I have purchased lg tv and samsung microwave oven at chennai trade centre, expo on 23.10.16.
Vasanth & co persons assured to deliver the product by 24.10.16.
But till now (26.10.16) we have not received the product and no communication from vasanth & co regarding deliver of the product.
I very much disappointed and i thinking in future not to purchase any product from vasanth & co and recommended to any of my friends / relatives etc
Request you to do the needful to deliver the product today without any further delay

Purchased Pure-it water purifier product on 21st Oct. Still (27th Oct)doing followup with vasanth& co branch for installation. This is first product i bought here.

Worst response form manager.[protected]. He said, "The sales person was not from vasanth & co. Whatever he told may be wrong. You have to check with billing agent seated in expo".

How do i know the person is standing in his showroom/expo shop is their employee or not ? and he only explained all about product and pricing.

I bought some of the items from sathya, but their response and installation coordination and confirmation is too good.

I ordered a double door refrigerator in vasanth & Co saidapet (kaveri nagar) branch on 10/10/2016 . when the time I place my order that representative said my order will be deliver on 10/13/2016. I call the representative to track my order on 10/13/2016 that she said that colour is not available. so she suggested me to change the colour after my expected delivery date. I strictly told them to deliver my selected colour. I gave one more day to deliver my product. finally they deliver on 10/15/2016. And the Demo will happen on 10/16/2016, that time identified a damage in my product. so again I spoke with the manager for replacement. He also agreed to replace and the product will be deliver on 10/18/2016. But I received the product today 10/21/2016. They gave me some reasons, don't have proper vehicle to transport, and they don't have the product availability. But they are advertising NO 1 Dealer worst service ever.

I brought one Refridgerator on 15.10.2016 at Tirunelveli . It is a pretty and well working. I know vasant & co is deeply consider in our customer problems so I write my prescribe. It is not complaint only our prescribe. One day Goodrej company service man visited my home and they checked Refrigerator then he said it is working well and said "one important thing is missing in your frezer box If you call vasanth &Co custemer care department and you will get it".
so I called Your customer care number but they did not atten any call from me. what can I do sir?

They don't even forward our complaint, worst ever service.

We have to book complaint on our own & continuously follow up with concerned brand.

Cheap marketing fellows with zero percent customer service,
please don't buy any products here

Instead go & purchase directly from branded showroom
Like LG, Samsung etc

Avoid these cheap guys / multi brand showrooms.
Plz go to branded showrooms

Karur branch manager is not responding well,
Actually we bot one video-con washing machine automated on 19/10/2015 as a gift to my sister but its functionally not working properly and the waters are not drain after finished the washing.The problem is still we din't receive any service boy regarding this .???we informed more about our products fault, he is using unnecessary words to us.we have a warranty also but no use so more disappointed .

Please help me on this as soon as possible.

Sir, i have booked godrej dc fridge s*221 ct5.2 indigo orchid colour refrigerator on 26.09.2016 vide bill no. [protected] from north usman road, t. nagar branch and paid full cost amount. i was given delivery date of the product on 29.09.2016. since then i have been calling the concerned person whose contact no is alloted to me on invoice & manager of that branch. even after complaining to the manager on[protected] also, delivery could not happened till date.
Each time when i called i was given new number to followup and nobody is bothered about customer problem. i was told by the godrej sales manager that it was already delivered to the shop from ware house on 03.10.2016. when i enquired with vasanth & co, i was told that the product is yet to be come from godrej company. some times, the sales person are not lifting the phone.

I could not expected this type of service from such a reputed company.

I request you to look into the matter and deliver the product immediately

I purchased LG FH096WDL24 model washing machine today, that is, 21-Sep-16. The original price quoted was INR32, 800. However, when we went on to pay the bill the revised quote was INR33, 800. In spite of repeated questions, I was forced to pay Rs 33, 300. The bill number for the transaction is [protected].
In fact, I and my brother-in-law purchased identical washing machines. Both o[censored]s were forced to pay INR33, 300 each piece.
I have been a loyal customer to your stores for many years now. In fact, I would have done at least INR 3, 00, 000 business to Vasanth & Co in last 3 years.
We are quite disappointed.

I would like you send some well experience person who can solve this washing machine problem. with in 3 month after purchasing the washing machine is creating 2 nd time problem.
I have bought this machine trichy vasanth & co if the problem is not rectified i would like you to replace a new washing machine. other wise i will take serious action. after informing to you no response has been taken upto now. i am really very much disappointed

I buy a refrigerator, stabiliser, stand at coimbatore at the condition of de
ivery at chennai. My Invoice no.[protected] Value Rs.13300. Dated 25.08.2016.
but till now not delivered. While we called Vallachery branch they informed wil delivered shortly.
Today (27.08.2016) in Vallachery branch they said till now no mail has received from coimbatore branch.
I would like to inform that the delivery status properly.
Finally the delivery service or sales service is not proper . worst service.

