Last Saturday (16/01/2016) i came your shop (38/45, South Usman Road, Near T.Nagar) for buy a onida 40 inches android tv in that place Panasonic promoter and onida promoter playing front off customer. i ask about that tv that Panasonic promoter said dont buy that onida tv that is bad you will be back with in two day. like he said. onida promoter playing candy crach in tv. One another promoter name SIRAJ BAI very very bad customer response. I complaint to manager but he also dont care about that. Finally i went to shah's show room and i bought that tv with in 15 min. If you not any action about this things means surely ill go to consumer court complain. Thank you.

We have ordered Videocon washing Machine in Vasanth & Co ten days ago and still they have not delivered the machine to us and also not responding us properly. The guys working there behavior is not good and not treating us as a customer. They gave the customer care number but no one is picking the call and even if they pick they are not responding us and keep us in hold.

We are highly dis appointed with vasanth and co due to irresponssible answers by the sales excecutives last week i ordered a TV 43 inches LED LG LF 540 A on 6/1/2016 at washermenpet show room (maharani) i paid full money including VAT of 14% they said product will deliverd in two day but still they not delivered the TV . still they argue with me to wait some more days because the stock is not available then without stock y ordering the product to customer ??? ? now i dont want to that product incase of delay .

But i like the above mentioned Model very compact and flexible. Please do needful or return back my cash with 5 days normal interest. thanks MY MOBILE NO:[protected]

We order fridge and they told to deliver on 29nov. After then 29nov chennai came with floods. I called many times they told by 2 weeks we will deliver. Now they are telling due to miscommunication, it will come by 25dec. Our fridge was not working, so we told them cancel, they told no . Now another fridge they are giving at more cost. They are showing irresponsible behaviour to customer.

We order one fridge, they told it will deliver at 29nov. after 29nov natural calamity started after 29nov. then they told 3 weeks. but now they are telling 25 dec. Now our fridge was not working so we demanded another fridge., that they are giving in high price. We asked cancellation due to delay. They are not cancelling showing irrresponsible behaviour to customer.

On 8th, November 2015 Sunday I went to Vasanth & Co West Mambalam branch to buy Premier wet grinder, but they suggested me to buy Butterfly Rhino Plus wet grinder. Actually they promoted the product wrongly with fake good reviews and insisted me to buy the Butterfly Rhino Plus. I bought the Butterfly Rhino Plus and they delivered it to me on 11th November 2015 Wednesday. This Butterfly Rhino plus grinder is utter waste It had lots of problems like leakage of flour, and urad dal (Uruttam paruppu) doesn't get grind and it produced heavy sound while grinding and over heat. And I went to Vasanth & Co West Mamabalam branch with these complaints and I asked them to replace me the Premier wet grinder. With there fake good reviews and suggestions only I bought that wet grinder, so I asked for replacement but they said they wont replace the grinder and they asking me "Why you bought this grinder you would have bought premier. why you are listening to our suggestions, Its your mistake". After prolong conversation they said they take this complaint and forward this to butterfly company and they will do the service for the grinder. At the first usage itself its producing lots of problem, all I need is replacement of the grinder, but they are not doing it and not responding it. Because of this I wasted lots of money by travelling and calling them. More importantly I wasted lots of time in it. Again its not working good, producing same problem after the service. Now they saying we will do service one more time we wont replace the product. All I need is my money back or replacement. This is good lesson for me Hereafter I wont buy any product in Vasanth & Co and more importantly I won't listen to there wrong fake suggestions and promotions.

[protected] date:08/11/2015 reference dc : bajaj finance limited purchase of IFB FL W/M elina aqua vx Your agent available at vasanth&co, door no.4, asaripalam road(medical college road), nagercoil 629002 has forcibly collected processing charges rs.300, against your sms that no processing fee will be charged. Inspite of my repeated request your agent did not concede. However he reduced the processing fee to the extent of rs.300 against his claim of rs.600. When i insisted for the authenticated receipt under the caption of bajaj finance limited, i was told that amount will be accounted in the bill, but the bill shows cash payment rs.300. Kindly give attention and look into this matter.

We already ordered the whirlpool refrigerator at vasanth &co on 22th oct 2015. they said we will deliver with in 24 overs, but still deliver at our end. they didnot response my call also. this is not small company its a vasanth & co . we cannot give any time chances. bill no.[protected] date. 22.10.2015

Dear Sir, We have purchased Led TV 32" Onida from vasanth and co ( chennai trade centre exhibition) is found faulty from the day 1. We have made so many complaints but of no use. Pl. take utmost care into this matter and replace the TV. Senthil [protected]

We working people watch en kanavan en thozhan re - telecast regularly at 6pm. Now hottest episodes are going. Suddenly u stopped that and telecasting a new one. Its not fare kindly make arrangements for rescheduling it. U can put new serial @5:30pm....

