I have paid electricity bill by "insta bill payment of http://www.uppclonline.com" of amount rupee 588/- for month june 2017, but amount has been detected 3 times from my account and transaction was failed and bill receipt also not appear. Now after 24 hours bill still showing unpaid and customer care number is also incorrect which is available on site. So please revert back my transactions or update my electric bill account. This seems to be very pathetic website in reference of customer friendly. This kind of websites must not be published to consumers until unless they really work. Instead of saving time and money you may loose both. No wonder if this is government led websites.

I made the online payment of my electricity bill (Acc. No. [protected]) on 19th june 2017 at thru ibs with transaction remark othpg[protected]uppcl mumbai of rupees 4466 and the amt. Has been deducted from my bank account but receipt of payment couldn't be generated due to sever problem but i didn't get sms from uppcl and email too as i get earlier while making bill payment.
Please consider my problem and solve it as soon as possible.

Sir i wanna to inform you that a damaged electric pole situated in front my home. Electric current also flows toward this pole as well as wires attached to this pole. This pole may cause a big treagdy whenever winds blows strongly. Another pole also situated near this damaged pole that is in well in condition and stand in right way but there is no current supply towards that pole and no wire attached to this good pole. I want that electric wires and current should be move from this another good pole insteated of that damaged pole. That will help to avoid any treagdy..

I am Pragati Shravan, a resident near bawli police chowki alamnagar road lucknow 226017. Sir, we have not slept since two nights, condition here is worst. Whole nigt power was cut off. It is very difficult to survive in this summer. Very bad mangmnt of elecricity here. We are very upset from this.

My account no. is [protected], few months ago i received my electricity bill,
they penalty rs. 5000 on me as an electricity theft charge on my bill.
I just wanted to know, in what manner they charged on me.

Mr. Ashutosh gautam is the criminal they do theft of electricity every night from the pole of electricity near their house. The pole is in the 1st floor of their house so they easily do theft of electricity from that pole they are having the hole in the their terris so they easily passes the cable through them and attach it to the pole. So i request you to take strict action against them

I'm a resident of orderly bazar, near mahabir mandir area, varanasi, landmark being orderly bazar post office.
Here power cuts have been happening for continuously 3-4 hours in the afternoons since the last 3 days. As per the promises made to us by the administration and the government, we are entitled to get 24 hrs power but such promises are seemingly fleeting in the case of recent power cuts. Kindly look into the situation and make proper amends so that public can take reprieve from intense heat.

Hi,
I am a resident of pragati vihar colony, majhola. This is to bring to your kind attention that we (Resident of majhola) are facing serious power cut. Normally power cut happens 5-6 hours a day on minimum basis in our area. We are unable to sleep properly due to too much hot weather and power cut. As per mandate of. Govt o[censored]p every major city would get power supply 24 hours and moradabad is among them. Also i would like to tell that other posh area of moradabad are getting proper supply only major power cut is happening in our area. This is not a rural area, it is located on delhi road and well settled area. Major power cut happens at night so we are unable to sleep.
Request concern deppt/person to immediately intervene in this issue and provide the committed power supply to us.

I m from itwa bazar Siddhartha Nagar. Here the supply is very bad. It is totally irregular. It comes for second and again cut off. After half an hour again comes and again in couple of seconds it cut off. It is done many times. Nobody knows when power will come and stay. Electricity comes in a way that it is teasing us.
Pls look after this Complaint. We are very very very fed up of this irregular supply.

I have taken a electricity connection of 5kva for a bank, which situated in my property by receipt no1716 connection no 131394 on 12/9/2016, as per law in this connection are applicable 3 phase and 1 nutel, but given only 2 phase without nutel. So we can not use this connection due to high voltage of two phase. I have given written application to j e, sdo and ee of our area and personally meet many times, but my problem not solved.

It is humbly requested to solve our problam and givem me proper electricity connection of 5 kva.

. The condition of electricity schedule is so burst in this area that we are not getting it more then 3 to 4 hours.
Though it is the residence place of minister dharampal singh, so there should be a good management of all departments but all the departments of this area are irresponsible.
Please check the conditions and try to resolve the problems as soon as possible.

We want to take connection from last 1 year but torrent power not providing connection to us we are visiting there office, we have also applied for temporary connection but they are not providing connection to us. Please solve this issue because our honourable pm dreaming to achieve 100% electrification in all-over india & we are in agra city after that we are left to achieve electricity.
Sir i am also working with uppcl (Mvvnl-rggvy ph-ii, barabanki, larsen and toubro ltd.). I am doing electrification work in barabanki district and i am not able to get connection at my home in agra.

The deposited amount has not been deducted from my next electricity bill. please arrange to deduct the paid amount under ots from my current electricity bill. The ots bill was deposited off line and i am enlosing the off line receipt also.

I want to let you know that in my village many are taking electricity by illeagally but i have a connection until the condition is very poor.
Now cm order is to give 18 hrs electricity hence i am not getting getting electricity for 3 hrs. If electricy comes also then it comes for 2-3 minutes and then goes off and comrs back after 10 min.
Sir so its my humble mistake to give sufficient electricity.
I live in pure moti shukla tahseel musafir khana post office mangauli mauja daulat pur nisura jila amethi...
