Respected Sir/Madam,

With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that, I am a customer of your UPPCL Rular area Ghazipur Saraila Uttar Pradesh.
Over the last few months, I have had a problem with my electricity bill about which I would like to tell you that from the very beginning my electricity bill ranged from 500 to 600.
But in the last few months, my electricity bill has reached a minimum of 100 to150 Rs only which is not possible to except but paid every month by online.As far as I’m guessing, it’s not my fault, there’s something wrong with my electric meter. So I reached at my nearest office UPPCL as staff said that there is mistake by us so please pay some more amount & he wrote that amount on the back side of electricity bill.i have a question, is this a worth it to accept this kind of service which is mistake by UPPCL staff.

Therefore I request you to please kindly send anyone to check my electric meter. Please do this soon I shall be very thankful to you. I look forward to hearing back from you.

Almost one month passed my check meter is not yet installed.

I get my electricity bill on 3rd of every month. But in November I have no bill till now. The units will increase and I will have to pay extra charge.my account number is [protected] EDDU 1st Moradabad

My account no is [protected]. My bill is all time high and I was not at home. Please get it rectified asap.

No body come my home for electric meter reading so I cannot paid my bill at time.

Electricity not comming to my house since one day. Issue is only in my house.

We have a problem the wire changers in our area didn't connect our pole to the line he say that first we give him money then they connect our wire to the main line he wants to take 500 rs per connection on that pole and we have atleast 13 to 15 connection on that pole is it right that we also have to pay for our light connection then it is wrong aur kindly pay the aattention to our problem we didn't get electricity from 2 days we are in trouble
Kindly listen our problem and fix it

For that period we have doing n number of visit at Shahganj location for that issue but never seen any one of the employee for getting resolutions.

In my street Near to my home one of the PSC pole was previously installed but that pole got damaged by a vehicle in an accident previously since then we did not got new pole.
The pole which is near to my home is more than 50 meters.for taking the connection we are tieing our connection...

This is to submit that electricity is not availabke in my flat and locality for the last 14 hours. We are facing great difficulty. It is requested that the needful may kindly be done at the earliest.

My uppcl account number is [protected] I paid my bill through your uppcl billdesk and amount get deducted from my bank account but I didn't get confirmation of bill payment from your system

On your registered bill you mentioned that we have to pay the bill by the 12th, but on the 11th of October. I just got disconnected. The one who came to cut my electricity is called Santosh. He just talked very abusive to my mom and then after half an hour when I paid off my over-indebtedness and told him to reconnect but he just refused to reconnect. Nobody listens to me in the electricity office and the SDO officer does not listen to me either. It's hooliganism in Lajpat nagar. I ask you to take strict action against it.

Regarding Meter Change

This complaint is regarding our meter related. According to the billing guy, my meter is not working properly. I try to connect with the nearest powerhouse JE officer but he can't help me.

So I would like to request you please take action on this as soon as possible and change my meter.
