      महोदय मेरा कनेक्शन न० [protected] सुदामापुरी गोविंदपुरी मोदीनगर में लगा है। मेरे मकान का बिल बिना रीडिंग लिए ही अनाप सनाप रीडिंग भरकर पिछले लगभग ६ माह से भेजा जा रहा है। मैं अगस्त २०१७ तक के बिल जमा कर चुका हूँ। मैंने लिखित में उपखण्ड अधिकारी मोदीनगर से की थी, लेकिन कुछ नहीं हुआ। आज ०४, ०९, २०१७ को मीटर रीडर आया व 2853 की रीडिंग दर्ज कर बिल मेरी पुत्र वधू को 654 यूनिट का रूप 4507=00 का बिल दे गया है जबकि रीडंग 2053 है। मुझे लगता है कि मुझे जान बूझकर मानसिक व आर्थिक रूप से परेशानन किया जा रहा है। बिशनपाल भारती मोदीनगर जिला गाज़ियाबाद। मो० न० [protected]

        This is further to my complaint to npcl in reference to their reply by message dt. 5.7.2017 on mobile from dz-npclcc rejecting my application for new connection due to 'some amount was pending for some previous connection'. On the day of application 30.06.2017 i was told about this and i made inquiries in their head office with their officer, mr. Hemant. He was kind enough to tell me about power theft occurred in july, 2013 and therefore some amount around rs.26000 and odd figure including penalty was pending against the house. I verbally apprised him that first possession letter of the house was issued later than the alleged theft. I requested in writing to him to re-investigate the matter as there was no possibility of power theft after our taking the possession of the house. The pics shown to me were also irrelevant as they were not related to period post possession letter.in this regard no enquiries were made with me, nor the papers related to possession were examined properly. This is to submit that first time a possession letter of the house was issued on 9.9.2013 only by gnid authority to the allottee and possession was taken on 11.02.2014 after the house was made ready for possession. A copy of the possession letter was attached with the connection application form. It is very clear that before that the house was in the possession of authority and not with the allottee/owner. It would therefor be unjust to make the allottee/owner responsible for the alleged arrears pending for period when the house was not under the control of allottee/owner. I requested npcl to reconsider their decision and approve my new connection without any harassment, there was no response from their side for last 03 months.
        Since it is joint venture with uppcl, i shall request you to intervene and provide me new connection without further harrassment. Thanks and regards. Chandra prabha rawat

          Prepaid meter are newly installed in the chotpur colony, noida. Currently, electricity supply in the location is through private pole & transformer. Due to this reason, many of the consumers are directly connected the wire to the mcb by making the cut in the wire in between pole & meter.
          They are having no fear of anyone as there is no checking at all since the installation of the meter.
          Request you to arrange a raid in the locality & penalized the culprit so that no body do such a thing in the future.

          IN this street, two more consumers are doing the same thing. Even after installation of meter, they made a direct connection to from the pole to the MCB.

            We are living in mangara and jairampur village of the mariyahu tehsil of jaunpur district. Electrical supply of our village cover by barsathi power house. Transformer of our village not working from 1 month. Our paddy crop dying due to lack of water. Every time when changing of transformer required people of village collect money for transportation of transformation from village to jaunpur and back and also arrange some bride for issue of new transformers.

              Hi,

              This complaint in regard of consumer number[protected], name – jagdish singh, village –kotia, aspur devsara, teh patti, dist pratapgarh.

              This for your information and immediate action required from your end, my concern is this connection is installed in rural area and it is only for irrigation purpose only but you guys are billing as per the urban tariff and connection was allotted wrongly for commercial purpose..

              We are the farmer’s and today our honourable pm sir and honourable cm sir taking about the farmers benefits and relaxation and as reputed company you should also support them but instead of support you are doing the complications to the farmers and you are charging the amount as per your wish.

              As my point of you, this type of peoples/persons are equally responsible of farmers “suicide” because no matter how they are upbringing the crop, how they are hard worker. You know only one thing that is to prepare the bills as per your wish and recover this amount forcefully from the farmers. No matter for you that how a farmer will pay the rs.20000/- for few months against the tube well/ irrigation electricity bills.
              We are not the business men. We are farmers and we generate very less profit to live after hard working in the field.
              I mention some of the headline points if there is any humanity in uppcl then rectify it. And support the farmers to become the india “krishi pradhan desh”

              1. My connection is in village and it is only for irrigation purpose then why are you billing as per the urban tariff till may -2016.in may 2016 connection was converted into domestic tube well from commercial by clearing all unpaid dues. But amount is still not deducted from bills.
              2. My bill should be rs 5728 @ 358/month charges.

