now they are now picking up the call.my order no is 34719.they never deliver the products as shown. Never believe in such sites. All frauds...even till today they have their cell switched off.t hese people do anything for money and they eat people's money.. stupid......

I have called many times to your customer care service
For refund of my cash.. But evry time I just got assurance nothing else.. What gonna happen for my complaint will i get my money or tell me or i should take any legal step... My contact no is [protected]

I have called almost 35 times to return my order everytime i called the response was we will pick up your order in 5-7 days.But even after 3 months of receiving my order i m waiting for the reverse pick up to get my money back.I m just pissed of calling & trying the phopne no again & again my order no is 168136.Please resolve my problem.i just need my money back as soon as possible as i am waiting from last 3 months....

Purchased product from company and requested returned. It took 3 months for returning of product. Now they are not refunding back the amount. They are saying that we have processed refund, however we didn't received also they are not sharing the 23 digit transaction number with us.
I have already sent number of mails to them, now they have stopped revert on mail....

Kurti ordered online but i have not received which i requested for more over 1 of the arm has stictched wrong when i requested for the refund they said the kurti was not refundable but on the web site its mentioned that if wrong or damaged product sent then customer can get the refund i have requested for the after 1 day when i received the kurti please look into it...

I have been order three dress material aal three are of not good I don't like it .it looks so cheep and its material is also very cheep. In pic it shows different and in real totally different. Look wise and material wise also I don't like it so I want to return it pliz give me response and give me information that how can I return it...pliz

I have ordered the above said product on 13 may 2016 and have received the product yesterday.but the product material is too poor, the product i have ordered is totally different from the product which i got...the colour of the product is different.embroidery work is different and too poor.size of the material is very less.infact the whole material is too less as if it was to stitch for a baby...i am not satisfied with the product.i want...

I have ordered 2 Lehenga choli worth around 3K, Quality was not good and color also doesn't match with the picture which I saw while ordering. When I tried to raise return request, their website was having some problem and so, I couldn't make it. Later I called their Customer care executive and finally I placed the return request. After that till now I didn't get my money back. Return happened a month back....

I have purchased online dress material from Uttam Vastra the order no is 105585 0f rs 799 cash on delivery on 29/Dec/2015.I received the product, but the quality was too bad.I discussed with the Uttam Vastra customer care executive and said to return the dress material and submit the refund form at their site, but after long time about 3months on 15/march/2016 the courier returned back my dress material.I called them again, I have confirmed...

Please send me information regarding this product i dont want this product anymore i got this product on friday 20 may but how should i return this i have tried a lot i dont get any response from anyone it is waste of money i dont want this product because its colour and cloth quality is totally differnt as shown in picture only time is passing away but no response from anywhere...

I bought a gown, this gown quality is so cheap and the stichistitching is very very bad clothe quality is also cheap, and according my hight products is very small so please kindly request u please return my product and give my money actually ur products is different and so different in mobile i think this is defective pic and other pics may be it is so different and so different so please return the product please please...

I already follow all procedures as per requirement, than also i am not getting proper response from them.

I already sent product before three month, even i sent my courier slip via mails and every time i found from your side that u will get your refund...

I have ordered one dress amounted rs 1400/- and returned the same due to fabric is not skin friendly.i returned but the courier partner refused to give me any acknowledgement or pod details as proof of returned and till date i have not received the amount deposited in my account.i returned the product on 5th may 2016.Also while calling to customer care the staff seems to lack of knowledge and I dont get my problem solved or any suggestion....

I had ordered for pink floor length anarkali suit but then i received another fake colour dress and the material is not the same which is mentioned in your website. I'm really very disappointed with your product. The image which is mentioned in your website is totally different.
