My village is gohra alam gir pur, dist - hapur (245101). Sir hmare village me jbse yogi ji ne 18 hours light announce ki h tbhi se light 10 to12 hours bhi nahi aati hai. Aur saam 7 pm se 5am tak toh kbhi continue aayi hi nahi. Har raat beech beech me kai hours ko jati h. Plz sir main bhut poor hoon padhne me problem hoti h. Plz resolve this problem. Bhut baar power house contact kiya khte h ki supply hi nahi aa rhi. Plz plz plz resolve

I want to let you know that in my village many are taking electricity by illeagally but i have a connection until the condition is very poor.
Now cm order is to give 18 hrs electricity hence i am not getting getting electricity for 3 hrs. If electricy comes also then it comes for 2-3 minutes and then goes off and comrs back after 10 min.
Sir so its my humble mistake to give sufficient electricity.
I live in pure moti shukla tahseel musafir khana post office mangauli mauja daulat pur nisura jila amethi...

Here in village dhawakar of tehsil mauranipur 284204, distt. Jhansi, all villagers except some are using illegal electricity and here is no regular checking so they are fearless, i have my come nnection but i am getting too poor electricity and i have also a complaint that here is no timetable for electricity, electricity comes at 7 am and goes at 7:30am thereafter it comes for half an hour at noon and lastly it comes at 9 pm for some hours and all of you know that it is very hot nowadays so please help me to save electricity at not to use it illegally and i request tou to manage regular electricity here, thankyou jitendra panchal from dhawakar, mauranipur, 284204, jhansi uttar pradesh... Our locality name Osho Nagar Kanausi, Manak Nagar, Lucknow which belongs to Power House New Alambagh, Lucknow. In our Locality Low Voltage of electricity created from May, only 50-60 volt comes in locality, we face every day electricity problem, summer sable cannot be run so this way we face water problem as well as other many problems as summer, ligts

I paid the uppcl electricity bill (a/c id [protected]) for rupees 1720 On 19/05/2017 and made online payment for that but after becoming payment completed receipt didn't generated and some errors showed but when I checked my account, I got that the AMT. Of rupees 1720 has been deducted in the fever o[censored]ppcl but bill still showing unpaid.
Please consider my problem because I've earlier made the complains too but didn't got my problem solved.
Either consider the payment or refund my money in to my account.

सर, मेरा नाम शुभम, क़स्बा बीघापुर, जिला - उन्नाव से हु मैं । यहाँ पर सरकार के आदेशानुसार 1 भी प्रतिशत लाइट नही दी जाती ।इस तरह की गर्मी में बहुत बुरा हाल है तभी मैं ये कम्प्लेन कर रहा हु । बीघापुर में पावर हाउस होते हुए भी ये हाल है कि पूरी रात मच्छरों से लड़ना पड़ता है । सर 1 बार प्लीज मेरी जगह अपने आप कप रख के देखिये बस । मेरी इस कंप्लेन को सुनवाई जल्द की जाय आपसे यही विनम्र निवेदन है सर ।

Sir I paid my bill (account no. [protected] registered on the name of ayub khan ) on 19/05/2017 at 09:05 pm for rupees 1720 and AMT. Has been deducted from my account but receipt couldn't generated and bill still showing unpaid. Please make sure that the bill has been paid and give me confirmation about the payment.
Otherwise refund my money in to my account.

We are resident of Sheetal Kheda, Utrathia, Lucknow. There is no electric pole . All villagers collecting money and dump bamboo in place of pole, which is very dangerous for peoples and animals. The Bamboo is also damage very soon .
Kindly arrange electric poles for villegers.

Sir, May lucknow to alert nevasi hu. sir muje electricity theft ke bare me information dani hai. Sir Eak ghar may kafe same se electricity theft ho raha hai. Address hai SS - 115 Moti Jheel Colony Aishbagh, Lucknow - 226004. Sir Is theft ne main line se Eak wire Alag se connect kar rakhi hai jo uski dochati se ho kar pure ghar may connect ke ghai hai aur to aur us per tiles bhi lag gai hai. sir aap ke department ke kuch local staff bhi inse mela hua hai. aap se request hai ki new team ke sath checking per jaye. local staff ko is ke bare may information na ho nahi to wo theft person to alert kar dege.

Mera ghar 544c/275 Almas bagh balaganj near maimoona clinic, ke bagal me bijli ka pole laga hai jo ab tedhaa ho ker ghar se takra rha hai. Jisse ghar me akser current a jata hai.. J.E. se complaint ki per koi karyawahi nahi hui.
Kripya meri complaint per dhyan diya jae or bijli ke khambr ko sidha kiya jae ya fr naya pole lgwaya jae anythaa kisi bhi waqt koi bhi durghatna ho sakti hai .

Dear Sir/Mam,

I would like to register a complaint against house no. C.K.63/45 choro piyari, Varanasi UP pin code 221001, owner is Mr. & Mrs. Dr. Vijay Kumar Singh are using illegal electricity in their house since last Ten to Fifteen years and they are fearless. He made a way from window of balcony and through this they permanently connects a wire and use illegal electricity without running electric meter. And they remove wire between 10 am - 6 pm for d attention of checking and beyond this timing they r using illegal electricity for all electrical appliances .
Kindly raid the house and take immediately necessary action to stop illegality .
Please do something aggressive action.

