We had order a dress from Uttam Vastra in January and it had delivered dress one week later from ordering date.we unsatisfied with that color and the work on the dress, so we had kept the return order, but they did not responded to that, so one month later we again called for Uttam Vastra they told that they will send refund form, then they sent the form and we filled it and sent the form, but we didn't get any response from there.so we are busy since two months then after we again called Uttam Vastra then they told that please send the product through courier services.we send that product through courier services. By DTDC services we had confirmed that the product had reached the office at Surat, Gujarat. but we are not getting any response from there.we had send mails also to refund the money. even though we are not getting any response from that organization.so at finally we want our money to be refunded as earlier as possible.we attaching the images of dtdc courier services receipt and courier reached status and the product we had ordered.

I have ordered 2 kurti from Uttam Vastra on 25th April 2016, through Credit Card with full payment of Rs 762.95 Order No- 375680..

But unfortunately I have received only Black cotton printed kurti & others (Red cotton designer Kurti ) was missing in packet after open it which was delivered by Blue Dart. I have called Uttam Vastra customer care(mention in websites) same day after delivery for the same & customer care informed us to be resolved withing 5-7 days but was not resolved when i called after 10 days.

Customer care which was surprisingly answered that there was not any request/complain taken against same & asked me to send mail.

I have send mail but reverted that 2 product already delivered which was totally wrong information given by them.

i wish to inform u that i had placed an order(order no -334213 )dt:21/3/16 with uttam vastra. It was delievered on 30/3/16.
when i opened it was wrong .
So, i requested them to return the product. Despite my repeated calls and email, they didnot picked up and asked me to self courier it.
On 9/5/16 i got email that we tried to pick ur stuff but didnot get response .now u return it in 10 days or we will not listen to ur complaint.
Then on10/5/16, icorier my product and they received it and also i emailed them my courier slip copy and furnished my back details.
i didnot receive any confirmation from them and there customer care no, s r also not working.
I am afraid that i will not receive my money back.When i tried to find about them, i get to Know that this the common problem of many customers. i request u to look into this matter seriously and please save the customers from this fraud company.

I had ordered for black and peach floor length anarkali suit but then I received orange colour dress and the material is not the same which is mentioned in your website. I'm really very disappointed with your product. The image which is mentioned in your website is totally different. I need to return the dress and I need the refund of money immediately.

I had ordered a saree on uttam vastra website. My order number is 341989.The quality of the product was v poor. I asked them for reverse pick up after 8days they say mam, we dont provide a reverse pick up facility to your pin code.wherein, in the same building the neighbour had a reverse pickup facility two days before i placed a return request. After too long conversation they arranged a reverse pickup. Returned it a month before but still i have not received refund.Everyday I'm following up for refund they say we have initiated the refund but bank is not processing it. I really want to know that which is the bank that takes more than a month to refund. Everytime I call them they say mam please give us time till Monday. A guy gives a call from this number ([protected]) and promised that madam please give us time till May 4th money will be surely refunded to you. Till date I have not received any refund. They are just making fake promises. Please help me to get my money back.

I have booked a dress on uttamvastra.com in January. I have returned the product but the amount has not been received yet.
My order id is 184636. I have paid Rs.1199/-.
I have received a cheap quality product and I have returned the product in the same month.
I have attached the return slip as well.
Gave them my bank account details twice, also asked them to give store credits so that I could buy some other product, though the quality was not up to the mark.
I have raised complaints so many times but the amount has not received yet.
Its six months old. i have booked and received the order in January 2016.
I have even provided them the return slip.

I have placed an order of 799.00 with delivery charges 100.00. Its status still in processing state from last 4 days and there is no response when i call to customer care number.
Not sure what to do now. Uttam vastra looks to un reaponsive on phone calls and there is no other way to contat...
Can you say their mail adress, ao that i can write them...Please assist

Helo, i placed an order on 1 may 2016 with an order number 102413. Since then i am tracking my order but there is no clue. On website i am hardly getting any information about my placed order. It is written over there that order status is complete but no dispatched date no estimated arrival date nothing is mentioned over there. Neither i got any emails regarding whether the order has been dispatched or still on hold. I mean its high time now more than 10 days. Please update me as soon as possible. Also hire some efficient people for ur website it needs a lot of improvement. Thank you

I have been calling and following up with uttam vastra guys from last 2 months. Every time they ask me to fill a refund form, i had already given them my banking details. I ordered about 25 suits on different dates with different order id out of which i had to return 5 suits with order id 281778 & 277883. These orders were placed and returned in feb and i am still waiting for my refund. I have no clue how much more time these guys will need to place my refund request. I would appreciate if you could please do the needful.

I have requested the return of the product due to bad quality of cloth. My product has been picked up from my place but money has not been refunded back yet.
This is the most unresponsible site i have ever shopped from. If this is the service they are providing then whose gonna shop from them.

I have placed the order for Pink Fabric Georgette Designer Lehenga Chaniya Choli (order no. 27847) on 26th of Oct'15 for which the payment was paid in advance. There is no whereabouts of this order even after 6 months, nor my payment has been credited.
Is this the level of service that Uttam Vastra has???
We have been chasing you since then but haven't got any concrete reply from anywhere.
Pls treat this as a final reminder after that I will be proceed to place a complaint with customer forum...

cloth quality is very cheep quality, so i want cancel my order, so i was called customer care lot of time but they are not give to proper response to me angin and angin i called them they are giveing to different answers, finally they send one form, i fill that form and send to them, once call to customer care
they told to me they don't have deliveryboys, and they told to me send dress through corrier, i was send dress through corrier last 2months back they are not refound my amount, these total process around 5-6months im fully unsatisfyed to your product and ur service, why r u sale online products, why r u trouble to customer

I have ordered 3 suits on 19 march 2016 and ask gor return. They came to receive it on 20 of april. From the. They are not refunding my money... Its being. More than 45 days. Always they are saying 3 4 days iy will take. I am totally fed up. They are very cheap people like beggers and cheaters... Plz. Nvr order from this site again.
