I live in sidharth Niketan society and I see my neighbour 76 Sidharth Niketan use electricity without electric meter I.e. unauthorized. He use so many electric appliances as like heater, induction stove, water heater .I am also complained in electricity department but i did not see any different. So please check this point . And come with vigilance team

    As per subject cited above, kindly peruse my bill it shows that last one year Last Bill ARR Rs 10.70 has been charged regularly by the billing department o[censored]PPCL. Perhaps it is fake practice adopted by UPPCL.
    It is therefore requested that reimburse the fake bill amount already charged & deposited at the earliest or adjust in current bill & also correct my bill at the earliest in future so that we may deposit the current month bill accordingly. Any late action from your side is the responsibility of your department.

    I have only one fan and a cooler, i work for 12 hours a day, and I hardly stay back at home, i dont even have an iron in the electrical appliances to use, no refrigerator, no tv, nothing which consumed electricity my bill for the month is 2491.

          Sir,
          This is in relation to Electric wire lines going over our Plot at low height and the poles placed in a very unpleasant way in front of the Plot, all without our prior consent. Our plot is In Chhata Town on Delhi Agra National Highway 2, which has lost its commercial value by the way Electric poles and wires has been placed on it IRRESPONSIBLY.
          We have invested our hard earned life saving money for purchasing this Plot, which has been ruined by NHAI officials and UPPCL Electricity department, while working on Delhi-Agra 6 Lane Road Project. Misdeed has been on our Plot only, while all other nearby work is done in a proper manner. It seems like this has been done intentionally to make us Rome here and there for this issue.

          Kindly look into the matter as it is a serious matter for us.

            In our faizabad, thr'z no customer care no. Regarding any query.. So we are unable to know that what is the reason or any fault in electricity or how much time it will take to repare... So plz provide us any proper custmr care service number, which can be available for some fix hours... I really don't like my up electricity or municipality services... Very poor.

                The above meter is in the name of rafat ansari vide connection no. K. No.:[protected] a/c no.: [protected] r/o j 16/76, nawa pura nakki ghat, varanasi -221001.
                I like to mention that neither anyone from uppcl office has visited my home to take meter reading nor any bill has been sent from uppcl office to me. I got shocked when i saw the bill i. E. For rs 108310 (One lac eighty three thousand three hundred ten) with meter reading 9980 unit. We have made a complaint on 17.12.2016 about the wrong bill without meter reading vide complain no [protected]., for which the uppcl turned up on 21th decemebr 2016 for checking and found the meter reading 3337 unit. As per their record, no meter reading was taken earlier since begining. The connection with meter was installed in the year 2015 and till date 3337 unit was consumed as most of the days we are out of town. After reading the unit, my connection was disconnected on 22.12.2016 by h. P pal, je, machodari, varanasi.

                This was excess billing due to not reading taken by the executive authorized for this area.
                Therefore, the correct bill was sent to me by uppcl on 24.12.2016 and the same was paid by me online on 24.12.2016. After paying the bill, my outstanding balance becomes zero (Copy enclosed).

                I have sent several reminder to your uppcl, machodari office through phone and by mail but their official is not taking it seriously. I am living without electricity from 22.12.2016 till date.

                I have talked to mr. Manoj gupta, mobile no.[protected], executive engineer several times to reconnect electricity but sir/madam, he is not responding at all.

                I request request to kindly consider my appeal and take necessary steps to reconnect my electricity.

                I need justice form you.
                Please help me to get my electric connection.

                  Today on 17th december 2016 i paid the electricity bill of rupees 140 of the electricity bill account number [protected] and amt. Of ruppes has been debited from my account (17/12/2016 feb/xfer/[protected] 140.00) but reciept of bill payment has not been recieved and sms of bill payment also didn't recieved as it recieved earliar while making the payment.
                  Please consider my problem and make sure that bill has been paid.

                      May I hope that the complaints are to be supervise are not, because we are many times to complaints of the electricity theft on the different platforms but unfortunately very bad our system that who promised to be taken a better service for humanity that they were full fill defaulter in the system/corporation/deportment that so on after many complains will not be any action against to be right now .that fore ever many suffers the original billing pay customers.

                        I paid the bill of rupees 248 yesterday morning on the uppcl online site in the refrence of the account no of the bill [protected] which is registered for the name of kalpana mitra.
                        Amt has been deducted from my account but in the reciept it is appeard that payment could not be processed.
                        How is it possible that after deduction of money paument could not be processed.

