I wish to inform you that i am shyama devi w/o late mr. Ram roop tiwari from village - pure lakhai pandey, post - hazipatti, paragana - miranpur, distt:- sultanpur up 227805. The pole has uprooted due to storm hence the supply of electricity has discontinued and the necked cable has scattered which may cause harmful for villagers. Please install the new pole and provide connection to us as soon as possible.

I am Pankaj kumar consumer of station road purani basti .DISTT Basti, Uttar Pradesh. My connection is of electric supply is off from pole for which I registered complain in purani basti power house on 12/7/17 morning 11:am.and till now the problem is same.This matter is known by higher authorities of dept.please solve my problem

I was making payment but the transaction failed and amount was debited and has not been refunded... It has been more than 2week... Kindly take action as soon as possible... That will be a great act of yours failing which i will do the needful

    Despite of several complaints no action has been taken and totally wrong bill of 17 months has been given to me and the payment i made is treated as advanced payment and i m also not able to pay my bill through paytm my bill is also not updated on website.

        Above pole is situated in Ramganga Vihar -II, OPP PANTHER GYM MORADABAD
        Due to current in pole it becomes heated and dangerous for the children / residents.
        Supply of water is also becomes hot.
        Current is also flown in the tapwater of houses which is beyond doubt very risky and dangerous for life
        Problem persist since last seven days
        Please look into the matter and redress the problem without delay

        This is a comercial connection in muzaffarnagar city. Before 20 days the supply is very bed . Power cut in every day 10 hours.

            Hi Sir,

            This is with reference to my complaint number MV[protected]. I am a residence of 739, Lalbagh, Faizabad. The power authorities have granted permission to issue a separate separate connection at my residence which is illegally been occupied by tenants. It is my house and they have been living in it forcefully. I would request you to revoke this order as these people (Atul & Ankita Shrivastava) have no legal documents to support that it is their house. Moreover, I would like to question how the authorities can be so careless in granting permissions to such baseless requests.

              I had paid an amount of Rs. 2472/- towards my bill through netbanking on 05/07/2017. However, though the amount was deducted from my bank, the site showed an error. No receipt was generated and my UPPCL account is now showing the same amount as due. How can I ask for a duplicate receipt and ensure that the amount is either shown as credited to their account or returned to my account? My email id is [protected]@yahoo.com.

                Dear sir in 14/34 mr atik and his neighborhood are theft of electricity. They all have an illegal wire which is coming from behind the home at the roof and in the roshan daan. They all have submersible pump and air conditions. A lineman is also involved in who take the bribe from them

                  Dear Sir, There is no electricity supply since last 7 days in the Village- Jaunara, P.O.- Tajuddinpur, Block- Akhandnagar, Tahsil- Kadipur, Distt.- Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh. People are suffering. Electricity condition is very bad in this area since last 2 months. We get hardly 12-14 hours supply per day and frequent cuts at short intervals. Please check. There is very bad situation in this area. If any fault occurs then it takes more than one week time to resolve it.

                          गांव के लोग अगर शिकायत करने जाते हैं तो पैसे मांगते हैं ओर उसके बाद भी कोई काम नहीं करते हैं... क्या कोई सुधार हुआ है नई सरकार बनने के बाद या फिर अभी भी, उत्तर प्रदेश का बिजली बिभाग, घूसखोर ओर बेमिमान लोगो से भरा हुआ है...

                          ओर क्या यहा से कोई हेल्प हो सकता है या यहा भी सिर्फ complaint करवाते रहो, कोई सुनने वाला नही है, वाला हिसाब किताब है..?

                              I live in sector -4 vaishali, ghaziabad and there is a high voltage fluctuation. It not even takes 5 or 4 minutes there is fluctuation. There is a high risk of shotcircuit. If any mishappening happens who will take the responsibility. This is my hummble request to you. When called, the person dosen't acts and not even writes the complain. If not taken action i have to go to higher authorities or even court for depriving me from right to electricity under right to life.

                              i live in bareilly, kargaina there is high voltage fluctuation in my area, I work online and my work get hindered due to this nuisance many of my appliance stop working, There is a high risk of shot circuit.                               I am from Bareilly pin code 243001 area khannu mohalla, I facing serious low - high voltage fluctuation in my are from last 2 days, it's impacting my work as well as there is a high risk of shot circuit or damage
                              of appliances.

                              I am requesting UPPCL to consider this as a priority to resolve the issue.

Where most of the industrialists and politician lives is regular and there is no problem of voltage and tripping and in hriday patti.                                     My account number is [protected]. I tried twice making payment of my electricity bill via online mode. But the payment gateway deduct my balance from my account but payment was not successful in that electricity account. I tried twice to do the payment but could not be completed by the gateway.
                                    Thank you for using state bank internet banking. Your transaction ref no igabncfqk9 for rs.4733.0 on 21-jun-17 22:05. That transaction was done through net banking.
                                    Rs.4, 733.00 was spent on your sbi card no. Ending xx1666 at uppcl on 22 jun 17. Remaining credit limit: rs.70, 058.13. That was done through credit card.
                                    Please revert back both my payments as i have made my bill payment, no bill is pending on me.

                                      I tried online payment of my bill on 21 & 22 june 2017. While making payment my account debited for rs. 4733/- but my bill payment was not precessed. I tried it twice, on both occasion payment was not completed. But my account was debited threw payment gateway. Please return back my amount to my account. I got message from my bank.                                       I tried online payment of my bill due on 29.06 2018 Rs 398.00, While making payment myaccount debited for Rs 398 .00, Butmy bill payment is not processed. plese do some thing possible for this matter .
