I have paid entire amount to by whirlpool ac, whirlpool washing machine and whirlpool fridge on 7th may in nandan bakkam trade centre. The person who booked is a lady by name anita. She along with another sales person promised to deliver the products on 8th and complete installation on 9th. May

They ensured collecting the entire amount from me and gave her number and her porur managers number by name mani [protected] so that we can follow up with them to ensure we get the product on time

After that the lady's number is not reachable. [protected]

I then contacted mani who informed he is not responsible and can forward the details to porur branch. Ie after sales the lady anita and the person mani just washed away their hands telling he is not responsible for sales but i am not sure why he picks up phone and then keeps telling he forwards my complaint to porur branch

I called their helpline and they again informed they asked me to contact different team and washed his responsibility

I called their porur branch and they informed they will revert back in 30 mins and no response

Later after a day we called again porur branch and they gave an unknown person but he mentioned he will revert back. Till today he has not responded
Till today no one took any action and no one has responded to my complaint

Do not buy from vasanth and co. They have send me a washing machine which is a scrap. The whirlpool installation person and nformed he cannot fix the washing machine informing it is a scrap. Vasanth and co Porur branch delivers used washing pool. Buying from is a problem and post sales is a big problem.

    I brought one ac. I have paid advance. After that daily called for buying ac. One buying the ac. I try to call for installation support. Last one hour tried with in office hour. They are busy. Called customer care no which mentioned in bill. It was not valid no. I took from Google for customer support. That toll free no also no response. I seek your support to resolve immediately. Totally unhappy. Hope it can be resolve soon.

      As i ordered three products on 7th may 2017, and they mentioned my delivery date on 10th may 2017.

      Bill no:...336529,...336555,...336557.

      This morning i have called and confirmed that they will delivery today. Later i didnt receive any call and i make a call to given number and they confirmed product cant delivery today. No vehicle service for that route.

      Keep on calling they didnt answer first, they picked and kept me on hold, later they said no delivery. They gave false commitment and no proper response on time.

      I also confirmed yesterday regarding the same at vasanth and co. Simply saying contact manager, if i asked about manager they mentioned that manager is on leave for last two days. If i asked about his number no response.

      I have bought a Onida ac from Vasanth co nagercoil branch last year.for the last 7months I am calling them for the service.but no one is interested to send any service people to service my ac.
      Vasanth and co after service is the worst I have faced with.

        Sir I have booked a LG led tv lge led 32lh602d on 5.5.17 at trade center Nandambakkam Chennai vide bill.no [protected] dt.05.5.17 and i was promised delivery on 08.5.17 but product not delivered that day when called on enquiry they asked to remind by 10.5.17 by 14.00 hrs but calling on enquiry but nobody responding to phone and really annoyed so please update my delivery status.Thanks

          I booked Carrier 1.5 ton Split AC at Vasanth & Co - Padi on 05/07/2017 - 11:30 AM. They said product will be delivered on the same day and it did not happen. On 05/08/2017, I went to the store thrice to request them to deliver the product, sales rep said that product will be delivered in 20 - 30 minutes. After one hour, again i went to the store and the response they gave is - They had only one piece and it is damaged and will be able to deliver and it will take one more day and installation will happen on the next business day. Climate is very hot and my family is suffering from severe humidity in night and literally everyone are dehydrated. If they could have delivered the AC on time, this could not have been happened. Sales rep are very irresponsible and their are not professional. They treat customers very rudely. I did not expect such a worst service from a reputed store. I will never recommend vasanth & co to any of my friends and relatives. This will be my last purchase in vasanth & Co. Finally, no one from the store are answering our calls

          I went through lot of review's about Vasanth & Co, Is anyone looking into this. No value for money in this place. It would be better idea if every one to reach consumer court with proof and claim law suit. No body is aware of the consumer courts. In United states, we can file a law suit if we are not satisfied with the service. Let's utilize these consumer courts effectively

          Lawyers - Please do justice for us. Need more awareness on consumer complaints/how or where to start.

            Dear sir,

            I bought lg front loading washing machine with stand & cover on 27.04.2017 at vasanth & co, puraswalkkam branch (Salesman mr. Praveenkumar) next day they deliver the washing machine but still they delayed to deliver the stand & cover. I paid full payment to all those things.

