Respected sir,
I am aman p shah (Chief editor, hindustan news paper). I inform you that that my mother pushpa p shah add v33/10/v33/10-a-9- ch, rohit nagar, nariya lanka, varanasi. I work in mumbai. My mother had to come to mumbai. For her eye operation. On 29 july 2016 electricity bill amount 1681 (One thousand six hindred and eighty one) reciept no.[protected] counter no. 41431444 tendor id no. [protected] account no [protected] date 29 july 2016 was paid on this date. On 30 july 2016 she had a train from varanasi to mumbai. Around more than 1 year she lived in mumbai. End of september 2016 she left from mumbai to varanasi.
When she went there amount 33798.49 (Rs thirty three thousand seven hundred ninty eight and forty nine paisa) was the bill of electricity bill. She got concerned looking at the bill. When the house was empty for half a year then why was the bill of 33798. To reduce the bill she went to lanka, bhelupur and bhikaripur p. V. V office and nobody helped her. After 4 months passed away nobody helped a senior citizen.
After getting tired on 27th january 2018 she send a letter to the executive engineer. But no action was taken against this application.
When i got to know about this case then i met mr. Atul nigam (Md pvvnl) mob no. [protected] called on this number he helped me and gave mr manoj agarwal's mobile no.[protected] and told me to contact him and he will help me.
Mr. Manoj agarwal didn't him me but put my mother in more trouble.in old electricity he added 10000 and gave her the bill. On 11 april 2018 the new bill which he gave is full of mistake. On october 2017 to march 2018 the bill showed the usage of 310 units. It wasn't possible that this much unit was used. Even if we count it from today this much usage of the unit wouldn't have been used. New bill [protected] this bill should be corrected so that i can pay the bill. The bill amount is too much which is not possible at all. After looking atthe bill my mother fell sick and stressed she keeps on repeating even after 4 months no officer helped me she is mentally physically and mentally disturbed.
I am sad after seeing what the p. V. V. N. L officers have done. This is very shameful for the officers not to help a senior citizen.
I request you to take immediate action in my mother's case due to which she can pay the bill.

On 5 may 2018 i paid electricity bill of rs 1554 to uppcl via punjab national internet banking. Money was deducted from account but bill was not paid.

Sir, this is to inform you that in sahara building, daudpur, gorakhpur by tampering electricity meter some 'powerful persons' are continuous doing electricity theft. They are showing themselves as leader and running with big big luxury vehicles putting bjp flags. Also they have much personal approach due to their so called "netagiri" in electricity departments and other government bodies, so it is very difficult to short out any complaint against them for an ordinary people. 24 hours, a. C's are running in their flats.

So, as a responsible person i am requesting you to check all the meter of the building but it should be perform in this manner, that these much approachable people should not escape.

I would like to inform you that the house of named Raju and Chandni sheetal Kheda, Utrathia, lucknow (Near Lawrence Public School--Gyani General Store--Eucalyptus tree home) are illegally using the electricity in their houses regularly from the pole with the help of illegal wires. He have not any electricity connection so I request you to please check and take immediate necessary action.

I am rajan kr yadav, a resident of vill - khanpur, post kajhakhurd dist mau uttar pradesh. As a responsible resident i inform you that there is no power supply time table for power cut bcz any time cut and only 4hrs or 5hr power will come in my muhalla for last 2months.in this extreme summer season we are facing a lot of difficulties in our daily life due to unavailability of power. I have first tried to contact our supply substation but their person is not listening and i didn't get response from their basic telephone number.
So i request you sir please pay your attention in this regard and try to resolve this problem as soon as possible so that we can feel comfortable in this summer. We will be thankful to you.

I have first tried to contact purvanchal vidut nigam ltd but their toll free number is not working and i didn't get response from their basic telephone number.

It's been long since the electric pillars and line has been installed in my village yet the line not activated. We have questioned number of times in this matter at our local sub-stattion but we get an generic answer that it take another 10-15 days. And it's been months now still the line is not activated. What is shocking me is our pm twitted that as on april 28th electricity has been delivered to all the villages in india which is correct. Plz look into this matter.

With due respect i Babulal Pal would like to inform you that i am using uppcl electric connection at my residence - Village maniyarpur, Post Pureneval, Block Sandwa Chandikan, Dist- Pratapgarah Vide account no.[protected]. I would like to inform you that im regularly paid all payments pertaining to above account.

