I strongly recommend everyone not to buy any product from vasanth & co, as their staffs and demonstrators are having worst attitude and behaving like a local chap and abusing the customers post sale and their promise on delivery is really pathetic and answers towards the delivery is harsh . WORST EXPERIENCE IN BUYING FROM VASANTH AND CO

    I bought a semi automatic washing machine(whirlpool) to my aged parents who are in pudukkottai on 31.12 2016.but they wants to change it to fully automatic, because they are not able to work in semi automatic.it is not used or opened till today.after two days of purchase, they wants to replace it.but in your concern, they refused and scold without mercy and told that it is not able, why you bought that.so, please make the needful and reply.it is my kind request.

      I bought a Samsung Smart LED TV from Vasanth & Co (Velachery Branch) on 10th Dec 2016...my intention on that day was to just enquire however was impressed with the sales person MR.Ravi and hence ended up buying the tv instantly...One of the few criteria's i put forth was that i wanted the latest model and a smart tv that will allow me to download various apps without any restrictions...Ravi confirmed that the model J5570 was superior in both the aspects and that i should go ahead and buy it...He personally assisted in filling up the details for Bajaj Finserv and asked me not to worry about anything...the next day (11th Dec) he came home to fix the TV as i just wanted it to be placed on a table...As soon as he got out of the auto he asked the driver to place the TV box on the ground, took out his pen and scratched out the Year Of manufacture...he was not aware that i was watching this from my balcony...As soon as he entered my flat i asked him why he scratched it out and he did not give me a satisfying answer hence i told him to show me the apps that can be downloaded for which he said that only a Samsung engineer can do it...Since i was not convinced i checked on the internet and found that the J-Series belonged to the[protected] model group...The next day was the day of Vardah with no electricity and hence i left for Bangalore with my family and came back only on 24th Dec all this while i am in touch with a Samsung engineer called Ayyappan telling him that there is no electricity at home and that i am out of town.From the time i came back on 24th i was following up with Samsung requesting them to send an engineer and finally Ayyappan turned up on 31st Dec 2016 and in 2 minutes told me that i cannot download any apps as the TV does not have enough memory space...i was totally devastated and went to the Vasanth & Co outlet in Velachery and met Ravi and informed the same, also told him about the extended warranty been added without consent..Now Ravi retracted from his old statement and told me that i can download only Samsung approved apps...i disagreed and finally he pleaded that he will ensure that the extended warranty is cancelled and also arrange for an experienced Samsung technician who will update the TV Operating System free of charge and will provide a demo...Until today (9th Jan 2017) no one has turned up...i formally launched a complaint with Vasanth & Co on 7th Jan 2017 through their customer service number[protected] and was told by a lady that she will take complete ownership, talk to the store manager in Velachery and provide a resolution however she has not called back...when i called them to check i was told that a technician from Samsung will surely come but in vain...I spent Rs.58000 on the TV and have been left with a sense of being cheated and taken for a ride...The customer service so far has been pathetic with little/no regard for customer's expectation or feeling...i would never ever go out and buy anything from Vasanth & Co going forward.

        Hai this is vignesh form chengalppatu i purchased a whirlpool washing machine today.one of the sales representative told me delivery charges is 150rs only but driver asking 200rs . i call to chengalpattu vasnth&co i ask you guys told me 150rs only but driver asking 200rs wat's happening i aksed. but that sales man talk rudely. i am not satisfied in vasanth&co.

          Hi,
          Im Satheesh SM and i live in Valasarawalkam . I bought a new Haier 42 inch LED TV LE42U65001A from your Karambakkam branch on 3rd January with full cash payment . The product was delivered the same day .
          When the engineer from Haier visited my house yesterday and installed the TV, the TV did not switch on . The engineer checked the TV and said that the TV is faulty and it needs a motherboard replacement.
          This has disappointed me and my family as we bought this as our new year product with full cash payment.
          I tried to contact your store and asked for replacement but they are not responding to my greivance. No one answers my call whenever i call.
          Can you please intervene quickly and please replace the TV with a good one.

