Hello, I want to tell you that I am very much disappointed with you.I totally ordered 15 suits and lenga choli from your Uttam Vastra.every time I have to face different problem.first time I get the wrong product.second time a call come from you that the suits I ordered are not available so you cancel the order.and last and the most please please please less your shipping charges at least for those customers which ordered so much quantity.I am waiting for your response.earlier also I have sent mail to u.but there is no response from you..

I ordered a dress from Uttamvastra on 10th February, my order number is 237856, the dress was not like how it was described on the photo and the cloth quality was bad too, so i raised a refund request on 12th February, the dress was picked up from my house but i haven't received my money till now, I've called them from many times but i still didn't get my money, I'm really angry now, if i don't get my money i will complain to higher authorities. I've ordered and received the above mention dress material from uttam vastra portal through the order no: 249034, by paying an amount of amt . Rs.699/-+ rs.100/- as courier charges. Since i received a damaged material, i immediately booked a return order. On receipt of my complaint they have initiated a return order. They asked me to return the material through any courier, for which the courier amount will be returned to me vide their mail dt march 7, 2016. As er their request ive returned the material trough blue dart courier and mailed the courier slip copy vide my mail dt mar 8, 2016.
But now i've received refund for the dress material only. And my courier carges of rs.465/- has not been refunded. Even after mail, i've getting any response. Kindly do the needful to get back my courier charges pl.

I placed my order on 9 feb 2016 for 4 products my orders order number is 229201 and the amount i paid for these product was RS 6146.i talked to them 30-40 times but always they say that they will give me a refund form i'll have to fill it and i did this thing many times i filled several forms but i didn't received any response from them whenever i talk to them they always say that my product will be refunded within 3-4 days but as usual nothing has happened.

then i ordered 2 product on 6 march 2016 and its order number is 303820 and 303823, i am unsatisfied with the products so i placed a return request but they didn't came to receive that product from me the first call i made to them was on the date 10 march 2016 .whenever i talk to them they always say that they will take that product from me within 2-3 days but till today i didn't got any response.
what they show they didn't dispatch the same thing such a bad quality of product i received .
i want to tell you all that never ever purchase anything from this website. it is very very bad website.

I have placed order for a dress piece vide PO no. 272508 and same was received. However we have returned it as it was not fitting in.
They instructed to return from our courier and they will refund cost of material along with courier charges. we returned it on 29-02-16 vide courier receipt no.[protected] of trackon courier. I have also given my bank details to enable them to send refund.
It was received by them on 1-03-16. We are having acknowledgement duly stamped by Uttam Vastra.
Subsequently i called them many times but they always tells we will return them in 4/5 working days. It was also confirmed by their telephone attendant that they received material.

With reference to the order no: #257641, I had ordered one unstitched suit piece online which was delivered to me on time.
As the item delivered was not as mentioned in the product details, I opted for return of this product.its been more than a month but nobody has collected the product for return as yet. i got 2 replies for my e-mail but nobody turned up yet.

I am following up for almost a month now. Is this the way you deal with your customers ? I usually purchase from jabong and flipkart, this is the first time I placed the order with uttam vastra but if this is your attitude towards your customers I regret to say that I would never even login to your website.

We have ordered one dress and it was delivered within 15 days and we have not satisfied about that dress because its fabric was not nice and color which we saw on website was different from which we received and we kept return order . but we did not get any response from that company . since 2 months that dress is with us only .we want our money should be refunded and that dress should be taken back immediately.

I ordered the 5 dresses from uttam vastra, order number 245363, it take to reach me 15 days but when it come to me I was not there to take it so product was return to company on 4th March and since from there I was following with them to dispatch the product but it was not dispatched to me. Whenever i called them they were telling that the product will be delivered to you within 5-6 days but till date product was not delivered so I initiated the refund process but the amount is yet not refunded to me, they are telling same story that it will be refunded to me in 5 days but it is yet not done.
I believe this is the worst online shopping experience to me. I am really dissatisfied with their service.

Kindly take the necessary action so that my amount is refunded to me.

I purchased a product from uttar vastra, order id- 256898 on 18 Feb worth Rs 699.00.It reached me on 4 March 2016.
I returned the same on 9th march and it reached there on 10th as tracked by my courier Blue Dart.Tracking id- [protected].
I have filled both of there form, product refund charge form and courier charges return.
But whenever I call them some says it will take 4-5 days more, some says it has been refunded on 21.Other is saying we have forwarded your amount on 4 March.Moreover they have blocked my both numbers..
They asked me to call cc avenue that is their third party to refund amount but there is no record with them as well.
UTTAM VASTRA THE BIGGEST FRAUD.

I dont understand whats the problem of your service ...is it the way to deal with customer if the customer is not happy for your service so did you think you can sell the product through your website...Kindly Refund my amount against my order No :230551 .

I am waiting almost 1 month i don't think that refund process take so much time..kindly verify the same .

My order no is 227253 . its dress materials is bed . But i got very cheap quality of cloth and different dupto product. 2 time i sent his my a/c detail. but still waiting for my money :(

This company is selling low quality products their cheating the customers and also when asked for refund they simply say our bank account payment is cancelled due the incorrect account no.. in spite giving them another account no.. again the same response we get from them

I had purchased a product from Uttamvastra due to lack of quality I had returned it. After several reminder the refund is not transfer to my bank account. The reply are always with lot of excuse. we customers don't need your excuse we need your services.

I have order suit from uttam vastra site but suit duppta was very small then I send a return request to the uttam vastra on 07/03/16 it's 13 days gone but no one come for pickup the package.

I ordered one lahenga from that site but the quality of the material is very cheap.. its exactly opp the display picture... so i want to return it n want refund my money.. n atleast rpl ur customers..

November 25, 2015 i return my order no #48888. But till date I don't received any refund. I have already send them the information of NEFT.
I think this company is spam. Forgery company.

I had ordered 2 suits from Uttam Vastra's website. After seeing the the cheap quality product, i immediately decided to file a return request on the very same day. Since that day (10 Feb), i ve mailed them many times. Every time they kept on promising that they will pickup the courier in 6-7 days and will process the refund. Now it has been over 1 month and no one has come to pickup the courier and there is no response from their side. I am still waiting for my money to be refunded. I would just say "Say No To Uttam Vastra" because the product they are providing is of third class quality and Customer Support is pathetic. Please dont fall prey to them.

I cancelled the order(order id: 173008) before I receive, site says 15days money back guarantee but my foot guarantee!! 2 months passed away, no refund yet. how many times should I call you people for the refund, bloody hell customer service it is!!!

Always the same I listen, you will receive in 2-3 days but for uttamvastra those 2-3 days never come. Not even the supervisor has guts to come on the call, bloody department n bloody site.

My order #144489 was placed on 7th Jan and after receiving the order the quality of the dress materials was pathetic. The price charged is exhorbitant for the low quality materials sent to us.Raised return several times for more two times..but no use.Now they are saying Policy Change and asking us to do the return courier. I seriously doubt whether my money will be refunded after I send back the products.
