I live in sector -4 vaishali, ghaziabad and there is a high voltage fluctuation. It not even takes 5 or 4 minutes there is fluctuation. There is a high risk of shotcircuit. If any mishappening happens who will take the responsibility. This is my hummble request to you. When called, the person dosen't acts and not even writes the complain. If not taken action i have to go to higher authorities or even court for depriving me from right to electricity...

Mr. Ashutosh gautam is the criminal they do theft of electricity every night from the pole of electricity near their house. The pole is in the 1st floor of their house so they easily do theft of electricity from that pole they are having the hole in the their terris so they easily passes the cable through them and attach it to the pole. Electric bill not send to home at monthly basis. Recently they held a camp for submitting electric bill. I have no idea what amount is for electric bill. When i go to electric office then i know that it is 25648. Till now i have no huge money to submitting electric bill.