The worst customer service I have ever seen... Vasanth & Co T.nagar is the best example for it.

Once they sell the product that's it, they wont care about it whether the installation are done or service is done... I bought a Samsung Washing Machine WA60H4300HB/TL on 18 Aug 2016 and after a long chase finally they delivered the stuff on 20 Aug 2016. While I ordered the product the sale rep told me that "we will book an installation and the Samsung service people will reach you with in day", but today it's 22 Aug 2016 no one came for installation. In between this I called vasanth & co for more then 10 times on their 42444444 and the floor executive number. Majority of the time the so called floor assistant won't pick my call. The most cheating thing is the given complaint mail id on their bill is not a valid one. Not only this mail id, their delivery ph no[protected] this number always in switched off mode.

Their ad says that they are the India's No.1 dealer...Now its the time to re-write it as the worst retailer in India. When I searched in the net, I really shocked, a lot of complaints you can see in the internet for their "best customer service".

"I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM VASANTH & CO, THEY ARE THE WORST RETAILER I HAVE EVER SEEN"

I purchased tv, refrigerator, grinder, mixie, home theater, chimney on 13/08/2016. My bill number is [protected]. Actually i asked faber model chimney but service girl said about ifb model which she saying is very new model it is very good one and its very nice like that all. But the model she said is very old one and its not nice too. After coming home my cousin saw the model just scolded its very waste. I felt very bad. I just got very bad experience. I am very sure to say hereafter in my lifetime i will never step into ur shop and also will say this about to everyone. One kind request please ask ur service girls not to cheat customers.

I bought SAMSUNG smart TV from M/s.Vasanth & Co., on 23.10.2014, and it was in panel fault from past 5 months, for which service charges estimated as 17000/-, now i decided to file a case against SAMSUNG, but the above dealer is not providing the invoice copy, to proceed further.

And their are is really shocking, and irresponsible after many follow-up.
i thinks they misusing the political influences, since their founder is a leader in Congress party, and also MLA.

As as customers, we all are really helpless!

I hope a day will come to control these kind of misbehavior by the shop keepers.

I brought a haier refrigerator from vacant and co i was promised that the product would have no problem i told them not to give one which is show but to give new one but they gave the same. There is no proper cooling, no proper formation of ice called them and no response from them very disappointed i am student and i can't go anywhere now... They have cheated me.

For marriage we checked fridge at porur branch and also the availability at coimbatore branch, after confirmation about the availability we booked gorej fridge and also checked we can take the delivery at coimbatore on the same day
But till now we didn't take the delivery when we call your porur branch there is no proper communication and respect very poor approach
Finally today they said we can take the delivery from morning till evening they were not able to send a mail which will hardly take 5 mins to send
We are very badly affected by your way
Please this is for a marriage please understand the situation and do the needful

The washing machine was bought on 4 july 2016 from vasanth & co. 100 ft road coimbatore. bill no. [protected]. the machine was delivered on tuesday 5 july. today, (7th july) the samsung service mechanic mr saravanan came to install the machine. the packing was opened by him. on opening the carton, we found 2 objectionable dents on the front of the machine. mr saravanan suggested that i speak to mr mukundan of vasanth & co.. i did so immediately.
I would request you to look into this matter immediately and ensure a replacement machine is sent in good condition.
Also the stand that was also ordered along with the machine came without the holes being threaded for fitment of the castor wheels. i would request you to ensure that a replacement stand is sent with holes threaded to enable castor fitment.

Purchased IFB FL W/M SENORITA AQUA SX 6 5KG FOR RS.3250 on 29/04/2016..Paid cash and the Machine Packet was brought on and not opened even after 48 hours.It was informed within 48 hours Service staff will do the Installation work.I do not what purpose will be served keeping the machine idle even 48 hours is too much. If you do not have the Man Power to install within 48 hours I doubt very much about your service in future.
I think it is better to send back the packet to the supplier and request for Refund because no guarantee for your service.I think we have to wait for many days even if a Complaint is given for Service.
Expect you immediate response .

Purchased a Onida TV from Nandambakkam Trade center exhibition(bill [protected] - 27/03/2016).

3 months passed with payment not used the even for one minute.

The service engineer came for installation and it didn't ON and he said the piece is defect and need to be replaced. While contacting Vasant & CO the suggested to contact Onida service engineer who said we will repair it. They came with one board and tried and it didn't worked also; later talked with Service Manager then Sales Manager Karthik([protected]).. The said a new piece will be delivered and two weeks passed nothing happening.

But till now the washing machine is not installed in my home even after 9 days. It shows the poor performance of your company. I m continuously trying number [protected]. No response from him. Why such type of person is working in your esteemed concern. Kindly take immediate action.