            Totally Dissatisfied: Beware of Vasanth & Co Ulagaram branch and Samsung Fridge:
            I booked Fridge there which costs 28k. I got delivered the same day which make me feel good for fastest delivery. Next day itself Samsung executive came at my door step for installation. He started explaining about the specifications. Before purchasing the item, i read the model catalogue, reviews and specifications clearly later only i booked the item. At the time of demonstration, the freezer door was opened. Later only i realize door alarm unit is not working. I asked about the issue to samsung executive, he told the alarm unit is not comes in this model. I showed the user manual to him and said alarm system is mentioned in manual. He said that alarm unit will not comes in 272 litres model. I googled the model and shows the specification to him. He still rejects and says it will not come only LED display option is available. Then, i showed user reviews, then he asked me to wait and he called one of his senior executive through this phone. After cuts the call he still says that alarm unit is not come this model. I felt upset and called samsung customer service centre and told the model number. Service centre executive confirms the alarm unit function is active in this model. I asked him to hold a call for a minute and asked him to say the same to the installation executive. After that he agreed and said alarm unit is not working it seems like that. Before leaving my home, he said that he will inform the same to showroom and replace the fridge as soon as possible. After that i saw my fridge all the four side and saw the bent in bottom side. I expected a call from showroom and waited so long. But, i didn't get any call from showroom. After two days i made a call to the installation executive and asked for the replacement. He said i already informed the showroom and you will get a call from them soon like that. But, i didn't receive any call. Again i made a call to samsung customer service centre and asked the solution for this issue . They said sunday is holiday for them and asked me to wait till monday. The executive came on monday at my doorstep and checked the fridge. After that he removed the panel and checked. Then he said alarm unit is working and ask us to check. After that we check the same door alarm unit works. I was happy after that and thought the problem was solved. Again from the next day, it stops working. I am regretted for purchasing the samsung fridge and vasanth & Co. Because, till now i didn't receive any call from them. Totally dissatisfied.

              I have bought the refrigerator on Diwali, and while buying they have shown me a sample piece and it was little damaged. I have confirmed with the seller (3 times) whether a new piece of this model is available and they also said we'll parcel you a new piece only and this sample piece is just for customer reference.
              But when opened the parcel at home after delivery, the same sample piece was delivered to me and I was totally disappointed with their service.

              I have called them back and they said calmly we'll replace the refrigerator without taking any seriousness on their mistake. I also accepted to replace it.

              But now it has almost 12 days over, daily I use to call them they will reply the same answer..sir, the item will be delivered today...but till now they haven't proved their words.

              To be frank, I have called them more than 50 times but still they haven't replaced the item...very very disappointed with Vasanth & co service...I never buy anything from this worst service anymore...

              If there is no new piece available, they could have informed me at the time of buying itself..i would have looked for some other refrigerators. But they have lied and sent the damaged sample item...fraud vasanth & Co..

                I brought Godrej Refrigeration and Washing Machine on 1st Nove 2016 Tambaram Branch, Delivery address Mambakkam but I yet to receive the material so far, I call many times and no proper response from Tambaram Branch, Today I call and had a discussion final they told Washing Machine not in stock and available in main godown, I am asking Main godown available in chennai only what is the problem to send the vehicle and take the material and delivery to customer at least 2 to 3 days delay, but now more than 7 days still there are telling main gowdown not deliver the product the Tambaram Branch. This reason is ridiculous and not expect from this esteemed organisation.

                Final the customer is suffer while order and waiting for the goods and call to them on daily and got ridiculous reason.

                Very very worst service i experience with Vasanth & Co., Tambaram Branch, There is no humanity in this Branch before selling showing Interest after make the payment they least to bother about service first step delivery the product, If the stock available or not they least to bother and collect the money and raise the Invoice and their work get over.

                Vasanth & Co Tambaram Branch Invoiced on 1st November for Godrej W/M and Refrigerator and committed to develiry on Next day, Now 8th day from the Date of Invoice we yet to received the product and I am keep on calling I spend nearly Rs, 150 for call them from 2nd Nov to till date but there is no response.

                I never get this kind of worst service in my life. Very Very Very Worst service providing by Tamabram Branch, If I am the Owner I will sack every body in Tambaram Branch and appoint new person and make first think the honor commitment to customer in any cost.

                I lose my hope the product I will not get now request you to kindly refund the money.

                The Owner Mr. Vasanth Kumar has to understand that keep on opening the branch is easy, Please concentrate your branch running condition if this service will continue like this you will automatically close all the branch in one day.