I have place a order with Vasanth And Company on 14th July 2015, apple iphone 64 gb, They have promised to give me the product within 2 days of placing the order I have paid Rs 10000 as a advance and booking . When I called them after 2 days they have said the order has been placed, will received the product in a day . 1st lie The next day they product it come they said they forget to sent through the courier today will get it.. Mr Mathi from Gandupuram branch did all the same . that’s 2nd lie, 3rd I called next day they said the phone we got but its 32 thy have sent, so I have asked them to send again the 64gb 4th I called again to know the status they said by 2maro 11:30 you shpuld have the product in your had sir... trusting that word I have cancelled all my trip and plan on my weekend with my family ... next day I called 5th lie was waiting for me ..he didnt answer my call at all ...after 20mins someone called from Chennai office stating that .. sir the product is in my hand bit no couriers service today because of festival... so Monday morning at any cost you will get it... all my weekend was spoiled... I even trusted that Monday morning 6th lie was waiting for me.. I called again Mr Mathi sir what happen he said sir i am on the way to courier office to collect you iphone wih in 1 hr will call you .. you can come and collect it ... i said ok and waitied waited waited no one called me .. atlast i called him again to know the status 7th lie was waitig for me.. Mr math said sir they the couries compnay is not responding well we have tracking the product its in transit.. will get by morning and give u... i lost all the hope and said ok...OK.. today Moring finagling 8th lies was waiting for me.. some called me and said til will take another 3 to 4 days they is no scok in chennai office ...INEED AN EXPLANATION FOR ALL THIS PAIN

Date of Incident : 09-April-2015 Client Number : [protected] I bought LG LED 32LN51 on 31-October-2013. I had a defect[protected]. A Person for LG came and told that defect in SMPS and later told that fault in PANEL and so change the Panel Board that cost around 45% of the product value.. We sought for warranty because the product was just 15 months. They told that is not possible and argued that you go and complaint whereever possible....

Dear Sir, I cancelled my tatkal ticket but they told no refund money, PNR Number: [protected] .How Government take this kind of decision against a public, 2000 is a not a normal amount to leave.. Sir, Did you give assurance that nobody travel in my seat.. you take my money as well the seat allotted to next waiting list you will get that money also.. Kindly take necessary step to refund my money (atleast 50%). Thank you

I bought an lg uhd TV from Vasanth and co Adyar ...I found that TV s defect one while installing and raised a complaint for replacement with LG...neither the Vasanth and co sales man nor Lg officials is interested to fix the issue ...I was gng behind and calling thm 1000 times to track it ...pls dnt buy any LG product frm Vasanth and co...very bad service and ty least bothered...

We have taken Lg refrigerator, washing machine and tv from Vasanth & Co and we are daily fighting with them since the tv has not been installed despite chase ups on daily basis We are employees and Saturday sunday is the only time we can spend full time in home but they are not ready to come on those days. This is very disgusting and disappointing service.

I brought, 1.5 ton ac and they provide poor delivery service, they didnt call the service center for installation, they give promises but there promises are send to garbage only, i called them but they didnt attend my call, so i my call samsung service center and booked ...Vasanth & co big looser...dont go vasanth &co tambaram, or other branches...plz...or you cam order online itself... Thanks...

I went for Vasanth & Co(Madipakkam) shop for buying AC which they suggested a brand and ensured its installation will be completed with in a day or two. But the people haven't even responded properly about the installation.We called a lot of times for enquiring about the status but the responses were just to make us fool.Its been three days now since they placed the material without installation...They made us to take this AC with some false promises about their services and all other stuffs... But they were keen on money and getting the 200 bucks for transporting it..But its been a poor poor poor poor poor poor service from that guys... I will never ever come back or suggest the same to any one... Please do think twice on purchasing der...

Last week ( 27/03/15) i have purchased 1 Onida AC and 1 Microwave Oven from Vasanth & Co Gandhiburam Branch, Coimbatore, At the date of purchase they commit us, with in 30.03.15 they will deliver the materials, still the delivery is pending (01/04/15). Almost 5 days completed and am waiting for the delivery. I didn't expect this kind of support from Vasanth & Co. a reputed home appliance shop in Coimbatore. I always got wrong commitment from them, Even now if i call them they will commit today they will despatch the materials, I dont think they will deliver the materials..
