Sir, hamara canection ka kebal ko transforms se kiye gaye hai.
Baha par lagataar pyaare lal, and uske ladke transformer par kadiya dalkar light chori kar rahe hai jiske karan hamare yaha light ki poorti nahi ho paa rahi hai, ya vo log light hone par kadiya dalte hai to hamare yaha balb fiyuj ho jate hai ya toot jaate hai, ya koi tools phuk jaate hai.

Ata shreemaan ji se nivedan hai ki jadi se jadi karvaahi ki hate.

Sir/madam,

I had taken new connection of digital electric meter on dated 15 jun and today its 29 jul meter showing reading of 455 which is much more than my consumption. As i have small family consumltion of electricity is very nominal as in general houses it consumes.

I am not convince with meter reading as by my usage.

Please look into matter and do the needful.

Too much people are using electricity in unauthorised manner, (Bijli chori), which are disturbing voltage also. So sir please take immediate action on them. It is a type of crime and the people are uses too much power consumpting electrical devices which produces a random fluctuation and result in random high or low voltage. And people who have authorised connection are in too much trouble they are paying electrical bills but too much far from satisfied sevice. So sir please take immediate action on them

Hello sir,
In my village transformer is not working since last 4 days.
No action is taken yet.
My village is situated 7 kilometers away from jaunpur main city. We face this kind of electricity failure very frequently and no government authorities take care of that.
Please solve this problems asap.

Which type worst services from night at 10:00 pm the phase change due to some fault that not repaired till next day by which water supply also sttopped it's passed to much time we pay always bill for this irregularities that you can't resolve it in more than 24 hours. What should you make smart city that's reason why indian who earn a sufficient amount they shift in foreign countries.

My name is hari charan maurya son of shri ram maurya, vill & post - tiloura, machhali shahar, jaunpur & my book no. 3512 & my connection no. 802540, so my transformer 25kva is blast early morning (18/07/2017)& i was registered complaint (19/07/2017) & your purvachal call advisor registered my complaint & committed to shortout my problem within 24 to 48 hours & your call advisor say to soon contact our sub station senior manager, but about 72 hours past & any people do not face to the transformer problem & next day contact your senior call advisor disconnect my call. So please check my complaint no (Pu[protected]) & shortout my problem immediately & every who one responsible man punish at once.

Je not received my application in written. He come with his team and check my meter. He said meter is ok.
But the meter reder and lineman come again and told my meter is not working. And they demand money.

There is an electricity problem we are facing yet. I want to convey you that only one phase get proper light as compared to other phases of colony. We are facing problem regarding this if i discussed about timings. One phase get 17 hours light but the others get only 12 hours. It's a big problm for every night light cuting by vidhut board. Due to which public suffer so many problm and tiny child not sleeping. They are crying whol night. While public pay elctricity bill then why not getting light full time. At least you understand the all prblm.

Sir, this month we received bill unexpected ly more. It was rs 7665/- for 18 days. Our last oner year average bill was rs. 15, 00 for 30 days. We use one cooler, one fan, one tube light and anything else. We went local electricity office. They give not any explanation. They told to deposit 700 for meter check application and and 5000 for meter check process. We can't pay such huge amount of electricity bill.
Please give relaxation in this bill.
Please give explanation of this huge bill.
Please facilitate to check meter free of cost.
Please provide us last six months meter reading noted in electricity office register.
Other wise we will complain in consumer form, delhi. And rti also.

Today, a person named shivam from dvvnl come to give monthly electricity bill.
After printing bill, he said you are getting excess bill, do you want to reduce it.
I said if i am getting any excess bill, certainly i want right and reduced bill.
Then he said for this you have to pay 200₹ with two photographs and photocopy of bill.
I asked whether i will get a receipt of that money, he say no. This money is given to office. Then i say means you keep this money with you and your colleagues. Is this not corruption. He say i have to pay 150₹ to seniors.
I said i will complaint regarding this, then he move away.

I am complaining because i need my authentic and accurate bill without any excess amount. And i don't want to pay any "bribe" to anyone. I hate this corruption.
I request and urge the concerned authorities to take appropriate action on this matter.in small city like mainpuri [up], such incidents are more often, nobody raise the voice against corrupt government workers.

Hope something good still prevails in our country.

We are the resident of vill mandla ward no 38 near mokshdham mandir main chirori road, ghaziabad (Up).in this vill peoples are using electricity in their upstairs (Sidi) without any payment palming greasing on the local sdo/lineman (Who are on daily wages). The electricity is going to misuse all the time. It is a regular practices since the colony became operational.

Being a serious theft, will you pvvnl take action in the matter, early as possible.

As u knew that in our state many people stealing electricity and giving millions of lossses to electricity board and our economy. The house which is located in moradabad a-26 jigar colony civil lines moradabad. U. P ' thefting electricity since so many years. Without afraid of anybody because one of the relative of this family is ex minister of s. P

But because of yogi sarkar i am sure there will be an action to this people. Which are very dare to take law in there hand. And effecting our economy.

They are using two different cables wires for there appliances all the heavy load of the house in the hidden wire coming from the pole from behind trees. And some of the duty officer of electricity board are helping them.

If possible pls bring media in that house when your vigilance officer will raid on them. So it will get lesson to others too.

Sir i belong to nirala nagar colony, anandnagar, maharajganj, up, pin 273155, sir transformer which supplies electeicity in this colony burn out on 10.07.17, no attention from department dreawn till now, please acknowledge the problems facing these peoples and change the transformer, please note down before two months this transformer was changed, but demand 100 kba transformer whereas department installed 63 kba, thats the reason to frequently burn out the transformer.

I would like to draw your attention on the fact that we are facing an extreme problem with electricity supply here. This happens every summer when electricity is most needed.

This problem is getting severe and authorities are requested to take appropriate action.