                  I have booked a new microwave oven model gme 30cr1 in nandambakkam trade centre (in chennai city) on 22 oct 2016 where vasanth & co and dinathanthi had jointly conducted a big festival mela for 3 days. i have been constantly persuing with one mr. rajkumar from godrej (don't know his post, refused to reveal) whose contact number is [protected] for about 45 times and most of the time either it was busy or no reply except three or four times only answered my call and all the time he was assuring me that he would call with in two minutes after checking but none of the time he called me. this is very very sorry state of affair. another sales person was one mrs. devi, she is also from godrej & whose number is [protected] and called her about 10 times out of 10 times, she answered my call only two times & after that her number is no reply only (stopped attending my calls). this is also another bad practice of dealing customers, she only booked the order in the trade centre. till date no one is there to listen the customer grievances from godrej. i tried one mr. rajesh manager vasanth & co whose contact number is [protected], he was also available while booking the order in nandambakkam trade centre and he always says you contact porur vasanth & co branch or t-nagar branch or guindy godown etc and all these places we have no introduction at all. for your information i had paid full amount while booking the order itself and godrej company people shunting the customers post to pillars, will there be any way out or customers will have to struggle like this only. after exhausting all possibilities as a last resort only i am complaining, expecting that i would get some solution

                  yesterday (on 8-11-2016) i called to this number (1800 209 5511) they have told me to contact 044-66544444 since it is not a service matter and it is a sales matter. When i contacted this number they directed me to contact one Mr.Rajkumar 8807437312 and he told me that he is not responsible to answer customer calls and he will only answer dealer calls and told me to contact Porur Vasanth & Co branch. when i contacted Porur Vasanth & Co branch one they told me that Godrej people Mr.Rajkumar & Mrs.Devi have only booked the orders with out assessing the stock. This is the current situation/status of my order.

                    I bought a haier refridgerator (model no: 2157) on 31/oct/2016 at vasanth & co showroom located at north osman road.

                    The delivery was given on 01/nov/2016. the delivery guys told my parents that haier will send engineer for installation. however till now nobody has called up for installation.

                    Also when i tried to contact vasanth & co customer care, nobody pick the calls.
                    The store manager karthik ([protected]) gave his number during the purchase of the product. he also never pick the calls. we've tried more than 100 times, but waste of time.

                    Finally i contacted haier customer care for installation. they told that, for this product installation is not required and we can use it directly.

                    However the box is un-opened and my parents cannot install the product by their own. also i'm out of station and will be back only after a month.

                    I've never seen such worst service. vasanth & co is one of the worst service provider i've ever seen.

                    Vasanth & Co is not responding to any of their customer care numbers / Branch phone Numbers. Even the manager given number is also fake. These guys are purely fraud. Please don't buy any products from Vasanth & Co.

                    They have promised to deliver the Washing machine with free of delivery cost but it never happened, when i went directly to the outlet, i was shocked to hear that they have charged me 2000Rs in extra for transportation and delivery.
                    We have asked for one Brand stabiliser and they provided different stabiliser. And making us to roam again and again. And offered gift was not provided. Some person in the shop are cheating that gifts are not available. And some are doing Brand marketing and not allowing us to purchase the product of our choice

                      I have purchased the tv for 50, 000 on 30.10.2016 and the billing person told me that it will be delivered on next day and installation will be done within 2 days. I have not got the product so far and there is no proper response for the customer. All numbers that I try are busy and unable to even reach them. I got connected once and they promise to deliver it by next day...but no luck...completely frustrated with the SERVICE. If you don't have a stock why are you taking the Money from customer. At least you should be honest while taking Money by telling the customer the exact date of delivery instead of giving false statements

                        It is totally unethical in vasanth and co, adyar branch. chennai trade centre had a sale on oct 22nd, the sales person showed the daikin invertor split ac product and negotiated the price for invertor ac. the product was typed in bill wih different product information for the price of invertor, which i am totally unaware of the product codes.

                        The product was sent with different product the indoor unit as 3 star unit and outdoor unit as invertor unit.

                        The installation booking was done 10 days after. after repeated calls, it was assured that the installation booking was done. fed up calling 25 calls with vasanth & co branch manager (vinayagam) did not attend even a single phone call. i had called the daikin installation and booked for the installation.

                        After the installation the ac is not working. it is understood the units do not match indoor and outdoor units are totally different.

                        It is complete cheating by selling and charging for the top models and billing and sending the cheaper models. the buyers should be cautious of the model numbers. i will never buy any products from vasanth & co. especially from adyar.

