I feel, people are getting max 10 hour supply. When getup in morning, there is no power. When go to sleep in night, there is no power. Whole afternoon time, there is no power. It's so frustrating in daily life routine. How any one can study and do their own works.

When people are ready to pay each and every tax to govt on time. Why bjp govt can not fulfill their promises like 20 hour power supply atleast.

Sir, my A.No.[protected] UPPCL creating my Bill with out reading. My MR 2013 on 17, 08, 2017 while Bill creat MR 2102 Rs. 666/- which is wrong. I have lodge many complaints but no action has been taken. Sir I m paying wrong created Bill.

When we deposit fee through credit card amount of rs. 1050 has deduct from account but form is remain uncomplete and amount deducted first time then i pay second time rs. 1050 for the same id and same card this time payment accept and for was completed.
Please reimburse of rs. 1050 on my account due to double payment on same id.

In connection in name of sunita gupta ca no [protected], in that connection reader come to in my office and he say your bill not pay i had pay the bill and see the copy of payment he demand 550/- in cash i ask which payment he say delay payment i do not pay he say your connection disconnect.
Please verify its and it is unlogical no receipt without receipt payment demand is unauthoik.
Please request check what is this matter.

I live in Abhay Khand 3 and in the Night there is so much dark outside because the Street Lights are not working please do something about this you can't even go outside your home in Night because of extreme darkness.Today is 15th August and I hope that you will do something about this quickly for the sake of our Country's Respect.

Sir my online bill update incorrect my online previous reading 8728 and present reading 9429 so total unit update 1151 but present reading incorrect ant total unit incorrect. My correct bill by meter reader previous reading 8278 and present reading 8714 so total unit 436 and correct bill 2564 so request please correct my online bill.

My bill Account number is[protected]. I paid 815.00 rupees on 7-8-2017 via ATM card but not updated my bill account. I have received a new receipt tomorrow inwhich add old amount 815.00 rupees and new amount 454.00 rupees = 1269.00 rupees. So please solve my complain as soon as.

I would like to inform you that the houses near 219 astabal charbagh moulvigang amminabad near mohammadi masjid lucknow, are illegally using the electricity in their houses and supplying the electricity to the neighboring brother's houses and they using 4 air-conditions (A. C.) and haters and charges money for that after 5 pm to next day 8:00 am every day since last 18 months and the person who does this is named rizwan ahmad with the help of illegal wires. So i request you to please check and take immediate necessary actions as i already check all these things personally.

I have taken new connection on 10.03.17. Connection was for 2kilowatt, My consumption is very less due to small family. I use electricity in the night only, using one fan and for using one fan readings are comming much more. Last month reading were 65 for only 6 hrs.

I have 1 kw meter in my house but when i go to submit my bill in june in uppcl system it shows the meter of 24 kw and bill of 44 lac rupees i am having my last each n every bill n every proof thatthis is wrong. I registered a complaint in talkatora substation regarding this issue they came n check the meter but today when i go for the bill still thebill showing wrong there. And they are not helping me with this issue. Kindly do someth ng regarding this issue as soon as possible.

Sir i am resident of #580, new defence colony, bamba road, near transformer, muradnagar, ph no: [protected], becouse of voltage fluctuation our appliances of near about 2 lakh rs (Oxegen machie, tv, ventilator, fan, inverter) have been damaged 2 times in 4 days. Our transformer is very old and need replacement. Pls see in to the matter sir. We have no souce of income and cant bear these type of losses.

We applied for a new commercial meter on 31st may 2017, but our meter was put in place after one and an half month in mid july that too without seal, when we asked the lineman mr. Firoz ([protected]), he said that is how meter is issued in uttar pradesh, we told him that we live in delhi, meter issued in delhi are sealed and sealed slip is given to the costumer as an acknowledgement receipt, but he neither sealed our meter nor gave any acknowledgement slip.
If tomorrow, for instance our home is raided by electricity officials, they will think that we intentionally desealed our meter and charge us dearly, thats why we are complaining about it. Please seal our meter, because we don't trust line man.