            In this regard i went to shop several times to collect the stand but they not responded me and misbehaved with us. So, i unhappy with vasanth & co.

            Further i request you kindly make necessary action in this regard.

              On 01.05.2017, I have purchased Samsung AC Inverter from your newly opened Karambakkam branch. Till today 04.05.2017 I have not given the delivery of the goods purchased.
              I phoned to your staff Mr Murugan Mobile No.[protected], and the other Land line Nos. but, no one is picking up the phone. It gives me displeasure, so please arrange to deliver the goods as early as possible.

              Received the consignment yesterday 5/05/2017 at about 8.00 PM, only after visiting your shop. Normally for goods like TV, Fridge etc door delivery will be made free of cost. But they forcibly collected delivery charge without any receipt, which was not informed to me prior to the purchase.
              Another thing they have not placed the concerned AC Remote Control. I immediately contacted the concern salesman, i was replied to collect the Remote today.I also found that the hose covering the copper tube in widely torn condition. For the fault of your shop people, why I should run every time for this single purchase. Next time when I visit your shop I should purchase some other things and not for the goods purchased earlier. Please arrange some official to inspect the goods supplied to us and see whether it is in good condition before being installed. Kindly arrange to provide the Remote Control immediately. I don''t know that how many days they will take for installation.
              I request you to take earlier action from your end as quickly as possible.

                I have bought whirlfool fridge on 23rd april 2017 at vasanth & co, velachery. At rs.19, 200/- bill no.[protected]. The installation service technician came on 25th april 2017 and opened the fridge packing and said that fridge have been got damaged and wil replace the fridge in 10 days, but till now we didnt get the status. I request you to replace the fridge at the earliest.

                  We have purchased the subject product on 02.04.2017 but as on today the same is yet to be delivered to us. Please let us know when it will be delivered to us and there is no proper response from your staffs. We are waiting for almost one month but u r staffs are saying that there is no stock, when the stock comes it will be delivered. Let us know the reason.

                    Had purchased a water kettle from Vasanth & co Madurai in the month of Jan 2017. Hardly 3 months got over the lid of the kettle is not closing. Had visited preethi service center in Madurai. They fixed something but never maintained transparency what part was changed with us. The same problem persisted. Lid was not closing. Again i had to go second time. The same thing happened. It worked there while testing, after coming home it does not close. Am using for home purpose not for any commercial use and following all the guidelines/ instructions while using it. Service people are arrogant and not maintaining transparency and politeness. in their mind it is Free of charge under warranty, and Customers not treated well. i was using various brands of home appliance but never faced product quality issue in such a short span or service center like this. They never pick phone calls also. Request Vasanth&co to pick up this product back which am not satisfied anymore and return me new ONE.                       We paid full cash for this (42, 000) during purchase on[protected] / receipt no : [protected] & it was delivered only after 7 days. Even are delivery, we are still facing with it. Below are the complaints.

                      1. Attached installation image of outdoor unit. They charged additional rs.1, 250 for this cabling and installation. Even a local electrician will do wiring more better than this. They left the cable exposed, even didn't insulate it properly. Imagine the situation if it rains & any short circuits then...??
                      Again the bill receipt shows as a/c free standard installation. Then why they charged additionally for it..?

                      2. Still after the a/c doesn't works properly. Attached number of complaints we made and each person who attended the complaints at home given different different contact number to contact and the last person said relay unit was complaint and during the last followup the rejected our complaint indicating as "duplicate complaint". Still the a/c didn't work it's almost more than 20 days now.

                      3. Place replace the a/c with new one as we are not comfort to replace the unit part by part with new one because we purchased it considering it as brand new. Else please make sure it's working properly & covers warranty.

                        I brought onida led 55inch tv on 20th march 2017 and its installation done on 26th march 2017. Since it is new home our house warming is on 14th april. After that only we started using it. From 15th april the tv is automatically getting on and off. I complaint to onida customer care on 18th still now it is not rectified they are saying its dealer mistake. When i check with vasanth & co they are saying they will come and rectify today. Im daily taking leave and waiting for the technician. No use. My hamble please dont buy any thing in vasath & co. Once they sell to us they wash there hands.

