Sir, i deposited full amount against full deposit scheme 45 days back but so far i have not got wire for connection.unless it is issued, my connection can not be operative.every time it is said from store that so far we have not placed purchase order.please explain that what is the use of full deposit scheme.if this is the case of full deposit scheme then what will be the condition of time bar case.

I wish to inform you that I have lot of complaint done about the manakmau power station sharda nager Saharanpur.
In this month power supply problem highly
Increased day by day at the night 5 to 6 hrs power not come. At the day also light not coming around 24 hrs light coming only 6 to 8 hrs. What is the issue .till yet not confirm by the customer care. This is not good for the summer . It may effective to child education .
Plz resolve the issue as soon.

I Rrecieved a call from somebody regarding my bill status. They ask me to you need to paid Rs. 500/- and you tell me your debit card number for clearing this bill. I asked him to send the bill so that i can send the same . He said it is not possible you can tell me t he number. I am sending the phone number which he has used
Number is 91 [protected]. He did not tell his name. kindly look into this matter regarding fraud call against this complaint.

As a responsible resident i inform you that there is no power supply time table for power cut bcz any time cut and only 10hrs or 11hr power comes in my muhalla.In this extreme summer season we are facing a lot of difficulties in our daily life due to unavailability of power. I have first tried to contact our supply substation but their person is not listening and i didn't get response from their basic telephone number.
So i request you sir please pay your attention...

Near Pathik Chowk, Vijay Nagar, Budaun-243601 light does not come long long time and come 12 to 14 hours a day only. Also low voltage problems and trip. School children are not able to prepare and complete their school work due Electricity problem. Manny times give complaints at electric office, no body take any action. Near my house current running in pole. Please look in to the matter and resolve the problems.

Sir most of the time we are facing low voltage problems in my home .We are regular payers of electricity bill.Idonot know how and why is this happening. Who will provide us electricity?I think electricity is in priority list in the Govt agenda.Should not responsible person come forward to solve this problem. There should be all or non law.Either provide electricity with adequate voltage or not provide at all.

On 5 July 2018 two people from electricity board came in saying they were here to cut the connection because o[censored]npaid dues of two months.I told them it will take me another one hour to pay the bill then they asked me to give 550 rupees as a late fee for which they did not give any receipt and left.i want to know how they charged this fee and if it was fair why did they not give me receipt.

I m one of the honest consumers in pilbhit city where despite availability of 24 hrs electricity we are deprived of the same becaue of poor infrastructure and blatant negligence of distribution staff and the culprits are mr. Np singh exen, mr ranvir singh yadav ae, mr. Sarfuddin ansari je and they behave in an arrogant fashion whenever they are made aware of their glaring mistake.
We are unable to enjoy uninterrupted bijli supply because of these no good corrupt officers... Do look into the matter with seriousness and with intention of punitive actions... They deserve class teacher's danda
With regards and forthcoming harsh action against the above...

My bank a/c shows that bill amount of rs.3195/ has been deducted and sent to [protected]@upi transfer to[protected] on 01/07/18 kindly resolve the matter satisfactorily.

Bank sms come to me that money is debited but their is no sms from uppcl and

but no one took any correcyive steps to resolve.

I'm living in a area in which people do not use electricity with honesty. They steal electricity from the electric pole. There are is a net of wires. Even my family also steal electricity from the pole. I want that my family should be punished with the stealers. You can see a dingy net of wires on the pole. The electric incharge takes money from every house and he has permitted them to steal the electricity. I'm a civilian so i can't see these type of things because it's my duty to inform concern authority. I hope you will understand the problem and solve it.

mr. Hemant Tyagi s/o Brijbhusan tyagi s/o Girraj singh is using the Air conditioner and Summersible pump illegally... They are using it for months without connecting it through electric meater. Hemant tyagi have a electric connection and also have a meater installed at his house but Still he is attaching a diffrent wire to electric line to use his Air-conditioner and summersible pump . This is done every day. At the time he turns on his AC the Voltage of entire line gets low and disturbed. Though meaters are The part of every home in our village but the way he is doing this it is obvious that he is not afraid of anything.

I stay in a village called Behrampur (Tharion, Dist-Fatehpur, UP). The average duration of power supply in a day is only 6-7 hours. Several times the power cut remains for nearly 2-3 days. After so many years of independence we still suffer from electricity problem, when in other state villages have 24 hours electricity supply. We face a lot of problems and difficulty due to this problem. The condition becomes even worse in monsions. Please do something to improve the condition of electricity in our village.

I had deposited my electricity bill on uppclonline website of rupees 1584 and the amount was debited from my account but the final payment receipt was not generated and bill is not paid . So how can I get my money back or refunded.

From the last mouth the electricity meter fitted in my house is not functioning properly. It is not displaying the reading due to which it can cause large amount of bill ( more than required).
