I am pavan jaiswal, i have 1kv connection in village. I get bill from long time suddenly i checked my bill than i saw i got rs47000 bill amount. I am shocked because i middle class family we not use heavy electric equipment, how to correct this mistake please give suggestion.

For the month of january, we have received surge in bill, we usually get bill of ~900, but this month got1633/- on bill, and when i checked online, it shows me 1749. I paid the bill of 1749. Dear sir,
I subhash yadav, vill-amawa mahanth, post-pipara kanak distt-kushinagar up. I have submitt my document for electric connection and call to j. E. Fazilnagar/kasia mr. Arun kumar. They tell me i have done it within a week but they do not. Now a days they do not pick my phone and not to give my connection.

Sir mai ompal singh s/o ramu singh balmiki samaj se hu. Mai ek bahut garib or majdoor aadmi hu.
Mai baharampur gav (Meerut) ka rahne wala hu.
Mere gav me meter lag rhe hai.
Abhi pure gav me lage bhi nhi hai.
Mere ghar me lagbhag 15 din pahle meter laga tha.
Or aaj mere ghar me 200 reading wala bill dekr gye hai jiska amount 450+1500= 1950 rs hai.
Monthly bill 450 /- month aata tha mai use hi dene...

Sir,
We are legal consumer of electric connection,
Facings problems by katiya connections. Our t/f is not working properly due to katiya connection. Even all the je and lineman know the problem but they are not taking any action to them. Whole new line is damaged by cutting by katiya connections.

Kindly take some action to them.

Every month meter reading is done and bill is given on 4th of every month. But this time no body has turned up to give bill so far. This would result in increase of reading and higher charge would occure due to crossing of limit.

My mother running a beauty parlour from home for living as my father is not alive. Dear sir,

This is a generic complaint on electricty supply in rural areas of chitrakoot district.
I belong to village khandeha and there is very minimal electricity supply during day time.
The situation is very critical and i am not sure whether its known to higher management or not but people are badly effected.
Electricity supply is limited to only 2 to 3 hours during day time.

Please look into following on priority:-

1- i have received incorrect bill for rs 9243 with meter reading of 21567 while actual meter reading is 20091 till date[protected].

2- also i have just noticed that i have received 2 bills in november 2017, which makes it 12 bill in 11 months. Whereas there should be 12 bills in one year.

3- i am not paying this bill until system corrects...
