Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] Complaints & Reviews

I was paying my electricity bill online on uppcl website. An amount of rs. 7237 got deducted from my account but no slip was generated at the end which should usually happen and when i still check the uppcl website it is showing the bill due amount of rs7237. Kindly help me to either get a copy of slip from uppcl or a way to refund the money that was deducted from my sbi account.

I have paid my electricity bill through uppcl website via wallet. The amount of 369 RS was deducted from my account no vide transaction ref no[protected]IGADZSEVN3 dated 20 jul 18 but no receipt was given by paynimo or the money credited against my bill no[protected]

So please refund 369 Rs to my accont or pay my outstanding above mentioned bill

कृपया करके हमारी बात का ध्यान दें मिश्री बगिया बालागंज चौराहे पर बिजली चोरी की जा रही है 10 साल से बिजली चोरी की जा रही है और कोई यहां पर कोई चेक करने वाला नहीं आता 3 कूलर कहा यहां पर चलाए जाते हैं पर चलाए जाते हैं किसी के भी घर में मीटर नहीं लगा है 1, 2 लोगों के घर में मीटर लगा है कृपया करके ध्यान दें कोई कार्रवाई करें प्लीज हमारी बात का ध्यान दे और यहां पर बैटरी वाले रिक्शा चार्ज होते हैं रात भर चार्ज होता है ऐसे बहुत बिजली चोरी हो रही है

I have paid my bill on 21/07/2018 for the month of july 2018 through hdfc net banking for rs 5215, but receipt was not generated after payment and the same is showing due for Rs 5215. My account has been debited by the amount but no credit has been made in UPPCL Account. Please look in to this matter.

I have made a online payment on dated 18.07.2018 against Bill no[protected], having amount of 4711 rupees at 8:00 pm.
The above mentioned amount has been deducted from my PNB bank account (ECOM[protected] uppcl) but till now I don't received any acknowledgement from you and also it's not showing in my online account.
So you are requested to confirm and update the same immediately.

I live in Sector 71Sai apartment, condition o[censored]PPCL power supply is getting pathetic day by day. Power supply is nil nowadays.They shut off power supply 10 to 15 times a day.

Also as soon as few drops of rain comes they shut of the power supply, i am fail to understand what kind of services they are providing.

Their electricity meter runs like a bullet train. We use just one AC 8 hours only and our bill every month is between 6000 to 7000????

They a doing something seriously wrong, please inspect this board thoroughly.

I have house with 2 bedroom 1 living room and 2 BATHROOM and lawn. 1 rod, 3,
6 watt bulb, 5 fan and 1, 1 ton AC and a fridge. We are just 2 adults and 2 kids. Both kids go to school and we also go to school as we run a business, so no one is at home till 3 pm. We switch AC only in the night.Since last 4 months no one used to come to take the reading and then I complained to the supervisor and then he sent me a guy to take the reading. He came and billed me for 36234.65 RS bill for 2 months billed unit 5067.This is impossible. Last bill I paid from 24/Jan/ 18 till 25/May /18 was Just RS 5917 for 820 unit. So how come I consumed 5067 units in just 2 months??.
This is ridiculous electricity office is ripping us off.My last year bill for month of July 17 was rs 4189. This year 36234.65. What a Joke.
Please rectify it and send me a new bill. UPPCL is robbing us off. Ur looting us.

Sir,
For account number [protected], the bill generated for 10th July'18 is very high.The number o[censored]nit consumed shown in bill is 1046 unit[7200 rs] which is not correct.Average monthly consumption of electricity is 300 units.Please check the bill and rectify.The complain raised in UPPCL portal is not getting addressed and very irresponsible reply from official, please help on this.

I'm not understand why are uttar pradesh electricity board sending bill details without verification of mobile numbers.

Area Rajeev Nagar, near New Public Inter College Kalyanpur(226022)is facing extreme Voltage Fluctuation problem throughout the day mainly during the night when a healthy sleep is required to remain fit and active.

For the past 2 months we are experiencing this problem, although the nearby areas are having no such issues.

I request you to please look into this matter as soon as possible after-all it's the capital o[censored]P where the govt's priority is 100% power supply, but power supply with such Voltage fluctuation is of no use.

I am Ashwini Agrawal, (Ex-chairman of Chambers of Traders) resident of Gorakhpur. Today(16 July, 2018) I went to electricity bill office in order to understand my last month bill since it was looking inappropriate to me. But the official instead of helping me, misbehaved. His name is Mr Devash kumar. He was quite rude and have used inappropriate words. Kindly take action against him so that others does not suffer.

We are facing issue from UPPCL .we have not collect any bill from number to till date

I did not use electricity from last 4 months as out of city and my home was locked . In bill consumption unit is 500 plus every month and now connection is disconnected but meter still running.
Please do correct my meter and bills so that I can deposit right amount.
