I purchased a product from uttar vastra, order id- 256898 on 18 Feb worth Rs 699.00.It reached me on 4 March 2016.

I have order suit from uttam vastra site but suit duppta was very small then I send a return request to the uttam vastra on 07/03/16 it's 13 days gone but no one come for pickup the package....

My order #144489 was placed on 7th Jan and after receiving the order the quality of the dress materials was pathetic. The price charged is exhorbitant for the low quality materials sent to us.Raised return several times for more two times..but no use.Now they are saying Policy Change and asking us to do the return courier.
