My mother running a beauty parlour from home for living as my father is not alive. One day suddenly a group of people from uppcl came and said u will be penalise heavy amount for using the domestic electricity connection for commercial purpose. Uppcl team has said she can't run any such beauty parlour in the residence. Please let me know if running a beauty parlour for living from home is illegal. Up electricity board had installed a transformer in front of our shop in kosi-kalan town (Address given below). Few year back, a small transformer was installed (Above the ground to make a way to shop). On protest, we were informed that it will be moved to some other place in some time. There is plenty of space in front of shop, but possibly there was a strong reason to put transformer intentionally in front of our entry gate.
It started impacting our business. We did many complains over the time to electricity board but were asked exorbitant money to move this.

Some time back, again, in our absence, electricity board had installed a big transformer just in front of our shop with a concrete installation fixtures. We are being asked a huge amount to move this transformer on a space available in front of our shop.

There was no approval before doing any such activity. We can understand importance of transformer but isn't it inappropriate to install a big transformer in front of a shop with out the consent of property owner?

We will appreciate i[censored]p electricity board takes appropriate action to move this transformer. Thanks.

2. We are the current occupants of the d 85; sector 83; noida phase 2; noida.

3. I regret to point out that since friday, 08 dec 2017, the supply of electricity to our premises has not proper. The neutral wire has current in it. This has caused a lot of problems to us and the machines in our factory. Our output has come to a stop.

4. The following has happened:-

(A) some electrical parts of the imported panel saw machine held with us
Have got burnt out causing a huge loss to us. We have requested m/s felder
To give us the cost of repair to this machine.

(B) we are not in a position to run any machine for the fear of having them
Damaged because of inappropriate supply of electricity.

(C) approximately thirty persons of our labour force are idle – thus resulting in loss of output and loss of payment to the labour.

(D) because of the above, we are unable to meet our commitments made to our clients. This has resulted in loss of reputation of our company.

5. Sir, we have lost over one week of working in our factory. We can ill afford this.

6. The staff has been saying that the complaint will be sorted out. But the complaint still persists. It has taken over one week for a simple thing to be sorted out. This only indicates that the concerned staff is not taking the matter seriously.

7. We verbally complained to the sdo and je incharge of noida phase 2 verbally on 08 dec 2017 itself; and followed up on 09 dec 2017. Since our complaint was not getting resolved, i submitted written complaints to the undermentioned two officials on 12 dec 2017; and obtained signatures in token of having received the complaints:-
- sdo pvvnl noida phase 2.
- je, pvvnl; hoisery complex; noida phase 2.

8. Despite all this we continue to suffer and our relevant machines are lying idle as is our work force. We have also been constrained to get the work done from outside, thereby incurring additional expenses on our us.

9. We request you to set the system electrical right at the earliest so that normal operations can be resumed in our factory.

Dear sir,

This is a generic complaint on electricty supply in rural areas of chitrakoot district.
I belong to village khandeha and there is very minimal electricity supply during day time.
The situation is very critical and i am not sure whether its known to higher management or not but people are badly effected.
Electricity supply is limited to only 2 to 3 hours during day time.
Please have a look and take necessary actions.

In rural areas are always being badly effected as there are very less educated people residing in those areas and the ones who live there, they won't even know how to post a complaint.

Kindly have a look.

मेरा विद्युत कनेक्शन नंबर 202/2933 सड़क का नगला, हाथरस पर स्थित हैl महोदय 31 मई 2017 को मैंने अपना विद्युत भार 8 केवी से बढ़ाकर 20 केवी करने के लिए प्रार्थना पत्र के साथ शुल्क की राशि जमा करा दी थीl जिसका पुस्तक नंबर a 689559 और रसीद नंबर 2 हैl उसके बाद विभाग की तरफ से कोई भी कार्यवाही नहीं की गईl परंतु लगभग 3 माह के बाद चेकिंग कर मेरे ऊपर अतिरिक्त भार की पेनल्टी लगा दी गईl मेरा मीटर भी बदल दिया गयाl मजबूरी बस मुझे सारा शुल्क जमा करना पड़ा जो कि 25423 रुपये था रसीद नंबर[protected] दिनांक[protected]l
फिर लगातार कई दिनों के प्रयास करने के बाद मेरा अनुमानित चार्ज, सर्विस कनेक्शन चार्ज, जमानत राशि आदि शुल्क बताए गए जो कि मैंने तुरंत ही[protected] को जमा कर दिए पुस्तक संख्या ए 689586 रसीद संख्या 41 एवं रसीद संख्या 42.
महोदय उक्त समय से कई चक्कर में बिजली दफ्तर के लगा चुका हूं परंतु मेरी समस्या का समाधान किसी के पास नहीं है मान्यवर मुझसे कहा गया है कि सामान उपलब्ध नहीं है इसके बावजूद बड़ी मुश्किल से मैं अलीगढ़ से 3 खंबे मंगा चुका हूं अन्य सामान की अभी तक कोई व्यवस्था नहीं हुई हैl

Please look into following on priority:-

1- i have received incorrect bill for rs 9243 with meter reading of 21567 while actual meter reading is 20091 till date[protected].

2- also i have just noticed that i have received 2 bills in november 2017, which makes it 12 bill in 11 months. Whereas there should be 12 bills in one year.

3- i am not paying this bill until system corrects it.

The supply of whole village has been stopped since 04 days due to some defaulters. Is it justified for those who pay promptly. Why the honest are being punished without committing any crime. Is any govt notification exists to punish honest personnel.

The voltage reaches about 340 volt after each 10 minutes which failed some electronics equipment of my house and others house in my locality and other electronics equipment are at stake. Dear sir

I want to state that bare electric wire is dangerous loose across my agricultural land. Height of wire is only 7 to 8 feet from the ground. My father is not able to do cultivation of the land. There is a public path under this bare electric wire, due to this accident may occur at anytime and this leads to heavy lose of human life.
The wire is very old and very weak. It has been fallen down many times in the past.
It has been requested many times at uppcl substations bhatpar rani but no response getting. Even they are not ready to take written complain.
Hence, it is requested to straighten the bare electric wire at the top most priority and make arrangement to replace the wire as early as possible please.

Issue: i deposited electricity bill in ots month date as 23-05-17 against my pumpset electricity consumption.
Deposited amount was rs. 1000/- + rs. 24080/-
This amount was deposited at the electricity bill camp here at my place. This submitted amount have been posted in your database system as well but still i haven’t benefited the concession amount which shoud be deducted as per ots norms.

Since then i am regularly paying elec. Bill till oct17.
Now in nov.17 the reading jumps from 8510 to 9733.in particular mnth how it can be possible so pl. Correct it or do what ever necessary.
