Dear sir,

Myself farooq ahmad husband of imrana shaheen (Electricity account no: [protected], madhyanchal) paying our bills timely on submitting meter reading in the electricity office at nadarganj, kanpur road, lucknow, last 2 bills amount we received via sms and paid through your online website.
We have one problem, at the connection time our premises and billing address were entered wrongly in your system, when i raise this issue in front of my area je in his office he was saying that it will be corrected after my first bill payment. But when i saw it is not fixed till 2-3 bill payment then again reported the same issue with same je (Sanjeev yadav, nadarganj office) and he advised me to give a written application with the supporting documents, which i given to him on the same day and got a promise that my correct address will be reflected in my bill next month, but i saw address is still not fixed after next month bill payment then i again approach him and got next promise that it will be fixed in my next bill, but till now it is not fixed and i paid my entire bills on timely manner but my address is incorrect. Important point and it is really socking to me and you too, that address showing on my bill is not coming under area of this office as well as je, still they are not fixed it which is basically their own created problem.
Please resolve my matter from the electricity sdo office and my application with supporting documents are alraedy given in my je (Mr. Sanjeev yadav) office.

    Sir we have sold the propery 4 yrs ago and the new owner of property has taken new electricity connection now after 4 yrs. Someone called us and say you have to pay your bill of rs ×××××× and when i tried to check online about the status of meter cant get any information then tried calling toll free no. They are not helping
    So now what to do

      As all government servent residing in govt quarters are not paying electric bills because meters are in name of department, no officer/employee has meter in his name. There is loss of revenue and electricity. As i am working in health dept in lakhimpur kheri, i know the situation of dist male and female hospital both... I hope you will pass some positive orders to eliminate the bijli ghotala.. Thnks alot

      Employee of hospital residing in govt quarters are not paying electric bills as they have taken illegal connection from dist female and male hospitals and having no meter in there names. A lot of revenue loss as well as loss of electricity as they are using lavishly. Hoping your prompt action as l am sure this govt is definitely against corruption. Thanks alot.

            I would like to inform you that the houses near "gali no-3 amit vihar behta hazipur house owner name"rajkumar" s/o tulsiram are illegally using the electricity in their houses at night from the pole with the help of illegal wires. So i request you to please check and take immediate necessary action. I saw him before 5 months he use electricity in his house and electricity bill has peniding before 1 year i complain to near electricity house but he did not take action agienst him. Please take strict action. I hope you solve this problem asap

              My uppcl id is [protected], i paid electricity bill no[protected] dated 14.1.18 for rs 2874 online on 3.2.18 via my airtel bank no [protected], transaction id[protected], but i have not received any confirmation from uppcl regarding receipt of payments also it is not updated on site. Bill outstanding due is still rs 2874/-. I have confirmed from airtel bank and they confirmed about payment being successful. Please help.

              Thanks..money returned to my airtel wallet bank account but I tried again to repay outstanding bill amount online on 7.2.18, amount debited from my account but no confirmation message from uppcl. Transaction ID[protected] dated 7.2.18 for Rs 2874.
              I have paid bill of a/c no [protected] rs.973.00 on 15.02.2018 on line by visa credit card but bill is showing still pending, please look into the matter and update the bill.

                I am having store no. 3/ plot no. 21, shalimar garden ext. 1, sahibabad, ghaziabad, uttar pradesh pin code: 201005. My electricity connection id. Of this store is [protected]. The bills of this store have been paid regularly on monthly basis. The electric bill of the store was rs. 4373/- online on 12.11.2017 which was abruptly raised to rs. 27664/- on 3.12.2017. I paid the whole amount online on 3.12.2017 considering that excess paid will be adjusted in forthcoming bills. All this was apprised to concerned sdo and executive engineer vide my letter dated 4.12.2017 and 11.12.2017 respectively but no action has been taken so far in this matter.
                It is, therefore, requested to do the needful at the earliest.

                  I have 1kw load according to my consumption and average billing is rs.700 per month now i got bill of rs.1288 when i tried to pay online total amount was showing rs.1940 immediately i have contacted in your local office they have confirmed me that i have given request to increase electric load from 1 kw to 3 kw i never give any request and why i should give to increase load because i am using 3 cfl only and 1 kw is sufficient to my requirements i asked to your representative to show me my application where i have given you for load enhancement but they was unable to show because i have not given any application this is really hashed me mentally and i have paid rs.1940 on 23.01.18

                        I have paid the my electricity bill through the paytm app on 28 january 2018 but when I have checked the bill on the uppcl website it is showing . After 48 hours I have checked my inbox many times but there is also not a email from board about my billing status . I therefore request you to help me as my money have been deducted but my bill has not been updated .

                            My account no for uppcl is [protected]. I have recieved a bill in month of january of rs 24441. Although this bill is very high,, but i paid it against bill no[protected]. But due to misbehavior of website 3 times payment has been submitted. During transaction the website was getting hanged and no sms received during transaction period. Since additional paid amount is very high approx rs 48000,
                            Request to return of this additional amount.

                                  In the village jamnather, post balka, which is situated in bulandshahr distt. (U. P) mr. Birma s/o sri banarsi das is using electricity in his tube from last 6 years to irrigate his land and selling the water to others even. Exact location in jamnather it is adjacent to the mango orchard of mr chhetu of jamnather once he was caught by sdo electricity bulandshahr but by using back door he managed the things.
                                  Now also he is using the electricity and making loss to the corporation.
                                  There is great safety factor also, due to the naked wire with live electricity in them. They can cause death even to some body, spec. Those are working around it.