              Hope you will understand the today’s situation of farmers so guys i request to you don’t create the wrong things to them.
              I am waiting for the satisfied reply and correct bill, if you will generate the right bill no one will hassle to pay it.
              My humble request to uppcl to ask the npcl about it and resolve our problem

                Sir without any information eb disconnect from all of airtel tower by je (Praveen yadav, mob - [protected]) & ecn (Neki ram, mob - [protected]).
                Eb bill allready paid, i have received eb bill on date 26/09/17. After bill receive bank closed till now.
                Eb disconnect on date 01/10/17 sunday / holiday.
                Sir till now eb disconnect, no body response from these problems.
                Plz sir do necessary process.

Landnark is kuddu tant wali gali, his owner mr ramkishor his meter is stop from 1.5 years and he is still using old meter that's why he is using hetar for cooking food. And full wastage of electricity. So i request you to please check and take immediate necessary action.

                      Hello sir, i just want to inform you that in sheetal kheda, uttrathia, raibareli road lucknow, (Named mr. Raju living on rent, near gyani general store) the electricity is being theft from pathakpuram colony (Katiya) by few months and i complaint many times to the power corporation limited but their is no solution at all because he is very abusive person.
                      He is wasting water several ltrs. By using submersible directly with tanki at home.
                      So please take some necessary action.

                        Harish nath has got his metre tampered such that metre reading
                        Vary as compared to the electricity consumption. He as around
                        5kw load including ac washing machine computers coolers
                        Water heaters etc but the metre bill has only 1kw load.
                        He also uses direct electricity at day and night.
                        His average 2 months bill amounts to only rs 400
                        As a neighbour and active citizen i am complaining after
                        Observing his nuisances causing a great loss to our economy
                        Penalise such type of thieves with heavy fine so that no one
                        Can think of putting loss to government department.

                          Sir, respectfully. I am bm saini jto shahganj telephone exchange.in shahganj te three phase electric connection. Mostly te power plant working on 400volt phase to phase. Below it out power plant not work & telecom services disturb due to low voltage up to p to p 320 volt. That is no mean power supply while we pay electric bill near three to four lakh per month. Kinldly solve our problem.

                                Dear all,
                                This is for your information that our electricity bill are not coming according to our uses because we are using the electricity on every month into same way but still we are not getting the bill amount equal on every month.
                                Little different value are acceptable but we are not getting the little different value, we are getting some time of rs1800, or some time of rs 1200 there are huge different we are getting from last 5 months, so pls check and resolve the problem.

                                  From last 03 months electricity bills has been provided on electricity deptt. Website, without actually reading the meter in the residences in rail vihar phase-1, gorakhpur (U. P.) under raptinagar division. Due to which honest consumers are in great trouble, as the meter reading is much less than the actual. It is causing loss of revenue as well as branding honest consumers as thief.
                                  Kindly look in the matter.

                                      Dear sir

                                      The purpose of this letter is to inform you that i am residing at below mentioned address and i would like to bring to your kind notice and information about below mentioned issues :
                                      1. Transformer is installed at about 1 meter distance from door exactly in front of my house
                                      2. 11 kv line is passing from roof top clearance is just 1 meter.
                                      3. 415v line is passing from roof top without any clearance.
                                      The measure concern is, big old tree is exactly located nearby transformer and since it is remote location any natural calamities like wind, storm and rain can affect that tree to fall on transformer.
                                      Not only that but there is a frequent sparking of overhead lines and since is residential area any wet thing can come in contact with line causing fatal to people who are resident of area.
                                      This is measure safety issue and many lives are at risk.
                                      Request you to look and instruct your technical department to reroute the entire setup, keeping in view the safety norms as soon as possible, it would be very thankful if you co-operate with us.
                                      I would appreciate it if you would reopen and re-investigate this matter and take appropriate action you may contact me at [protected] if you would like any additional information. Please notify me in writing of the results of your investigation.
