I have taken a electricity connection of 5kva for a bank, which situated in my property by receipt no1716 connection no 131394 on 12/9/2016, as per law in this connection are applicable 3 phase and 1 nutel, but given only 2 phase without nutel. So we can not use this connection due to high voltage of two phase. I have given written application to j e, sdo and ee of our area and personally meet many times, but my problem not solved.

I am from khailam tehsil aonla distt bareilly u. P 243302 we are connected to aliganj power house
. The condition of electricity schedule is so burst in this area that we are not getting it more then 3 to 4 hours.
Though it is the residence place of minister dharampal singh, so there should be a good management of all departments but all the departments of this area are irresponsible.

In this area very low voltage problem. No any electronic machine properly work. Only 50 volt light comes in this area.
Water pump not running so water problem is very high.

In this area transformer is very low kV transformer. So please change this transformer .

Sir, i am from kalandi vihar 31a krishna gold, agra -282006. We want to take connection from last 1 year but torrent power not providing connection to us we are visiting there office, we have also applied for temporary connection but they are not providing connection to us. Please solve this issue because our honourable pm dreaming to achieve 100% electrification in all-over india & we are in agra city after that we are left to achieve electricity....

I deposited the amount of Rs 19745.00 on 27.05.2017 under ots. my connection number is 128083 at E311 supertech new moradabad up 244001 in the name of visharat ali. copy enclosed. The deposited amount has not been deducted from my next electricity bill. please arrange to deduct the paid amount under ots from my current electricity bill. The ots bill was deposited off line and i am enlosing the off line receipt also....

My village is gohra alam gir pur, dist - hapur (245101). Sir hmare village me jbse yogi ji ne 18 hours light announce ki h tbhi se light 10 to12 hours bhi nahi aati hai. Aur saam 7 pm se 5am tak toh kbhi continue aayi hi nahi. Har raat beech beech me kai hours ko jati h. Plz sir main bhut poor hoon padhne me problem hoti h. Plz resolve this problem. I want to let you know that in my village many are taking electricity by illeagally but i have a connection until the condition is very poor.
Now cm order is to give 18 hrs electricity hence i am not getting getting electricity for 3 hrs. If electricy comes also then it comes for 2-3 minutes and then goes off and comrs back after 10 min.
Sir so its my humble mistake to give sufficient electricity.

Here in village dhawakar of tehsil mauranipur 284204, distt. Jhansi, all villagers except some are using illegal electricity and here is no regular checking so they are fearless, i have my come nnection but i am getting too poor electricity and i have also a complaint that here is no timetable for electricity, electricity comes at 7 am and goes at 7:30am thereafter it comes for half an hour at noon and lastly it comes at 9 pm for some hours...

I paid the uppcl electricity bill (a/c id [protected]) for rupees 1720 On 19/05/2017 and made online payment for that but after becoming payment completed receipt didn't generated and some errors showed but when I checked my account, I got that the AMT. Of rupees 1720 has been deducted in the fever of uppcl but bill still showing unpaid.
Please consider my problem because I've earlier made the complains too but didn't got...

Sir I paid my bill (account no. [protected] registered on the name of ayub khan ) on 19/05/2017 at 09:05 pm for rupees 1720 and AMT. Has been deducted from my account but receipt couldn't generated and bill still showing unpaid. Please make sure that the bill has been paid and give me confirmation about the payment.
Otherwise refund my money in to my account.

We are resident of Sheetal Kheda, Utrathia, Lucknow. There is no electric pole . All villagers collecting money and dump bamboo in place of pole, which is very dangerous for peoples and animals. The Bamboo is also damage very soon .
Kindly arrange electric poles for villegers.

To-day i received a message that complaint is resolved, while my a/c is still showing bill pending.
