Dear eb team
I have first written complained for meter reading not ok but reading sowing on display dated 24.04.2017 and then second complained after reading display faulty but meter light ok dated 20.07.2017 then eb team visit and write display faulty but display light is ok and then next came meter team and new meter installed, he will needs rs 200 for meter installation charge, we are paid then team is inform your old meter sent to postmortem team and given date 31082017 our representative mr ajay has reached at eb meter postmortem lab at bahukhandi in front of our representative old meter is open and photography with our representative, he will wait whole of the day but no any result given and said you go, i have sent your meter report in your eb office

Kindly
1. How can paid our monthly bill??
2. Are times required for next bill generation..???
3. Where is our fault..??
4. Why he is ignoring our matter..??? I will personally visit 4 times of eb office, if i have every requirements fulfills as your requirements,
5. Eb bills day by day exceeding due to months and surcharges..

If needs copy of applications and meters photos i have provide all photos but please closed our problem shortly we wait last 5 months to till date
Close problems so that we paid eb bills regularly

Kind your information i am a serviceman and posted at meerut with family if needs we are present at eb office give me time or online we are available at mail as registered

I have paid my electricity bill through paytm of amount [rs. 2458] but it is not reflected on the uppcl site. I have checked with paytm as well and they said that the bill payment is successful from their end and i have to contact uppcl.

With due respect, i am from unity city chauraha kalyanpur (West) lko, and i wish to inform u that there is a frequent low voltage of electricity in our area. We have been facing it since years. Low voltage even does not permit our fan to operate. Though i send an application to lesa bt they didn't reply.
Please look into our problem. And we will be thankful for ur quick action.

My flat is vacant from past 4 months. Still i am getting a bill amount of 2000 everymonth for payment. I am not sure whh the bill is also mentioning the status as rfd which is not the case with meter. I am a normal working guy aho cannot afford these kind of bills without any consumption. This is a humble request to you please rectify and adjust my bill amount.

I am student i took a room at rent the power supply was not appropriate. The power supply was cut from 2 am to 4 am. This is a time we need good sleep, if we don't get then whole next day was wasted. This condition happened many times. So i request you to register my complaint and some action. I live in safarazganj which is supply by balaghat power house

Yogi ji ke raaj me light bhut acchi aati thi dire dire jab unka prabhav kam hone lga tab se light barober nahi aati hi kabhi 6baje dete hi to 6:30 minut per kaat lete hi kabhi kabhi light aati jaati hi bijali ka bill 14000 hajar se 20000 hajar bhej dete ho iska matlab hi ki hum bijali ka bill bharte rahe aur bijali aanne ki cinta na kare jab tak samay nahi hota tab bhi nahi dete light jab samay ho jata hi tab bhi ligt nahi dete aisa kab tak chalega

Jab naye je sahab aaye to connection ke paper ke abhav me connection kat kar cable lekar chale gaye. Ab mujhse naye connection ke liye paisa maga jaraha hai

A family continue envolve in continue electricity theft from years 2013 to till date in the area of house no.-541a/067-aman vihar colony, holika dahan wali gali main near eram school campbell road lucknow-226003 and owner name is mr. Anirudh singh who work of electronic goods and he has installed electronic chip in electric meter and control electricity of metre by remote. He has uses many electronic appliance in his third story building like as-heavy submercible motor, 4 heavy cooler, 2-3 geezer, 3 freezer 12 fan, 15 tubelight, aprox 20 bulb, three tv etc and his monthly bill approx-500 to 600 only. And all thing set by he and e-suvidha executive.

Kindly do something please sir

My self rohit from vill-kodai, mardah, ghazipur, up, requested you to please do something for power theft in my village peoples are using heavy motor and other heavy electronic appliances in thier day to day life without any electricity connection due to this everyday thier is some problem in electricity due overload and there is more issue they are using katiya connection.

With regards this is to inform you that i have registration in 'uppcl electricity service commission lucknow' for the post of apply online against advt. 1/vsa/2017 for the post of 'office assistant-iii and registration id 358316 and i have deposit fee two times for reg id 358316 but transaction failed by networks problems but debited (Deduct) two times from my account and i am also unable fill up form so i request to you that refund deposit fee for this post. Total amount rs.735. And i have mailed to inform 10th august2017 many times no reply my mail and i am attaching bank transaction id find attachments for details.

I am from village maukutubpur, harriya azamgarh uttar pradesh. We are facing electrical since my childhood, like improper electricity, collection of money from poor villager's, power cute for a weeks, using private people to maintain our government electricity and collecting higher charges, they never distribute electricity bills on time. Many villager's having illegal connection of bore wells households and etc. We never receive complete voltage, in 8 hours of electricity almost we face 20 times of powercut. Please please please take action on this lazy government employees and provide us best electricity that we can study on time and have a atleast 6 hours sleep. Its a humble request.

Mai apse ye khna chahta hu. Hmare yahaa mohalla - sunaratti, tehsil - bah, district - agra.. Mai maut ko dawat dete electric 240 volts tar ground level se kvl 6-7 feet ki unchaai pr ltk rahe hai. Jis se ki kisi bhi din barish k mausam me durghtna ho sakti h.. Jaan ko khatra rhta... Yahaa electric pole pichle 3 mhine se rakhe huye hai jo badale jane hai pr. Prashashan ki trf se koi bhi action nhi liyaa gyaa hai... Apse request hai ki kisi bhi anhoni se phle yahaa pr action liya jaaye

I'm living in in muzaffarnagar city, and my home is in brahmpuri near saket, muzaffarnagar.
My problem is that their is no electricity in my area (Other areas too) for last 24 hour, here they give the power today for short period of time in this morning. I tried to call on the number that is provided on uppcl website but that number no longer exist.
Almost whole city is in dark.
So i requested you to please resolve this problem, as faster as you can.

A pole opposite a-63, chandra nagar has been tilted due to the fact that it is rusted at the bottom and if it falls it may take lives of so many as the current is there. We had made complaint to je mr sharma and so far no action has been taken. Heavy winds are blowing and it may fall any time. Before it is too late, corrective action may be taken. Surya ngr. Sub office is not taking any action. This is o[censored]rgent nature.

If any tragedy takes place, who will be responsible?

This is to inform you that electricity is stealing from pole by some resdience (Home no 2, 3 and 4) of our colony - takshsila colony, near all saint school, shamsabad road, agra 282001
Some people have 2 ac and heaters on house and running day and night and this is continuing from the last 3 years.. This is very serious matter. Please check it at the earliest and take legal action against them.