                        Bll for oct 2016 was excess charged for 136 unit. On complaining bill was amended manually on 12/11/2016 and amount was paid on same day. Photocopy of the amended bill and payment receipt was also provided for updating the record so that next bill is generated correctly. But in the bill of 11/16 arrear of Rs.684 has also been mentioned.

                          Hi Team,

                          At time of payment for mentioned post, I was making payment of 1050 Rs INR from credit card, and it failed and amount was deducted from my account and then did payment of 1050 RsINR again and amount was deducted and got error that session was expired and after 24 hours 1 payment became sucessful and I had applied for the post sucessfully but I did not recieved refund of amount 1050Rs INR payment done previously
                          Please help me out to get refund my first one payment

                            I have a very serious complaint to make. My account number is [protected].
                            I have not been receiving my electricity bill for the last six months. After 6 months I finally receive a bill which is wrongly charged. I have been surcharged for late payment for every month. But I have not been receiving bills which is your department's fault. I called up the customer care so he asked me to talk to my local office in Varanasi. I went to the Bhelupur office from where my connection is supplied. The SDO incharge Mr. Puri told me that they are not responsible for sending the bills. Instead I am supposed to go and collect it every month from their office. If this was the case, you should have informed us before. You can check my billing history. My payment has always been on time. You are charging me wrongly for someone else's mistake. He also told me that I should be grateful to him because he didn't disconnect my connection. That is your right and you may do whatever you feel is right. But this is pure bullying.
                            So my request to you is find out the cause of it and provide me with a detailed explanation as to why I did not receive my bills on time and why am I being charged wrongly for your mistakes.

                              I have been receiving extra amount in my electricity bill from the past few months. I had faced the same problem last year and my bill was adjusted accordingly. Frankly speaking I feel that someone has done some changes in the connection of our building because strangely some houses here are not receiving their electricity bills at all.
                              I wish to launch a complaint and get it checked on priority so that any changes can be checked. Please at the earliest give me a call on the registered number on the account as I would not be paying extra bucks every time.
                              I had called up the customer care and have been asked to complain in the power house. I will do the same but still I want this to be taken care of at the earliest.

                                    It is my very sincere and simple complaint that at Balrampur House Mumfordganj Allahabad practically everyday from last 10-15 days there is rostering of light for hours together. On asking from BELI ROAD substation there is never a satisfactory reply and the usual reply is when our officer will let us know we will switch on or maintenance is going on.
                                    On asking for how many days & how many hours per day no body answers correctly.
                                    My only complaint is when it is scheduled for roster why not it is being informed by news paper or else let the staff of sub station know the dates of POWER CUT and time for how many hours, so that consumer may make alternative arrangements.
                                    The same complaint I did in May 2016 & has no results, now again I am doing even THOUGH I KNOW IT WILL HAVE NO IMPACT ON OFFICERS & STAFF responsible for it.

                                      I, deep mohan aggarwal, age 65 living with my family. From the past 2 weeks, electricity board has disconnected our line from the pole. There is no power so there is no water also. We have tried to meet twice sdo, exen, se, but all in vain. Neither they are not restoring our electricity nor giving any reason of disconnection.
                                      Why we are denied by our fundamental rights? According to the article 21 of constitution of india, as a citizen of india we have a right to life, right to health etc. What is the matter that electricity don't even care about honorable supreme court ruling of human fundamental rights. Why & when this harassment would be stopped. Our connection no is 9056/557035. Plz look into the matter help the law abiding tax paying citizen of india. Life without electricity & water is hell & unimaginable. I have 2 little grand daughters age 1.5 & 5.5 years.                                         I have paid my electricity bill in UPPCL via paytm but my bill not paid according to paytm bill paid successful in paytm side it was provided me a operator reference no. O[censored]PPCL but in site of www.uppclonline.com my bill after 3days still show unpaid also my new bill is added in previous bill by uppcl my UPPCL A/c no. Is [protected]
                                        and paytm gave the operator reference no. Is[protected] but after 3days my bill not updated in uppcl site but when i compain to paytm then they say to complaint in uppcl and gave operator reference no. So i want to say solve my problem as soon as possible..i have also try to customer care o[censored]ppcl but call was not connected from morning to till now.

                                        I paid my bill via paytm on 18th may but uppcl website shows that bill does not paid but paytm shows the bill paid successfully