                          I have purchased LG smart inverted spilt AC on 9 april 2017 at Vasant & Co, Adyar. The AC has installed on 10 april 2017 by GURU Balaji Cool system.
                          The ac was not performing well from the installed day, AC cooling was sufficient and stay at 28° C even at the Himalaya cool setting.

                          I registered a complaint to the installed service team on 12 april 2017. Service team (rajan) check and informed no issue in the ac /installation. But the same issue continued . Again, I have registered the complaint to the same service team. vinoth has attended the complaint and informed that air has been mixed in the gas. Next day, he refilled the gas. After that he informed to run the ac for an hour and the cooling will be increased as desired. Still the ac cooling stay at 28° C even at the Himalaya cool setting.

                          From the day of purchase, the ac has been serviced for 3 times in 1 week. But the query has not yet resolved. Kindly replace the LG AC to any other best brand AC.

When i approached vasanth showroom people not responding to customer properly.. They just need money from customers... Pathetic.. Nonsense.. Stupid.. Useless service they are doing to customer just to steal the money... So i want to cancel my hdb acct... I'll not pay...

                            World most cheating number one dealer is the vasanth & co, t. Nagar
                            I have bought videocon led tv from vasanth & co, t. Nagar, north usman road on friday[protected]. During buying the product, sales manager agreed to delivered the product by next day itself (Saturday[protected], but still now i didn’t receive the item, even so many phone calls & message, there is no proper response from dealer. Even dealer sales manager not respecting the customer and no response from dealer manager,
                            This leads to complaint against the sales manager of vasanth & co, t. Nagar for not delivering the product on time as per agreement.
                            I am not satisfied and vasanth & co is cheating the customer for not delivering the product on time as per agreement.
                            Refer attached bill for your ready reference.
                            I request vasanth & co to take immediate action and escalate this issue on high priority

                                with reference to the above receipt I have booked a Fridge and AC in your sale at Trade centre. I was promised the delivery on 05.04.2017 by your sales executives in the stall. I am yet to receive the AC from your side despite visiting your corporate at Saidapet twice on 8th and 10th of this month and even met Mr. Vijay Vasanth and briefed the desperate situation.

                                under these circumstances, I have decided to cancel my order and request to you refund the amount which I paid aswell the loan amount credit to you from HDB for the above purchase. Also you can remove the refrigerator delivered to my house immediately.

                                Pls. let me know when I can come and collect my refund amount of Rs. 54, 000.

                                Hope you know Chennai has many other better show rooms to give a better service.

                                this is a very very bitter experience for me and my family, that we ever faced.

                                I completely regret for the above.

                                  We ordered a Whirlpool refrigerator, Fridge DD, and AC 1.5 T from the Vasanth & Co. stall @ Chennai Trade Centre Lifestyle exhibition. The salesperson assured that product will be delivered in a weeks time from Vasanth & Co. Porur store, but its more than 10 days and the initial amount is paid and rest in COD, but still the products is not delivered,
                                  No proper response on the status and delivery of product this is highly disappointing

                                      I booked a ken star air cooler at your Trade center fare on 3 nd April 2017 .They committed to delivery with 3 days at Home.

                                      But it never happened and I visited your Padi branch office they asked to discuss with Mr.Sampath Varserpadi branch where my booking happened .I called him on 8 th and he committed it will happen on 10/4/2017. That too also failed and no one bother about customer I only keep on following with Kenstar and Mr.Sampath.
                                      Then Monday evening they assured me delivery will happen today before 11.00 am with out fail. But this to also failed. Today I tried both Kenstar & Vasanth co Mr.Sampath after long follow up from other no they took and coolly say it ill happen only on Friday due to out of stock.

                                      Pls clarify how would you collect money from customer that to full amount and can say out of stock. With out stock availability how you billed your customer.

                                      So I lost my confident on Vasanth & co .And I don't want my product now so pls repay my amount 8000 with interest of 12% paid .My NO:[protected] DATED ON 3.4.2017.

                                      I have purchased one refrigerator in Saidapet branch Vasanth&Co on 09/04/2017. Still no delivery and no answer the phone call.