Today - i received a call followed by attached bill copy against my account no.[protected]. It's a very shocking to see the same. And, i know - same will happen with you too if you go through attached herewith the said bill copy.in the bill - it was showing 8, 080 units consumed by myself.

I hereby sincerely put your 'kind attention' towards the same mistakes and humble requesting to please rectify/resolve the same at earliest from your end.

With reference to the subject i would like to state that i paid today (On 29april 2018) an electricity bill of rs. 288 of ac no[protected] on the website https://uppcl.mpower.in/wss/QuickBillPay.htm through the bhim upi payment method and the amount was deducted from my bank account. But the amount of rs. 288 is still shown due of the account[protected].

So, i would like to request you to resolve my issue as soon as possible as the due date for the payment has already passed.

without connection they theft electricity power and use on motor, refrigerator, cooler, washing machine etc . and thae name of person is Mahinder, Shivmurat, Bhibuti, Gorakh .

I am staying in “sisai jungle”, khargupur of gonda district (U. P.) since last about 50 years and regular customer of electricity right from the inception.

I have come to know from some reliable sources that some of the residents staying in my village “sisai jungle” have taken illegal electric connections and using electricity at large scale. While connecting wires to avail illegal electricity by some resident, some spark might have fallen on some part of the farm where dry grass scattered and ignited the grass, but luckily my motorcycle parked just near the place of fire in my farm was remained safe. If whole part of grass had got ignited, my motorcycle would have engulfed in fire. There is a big monetary loss to the government due to illegal connections of electricity by some residents in my village.

You are therefore requested to find out the illegal connections immediately and take strict actions against the responsible persons in case of electricity theft.

Sanctioned load for my account electricity account {[protected]} is 2kw

- bill no:[protected] dated[protected] wrongly charges rs 400 for 4kw fixed load and rs 200 for surcharge exceeding.
- bill no[protected] dated[protected] again wrongly charges rs 400 for 4kw fixed load
Now in current cycle charges are automatically correct but only for the current month. Now i had to pay the bill so as to keep my connection alive.

Please correct these bills & refund my due amount.
Already i made several complaints on uppcl complaint section but they are still in "initiate bill complaint" even after 2 months.

Dear sir,

It is complaint about electricity supply cuts without any intimation to consumers. I believe that consumers have right to know the reason of cut of electricity supply in advance or if it is due to some problem then information in how much time it would be restore.

And contact numbers of all the bijlighar must be on the website so that we can call and may inquire about the supply of electricity as it is been done in greater noida/noida etc.

Kindly look into the matter, so that it can be communicated properly.

Sir mere yha meter lgane aaye or 200 rs. Charge le gye hai. Or meter me light bhi nhi aa rhi jab bola light kyo nhi aa rhi to bola ki ye lineman hi thik krega. Kya ye paise le rhe hai ye sahi hai ya galat. Agar paise dene se mana kre to cable nhi jodate or chhod kar chale jate hai.

My name is harendra kumar, my address:- village post pilkhuni tehsial patiyali disrict kasgunj uttar pradesh - 207123.

This is inform you that we have applied for the new connection in our village under the scheme pm shubhagya yojana 5 to 7 connections. We have submitted all documents since two months back, and we have done continuously follow-ups, but still, no one comes for inspection and hanging the connections.

And also,

We have gone a lot of time in the powerhouse we will meet there appoint jee, he said 'this is the worst scheme please applied for paid connection then we will do it. Otherwise, we can't help please go home & also we have done complaint via customer care they are also helpless.

Would request you to kindly check & intervene and resolve the issue. There are very poor villages they can't effort for paid connection.

Na to ring jaa rahi hai or na hi number reachable hai. Kirpiya LU Ka number check kare or online update kare. Bohot problem ho rahi hai Yaha light k bina. Uusko jaldi se jaldi solve karate.

Ac no- [protected], i have always paid my bills on time, online. I have the copy of the same as well. In february, i checked my bill and it was of Rs 11559/ i was shocked, and i didnt paid the bill. I live in a rented accomodation. I visited your office as well, they told me the meter has generated some pending units this month. I am a qualified person who understand the things. How metre can generate some pending units after 10 months ? Lets suppose yes it can generate, in that case i paid my bills on regular basis without any fail, then how cum this much difference? How can i understand this pending units are of the months i shifted? This much amount never comes in resedential area. The point is not about the amount but misleading to a wrong information.
Kindly resolve my issue, so that i can proceed for the payment.
