Hi there,

I purchased a preethi blue flame three burner stove on December 2015, paying ready cash. I gave my bonus card to add respective points.

And two weeks back when I bought a mixer and gave my card to detect the available points, they told the points are in negative. I was surprised how points not only vanished but accumulated in negative.

I have bought a Daikin Air conditioner SPLIT ATC50RRV16 (1.5T) Rs 31500/- and led KDL 32R412D tv 32 inch RS 27500/- on 15/04/2016 from Vasanth & Co in Chennai Trade Centre in an yet not delivery almost two month finished. I called to saidapet head office several times but they have picked my call only thrice time and not giving proper responses Very bad experience.If they don't deliver me by tomorrow morning, I will go to consumer forum. very very worst services.

Hi I have recharged my tata sky ID no - [protected] yesterday evening itself . I have called Vasanth & CO helpline for not getting recharged. Yesterday they lied that it got recharged & it ll get activated in 10mnts. Today Morning 1 lady from helpline said she ll look it into immediately. Till now nothing happened, and after calling her 2 times till morning m calling vasanth & Co helpline no response they are not even answering my call.

Last monday (02. May.2016), me & my family went to vasanth & co trading in erode branch @ 7.20pm, and place the order on whirlpool dc 205im powercool premium grey titanium (Last piece) for my sweet home, i am instruct to the one of the salesman (Anand) that i will take the fridge on next day,
After an hour a call came from vasanth & co that my order unit having fault,
Immediately i rushed to the store to check physically, i am shocked the unit is not their, the same unit was sell to another customer. I asked to mr. V. Ramakrishnan erode branch manager about the issue, who called me & why they saying like this??? He cannot answer to me, because the salesman are left the store.
Next day we again when to store as per manager request, the salesman n. Mathialagan (Representative of whirlpool), he has 10 years of experience and doing maul practice, he knows very well about the stock (It was the last piece),
First the unit order is placed to me as per bill no.[protected] and it was confirm by the vasanth & co employee, but mathi make a false part description on the second customer bill like below whirlpool dc 215im powercool xxxx xxxx xxxx,
And delivered whirlpool dc 205im powercool premium grey titanium (Last piece)

Last 10 days my old fridge voltas is not working properly, my unit is 20 years old, in market voltas is no more, so i trust vasanth & co trading, but your salesman done a blender mistake,

Please take a action on him and kindly provide me a new unit for my house.

Dont Buy any items from vasanth & Co because they treat customer as fools and not give respect they speaks road side rowdies . i purchased carrier duraedge 1.5 ton 3star at 26th april price is RS. 35700 in vasanth & Co cmc brank same model in other branch of near dinathanthi office showroom vasanth &co price is Rs.35000 . i ask that person y the rate difference form ur showroom that person tell me ask u that showroom y u asking me i m not tell and also that person speaks without respect like local rowdy and now the date is 2nd may past 7 days. still now not came for installation. purchasing time they tell me 3 to 4 days to take installation but past 7 days no responce. so totally vasanth & Co is full of fraud showrooms dont buy any products from vasanth & co. try different showroom like customer response showroom

Last sunday evening i went to purchase split ac 1.5 ton at chengalpattu branch. That manager is very busy with his work. The other demonstrators were no way responding our words and not ready to give any details related to my product. I have complained about this to manager, but those people are uncontrollable by manager. This shows the inability of manger. This is the season time. Sales will be more .These kind of people making the customers...

I bought Samsung A/C on sat 22nd Apr, Jegan Exe promised we should install Sunday max Monday before noon. but i am not received any message related installation. i tried my end to Samsung got the clarification, Vasanth& co not send the any mail regarding your Installation...
have you customer service in Vasanth & CO? in my experience worst costumer service. first and last incase 1000 rs excess will buy other shops, i can reduce my tension...

We have purchased a freezer 320 Ltr vide bill No. [protected] from Vasanth @ Co Nagercoil Branch SL. No. 0003442 worth Rs 22500.00 dated 15/03/2016. The freezer was purchased for running a small scale unit to store Rice Batter mix. But I am unable to maintain the temperature and this has made us to loose around 10, 000 Rs per day. When we approach the service point and Vasanth and Co. Sales Unit we are not getting a complete solution for the maintenance or replace of the Unit. You may give an instruction to sort out my issue and otherwise we may go for further legal action.

Purchased a hitachi AC for delivery from their Vellore branch, even several days after said delivery date, AC not delivered. Vellore vasanth and co branch manager was rude and used harsh tone telling there is no stock and he doesn't know when it will be available.
At least if they can cancel the order and return the money we can buy it from somewhere else, now we are struck and hopelessly waiting in this hot summer with a newborn baby.

My experience from this, purchase anything from a vendor who behave politely and show honesty. If they can't even answer your calls politely it shows their intention, once you pay them you are struck with them and they feel they don't have to be courteous.