I would like to inform u that the house no k47/162-c katuapura, varanasi, owner of Mr.Dhankumar are using illegal electricity in their house to run 4 heater, 8 fans, 2 computers, washing machine, water pump and many other appliances without pay electric bill.
k47/162 house divided three part between his cousin, k47/162-a owner name late kali prasad, k47/162-b owner name Mr. Rakesh kumar and k47/162-c owner name Mr.Dhankumar.
The owner of house no k47/162-A and B electricity employees. If any electricity officer come for invitation in house no k47/162-c for electricity theft. Mr ramesh help and he told this is my house. if officer not except and he provide some money (corruption). and Mr. dhankumar save every time.
Kindly raid the house and take immediate necessary action to stop illegality.

I purchased a plot at village adhar kheda near integral university kurshi road lucknow in the year of 2015 and i also applied for conection at that time but that je diwakar yadav told us distance is more than 40 mtr from pole i agreed that this genuinely at 50 mtr from pole. After alot of followup they geve temporary conection. But now in 2016-17 two more house created with the distance from pole 47 mtr and 44 mtr respectivaly and they both got conection while j. E. (Diwakar yadav, saurabh kuswaha) s. D. O (C. P singh), and hcn (Ram prakash gupta) knows this but no one ready to give answer or proper solution to us.

They mentally harrashed us since last two year this village has majority of yadava's and our previous j. E (Diwakar yadav) also belongs this community so they gave many connection which are too far from pole but still we dont find any solution our temporary conection also cutted for further process of permanent conection.

Every home have connection in this teritory inspite of mine so please help with this corrupted organization i[censored] can as my family suffered from last two and half years.

I have deposited my bill of march 2017 a/c no-[protected] on 17/4/2017 thru bhim app. When no response came from your side, i lodged above complaint. To-day i received a message that complaint is resolved, while my a/c is still showing bill pending. My bank a/c shows that bill amount of rs.4578/ has been deducted and sent to [protected]@upi transfer to[protected] on 17/4/2017. Kindly resolve the matter satisfactorily.

As you know current time we all are facing high temperature problem and we all are working. When we retuning home we all are expecting good sleep but due to unwanted daily power cut off small kids, old citizens all are facing problems.
I tried to many time to call electricity board complaints department new alambagh & chander nagar, they only told to me azad nagar area is not connected to my department & without saying anything they disconnected call.
We all are facing this issue in every summer.
Kindly do the needful if you can.

This complaint in regard of consumer number -[protected], name - tikam singh add, village –pipalka, suratpur.
This for your information and immediate action required from your end, my concern is this connection is installed in rural are and it is only for irrigation purpose only but you guy’s are billing as per the urban tariff.

We are the farmer’s and today our honorable pm sir and honorable cm sir taking about the farmers benefits and relaxation and as reputed company you should also support them but instead of support you are doing the complications to the farmers and you are charging the amount as per your wish.

As my point of you, this type of peoples/persons are equally responsible of farmers “suicide” because no matter how the are upbringing the crop, how they are hard worker. You know only one thing that is to prepare the bills as per your wish and recover this amount forcefully from the farmers. No matter for you that how a farmer will pay the rs.50000/- for few days against the tube well/ irrigation electricity bills.
Ir, we are not the business men we are farmers and we generate very less profit to live after hard working in the field.

Can anyone believe npcl charge rs.51735/- for one month from a farmer (Tube well connection) even i have only 3 acre lend for irrigation, woww guy’s this is amazing, by this you will definitely kill a farmer.
I mention some of the headline points if there is any humanity in npcl then rectify it. And support the farmers to become the india “krishi pradhan desh”

1. My connection is in village and its is only for irrigation purpose then why are you billing as per the urban tariff.
2. My every month average consumption unit is approx. 180 kwh units then how can it become 7057 kwh unit in billing month jan.
3. Why every month fixed charges are varying (Fixed charging means fixed)
4. Why npcl not deliver the bills every month at our door step
5. What is excess demand

Hope you will understand the today’s situation of farmers so guys i request to you don’t create the wrong things to them.
I am waiting for the satisfied reply and correct bill, if you will generate the right bill no one will hassle to pay it.

Even yesterday npcl closed the complaint without making any single call to me and without the justified answer.

My humble request to uppcl to ask the npcl about it and resolve our problem

I have paid my electricity bill in UPPCL via paytm but my bill not paid according to paytm bill paid successful in paytm side it was provided me a operator reference no. O[censored]PPCL but in site of www.uppclonline.com my bill still show unpaid. my UPPCL A/c no. Is [protected]
and paytm gave the operator reference number[protected] but my bill is not updated in uppcl site but when i compain to paytm then they say to complaint in uppcl and gave operator reference no. Solve my problem as soon as possible..i have also try to customer care o[censored]ppcl but call was not connected from morning to till now.

My account id is[protected]. My last bill of feb (2017) month is rs 1486 and in march it was rs 1480 but currently the bill of april month was rs 10, 119 can you please elaborate the situation. I had visited your vaishali office and the customer care executive said that approx 8500 rs is charge for last year (2016) because the reading which is taken previously is not correct. We submitted all bill time to time but they charge the bill of last year again by excusing us that the reading taken by their member is not correct so few amount is pending.
