I got almost 28 sarees from uttam vastra the customer service contacted me thru watsapp and rasied invoice with order no w-1053 but almost 20 saree are totally different frm d image shown. Now i want to return but der is no response from them ...the watsapp no which dey were communicating was no more and wen i call d customer service dey say dat d order no which i have has no details ...pls somebody have a look on this company

i think uttam vastra company is fraud, making customer fool, because they had not return my courier charges till time, even though i had made 100 of phn calls and mail and every time they are saying different words. no body is sincere to return my money. please take action against this immediately because before this msg i had made two times complain also, but they are least serious about this, this is my 2nd complain. but of no response...Uttam Vastra is very cheap company my Oder id -308559.when i ask it to the customer care of the vender they are always asking that they are raise a complaint for the same. but till date i cant get any update or followup from the vender. now i want my money back or take any action on it...

Pichale kai dino se me uttam vastra ke sabhi empoly se baat kar rahi hu, mera pasia return dkarne ke liye but koi respons nahi hain, mujhe ek hi jwab milta hain 8-10 working day me apka paisa transfer ho jayega but aaj[protected] tak mujhe koi paisa return nahi mila hain.

Me appse request karti hu ki mera paisa mujhe return kiya jaye.Or uttam vastra jesi customer ko pareshan karne wali onlie sides strickally instrucution diye jaye ke agar customer order kiye gaye material se stisfy nahi hain to usi time paisa return kiya jaye.

This is to inform you that I was logged return request after that Uttam Vastra support arrange a pickup for orders numbers -311510, 311667, 311774 but courier boy not give the receipt & after that customer support told me to give the receipt number . They told me to talk Aramex courier office for receipt but they told me to give return request number from Uttam Vastra . I am just stuck between Uttam vastra & courier company.

I already follow all procedures as per requirement, than also i am not getting proper response from them.

I already sent product before a month, even i sent my courier slip via mails and every time i found from your side that u will get your refund with in a 3- 4 days.

As per site that they will get return with in 15 days. i already giving you time exceeding 1.5 Months, i am not find my money back

Had ordered 3 dress materials on 18/3/2016 and i got the delivery on 19/3/2016. from which one product was faulty and one was colour mismatch. only one material was in good condition. So i raised a query for return. the two faulty dresses were picked up on 29/3/2016. I was told that i would get the refund amount via NEFT in my bank account in 10 working days. the same has been not updated even after 13 days.

Rating…. If i could had the option of minus rating i would have given the biggest minus rating…… what a nonsense product and company…. The color and quality is so cheap i would not purchase even if someone gives it for free… but the photo they upload is just so fake…..
Girls please be aware and do not purchase any product from uttam vastra… they definitely have return policy but only for writing they have written…. Once v return the product even after receiving they say that you come and hand over the product non sense are we sitting free to purchase then also return in their hand…. Other than that they say they have two offices and cc executive says we have updated in website… what non sense… one cc says you ll get payment in 4days… other cc says we have not received even courier yet…. Its full on faltu panti on uttam.. Please galsss dun buy anythng.. Be aware!!!

I, kamini jadhav, have purchases 2 dress materials online from the online shopping site i.E. Uttam vastra online shopping order no. Being 268424. As per mentioned in the advertisement of the product, it was mentioned that the said products are cotton, embroidered but as we got the product in hand we found that the cloth of the dress material was polyester, no finishing not even embroidered. As we were disappointed by the product recieved. We raised a refund order and recieved a mail from the company that the courier company will collect the product from us and we will get the refund within 10-15 days. Refund order was raised on 9th march and ever since then the company has not sent any courier person not we have being refunded. I have made almost 20-25 calls and my call expenses are around rs.200. The mail for the raised order and refund order raised are attached herewith for your kind consideration.

This is my send email. I had ordered on 17th feb 2016 (Kurti & Legging). I need Red color instead of pink (Kurti Embroidery). When i had checked on net its seems red embroidery. But in actual it is pink. I had also complaint to Uttam customer care & consumer forum, at that time they replied me by mail they will refund with in 3-4 working days. I had given all details by mail like my invoice copy & account detail but Apx 2 month past i am still waiting for refund .Can you Please help me for refund my amount or provide me red color embroidery on Kurti. I purchased a product (order-ID 258308), from last february14 which was delivered on 19th february. That product had some deffect so i returned this product from March 10.The dress also reached to you from 14th March.The company have the policy that after15 days of reaching product they refund the amount.So i waited for this.On 31st March the 15days policy was completed.Since that day i am calling to your customer care executive(which is not toll-free) and all the time they said me Ma'm wait for 5/6 more days and your refund will be done very soon and a complaint was urged.Still its 11th April completed and i am not getting my money. Also For returning the product i had face the same problem.Many times i was calling you and you didn't sent your courier boy.Then finally they sent on 19th March and the product was returned successfully.Then i was trying to get my refund money.So quite annoyed by your service I tried to reach the Customer service again. The phone lines again were busy all the time and after endless trying (Which may I remind you costs me money for every time I try to reach the phone lines because your customer care numbers are not Toll-free) I finally got through and after talking to one customer care executive, again he lodged a complaint. Now hoping after lodging the complaint.I waited. But I did not, and still haven’t.

Every time I try to reach your customer service all your phone lines are busy and I really don’t want to waste my cellular currency buying into the scam you people are running. I am honestly very, very, very annoyed by your customer service and general attitude towards your customers. Your organisation is just running a scam to hold buyers money without purchasing the product from the seller and keeping both the seller and customer in the dark which is facilitated by under-equipped customer care services (Which again is not toll free).

So, I expect a complete refund of my transaction including the currency I spent trying to contact your scam telephone lines and some more compensation for all the waste of precious time that I could have spent doing something more productive of.
Which I am sure your organisation will make if this whole thing is not a just scam organisation.

My order number is 104114 my request no: utva22182 and a person from aramex pick up the product, recipt no.[protected] on 18/3/2016 and as per your mail madam ankita gaud promised to refund payment within 2-3 working days, after more than 20days the amount is not refunded, i have submitted my bank account details .Please help me in this matter as now i am worried about my refund. My order no is 309353 (ordered on 08.03.2016).The product is already returned (couriered by me spending Rs 190 more) and received by UV on 21.03.2016. but when we confirming about my refund they told me that as policy 15 days required for processing. After 15 days still no refund received, while contacting customer care again, now they want another 7 days for refund process. They don't give complaint number or reference number. Very frustrating as a VALUED customer and poor response from Uttam vastra management.

I have order a saree ("chiffon fabric replica saree") on 26.02.2016 through online ("http://uttamvastra.com/") for rs.1199 on cod basis.
After received the saree and paid money, i found the saree quality is not good.
Then i request for order return. Uttamvastra support team also agreed to take the order return and return my money, the confirmation carried out through mail.

My order no is 308559.The response from uttam vastra is very bad as there is no refund even after returning the product. 2 months passed. They have taken the product back after so much of me calling but no refund is made till date. They don't give complaint number or reference number. Very frustrating as a customer and poor response from Uttam vastra management...

we have placed the order (order no: 354450 )of 3 chudidhar sets and made payment of Rs 2097/-. We confirmed with the bank for the payment and it is successful from the bank's side. We still see the order status in website as pending and no shipping information was found. Please check this and get back to us at the earliest. This is very disappointing us for further purchases.