Worst customer service. No one is attending my call. It shows that you're lying something to get rid of the problem of your customer. I just purchased one voltas split ac in rani meiyammai hall. I paid the whole amount but this is the way you behave. Simply i tring to helpline i nearly lise 50rs because my call has been automatically taken but not answered. This shows your negativeness. If you receiving a more call in que, you've to expand your service. This shows that you're saving your profit even not answering to your customer. Awefull

During the billing vasanth & Co confirm that standard installation free of cost. But installation engineer came and told that installation will be charge cost around 1500. Past 3days called vasanth and co north usman road chennai branch, till am blank and am not got proper response.

Iam purchased two a/c brand Ogeneral booking 26/03/2016 and total amount pay in 29/03/2016 delivery not in response there are iam call in 7/4/2016 morning 3 to 4 times call attended in after 30 minuites reply the answer call later but no call iam call more time my numper blocked options in shoper after then 7 o clock call bargain in delivey charges 400rs but other a/c only gift in 100 rs pls response in my complaint

I am booked on blue star ac in[protected] in vasanth & co tambaram branch.
Our sales person commitment on tuesday[protected] .But till date[protected] my product not delivered. I am so many time tried tambaram branch not attended the phone. And i am tried customer care number 4 are 5 times calling not proper response. I am very much unsatisfied your company and will never go and refer others for vasanth & co again.

There is worst experience with vasanth & co.There is no value for delivery commitment and not proper response given by empoyee of vasant & co.We have ordered air conditioner mitubishi 1.5 ton @ 28.03.2016.They promise to execute the delivery at 01.04.2016.But today date is 06/04/2016 till now we not get the delivery from vasanth & co.The person from vasanth & co and mitubishi team giving false commitment and we had complaint to vasanth & co customer care and manger of retail shop also but there is no proper feed back.
Lets be aware before choosing vasanth & co...

I Booked Haier 1 Ton 3 Star Air Conditioner on 26.03.2016 from Trade Centre fair. (Bill no: [protected] dt 26.03.2016)

But, as on date (06.04.2016) still delivery has not been made. (12 Days)

Commitment was on: 29.03.2016.

I am calling daily 5 to 6 times both Porur branch manager Mr. Selvam (Mob:[protected]) and Saidapet Main Office ([protected]) from 29.03.2016. But their response is "Today will be delivered" again and again.

I am very much unsatisfied and will never go and refer others for Vasanth & Co again.

I have bought a Daikin Air conditioner and Two Whirlpool Refrigerators from Vasanth & Co in Chennai Trade Centre in an Expo happened in the last week of march, 2016.

The delivery of the product was so much delayed and i have got one refrigerator and AC only after 5 days. One more refrigerator is yet to be delivered.

The initial promise made was two days from the day of purchase.

After several follow ups, finally we got only two items out of three.

Air Conditioner :

We were told that the installation fee for installing AC is only 1000, since it is an expo (Generally it will be 1500). But the person who has come for installation charged us 1500. When i told him about the offer, he said he wasn't provided with any coupon of 500 Rs off for the same. So i need to pay 1500.

I called the Vasanth & CO chengalpet Branch, from which the AC was delivered, and they gave me a number .

This Guy is so reluctant that he never answered my call. I have called him around 30 to 40 times.

To catch any personnel linked to Vasanth & Co, you need to wait for long long hours as you wait to see Lord Venkateswara in Tirumala.

I seriously got vexed of these guys.

Even the fridge which was delivered was of a different model, but after a lot of fight and followup finally they agreed to change.

When I am spending thousands of rupees, why I have to follow up with these guys like I have given some credit to a loafer.

Its been 8 days since i have paid the full money. Still my complaints or grievances are not addressed.

I promise, That i will not buy anything in Vasanth & Co going forward and I suggest people not to go here.

On 26th March 2016 I have purchased LG LED TV at Chennai Trade Centre during the Global Exhibition conducted by you. Till today (2nd April 2016)

i bought two home appliances bluestar ac 1 ton & ifb washing machine on sunday 27. 3. 16 bill no [protected] & [protected] but now not received that two products.
every day call and follow no use wrost response. very sad i have 15 yrs of relationship with vasanth and co.

We are highly dis appointed with vasanth and co due to irresponsible answers by the Delivery executives last week . i ordered a TV 48 inches LED Sony KLV 48R562C on 26-03-16 at Nanthanam trade center.sales Rep told product will deliverd in 28th monday but still they not delivered the TV . still they argue with me to wait some more days because the stock is not available then without stock y ordering the product to customer ??? ?

I have purchased 1.5 ton Whirlpool A/C with copper coil on 27 Mar 2016, when i opened the package it is not copper coil and it is aluminium coil. cheating customers, dont trust them.

when they selling the products, they promise so many things but they wont follow anything. very bad experience, please dont buy any products from them.