                          I have bought Videocon LED TV from Vasanth & Co, T.nagar, North Usman Road on Friday[protected]. During Buying the product, Sales manager Agreed to delivered the product by next day itself(Saturday[protected], but still now I didn’t receive the item, even so many phone calls & message, there is no proper response from Dealer. Even Dealer sales manager not respecting the customer and no response from Dealer manager,
                          This leads to complaint against the sales manager of Vasanth & Co, T.nagar for not delivering the product on time as per agreement.

                          I am not satisfied and Vasanth & Co is cheating the customer for not delivering the product on time as per agreement.
                          Refer attached bill for your ready reference.

                          I request vasanth & co to take immediate action and escalate this issue on high priority

                            I have booked one Godrej M/oven solo GMX 205A2 at chennai trade centre on 23/10/2016 vide their Porur branch bill no [protected]. I was told in CTC Hall item will be delivered in three days and will get a call before delivery. But till date I have received no calls and I have been calling the the branch. When ever I call, the answer I get is Ït wil be delivered to day evening. As such many evenings has passed, I am not getting a clear answer. When I visited the branch on 28/10/2016, they told their bulk supply has gone to some other branch and my item will be available on monday, and I was asked to come on monday to collect the same. When I called them today they are saying the item has not yet reached then I am asked to wait further more. Why are they are unable to give a clear status of my order. I fear since my order for oven for basic model & less moving, I am being compelled to go for another product. Kindly interfere and give me a solution to get my product or refund at the earliest.

                            I also booked a new Godrej microwave oven model GME 30CR1 BIM in Nandambakkam trade centre (in Chennai city - bill number[protected] dtd[protected] on 22 Oct 2016 where Vasanth & Co and Dinathanthi had jointly conducted a big festival mela for 3 days. I was promised to deliver the item with in three days but days have gone but item not supplied till today i.e. even after 4th Nov 2016 after passing of nearly two weeks. I have contacted porur branch, they have informed me to contact Mr.Rajkumar of Godrej. Then I have been constantly persuing with one Mr. Rajkumar from Godrej (don't know his post, refused to reveal) whose contact number is [protected] for about 45 times and most of the time either it was busy or no reply except three or four times only answered my call and all the time he was assuring me that he would call with in two minutes after checking but none of the time he called me. This is very very sorry state of affair. Another sales person was one mrs.Devi, she is also from Godrej & whose number is [protected] and called her about 10 times out of 10 times, she answered my call only two times & after that her number is no reply only (stopped attending my calls). This is also another bad practice of dealing customers, she only booked the order in the trade centre. till date no one is there to listen the customer grievances from Godrej. I tried one Mr.Rajesh Manager Vasanth & co whose contact number is [protected], he was also available while booking the order in Nandambakkam trade centre and he always says you contact Porur Vasanth & co branch or T-Nagar branch or Guindy godown etc and all these places we have no introduction at all. Vasanth & Co and Godrej company people shunting the customers pillars to post, will there be any way out or customers will have to struggle like this only. After exhausting all possibilities as a last resort only i am complaining, expecting that i would get some solution. Kindly arrange to deliver the item as early as possible please.

                              On 22nd october i went to nadambakkam (vasanth & co/trade fare) and brought refrigerator/washing machine/stabilizer which cost nearly 30, 000/-. when i swiped the credit card i clearly checked with the billing person it's free of delivery or any cost involved; he told it's free delivery. yesterday i got a call from delivery team and demanding for rs.700/- for delivery charge after negotiation i’m agreed to pay 50%- but till now the product is not delivered to me. even i informed to same to customer care about the issue they told the concern person will give a call back but till now i have not received any call from any person. every day when i call the number they told it will be delivered today till now my product is not reached. now i’m totally disappointed whether i will receive the booked product or not? never expect such big retail company handling the customers like this. not sure this feedback will be taken into consideration or not!!

                                We have received LED KDL-50W800D Sony make TV by now and as per sony offer blue ray player also supplied along with TV.

                                We observed that that blue ray player already package opened with we received from the load auto and i have talked regarding this with T.nagar Vasanth & Co dealer but they talked with us with high pitch voice and refused it also.

                                kindly take complaint of this mail and take action as per necessary and kindly request you to please replace by new packed blue-ray player.

                                Hi Friends, I brought this 50W800D model TV in reliance digital 2 days before. I am getting electric shock in TV body and as well as TV stand. After long discussion with sony technical team, they visited my house and confirmed that this is just "induction". I strongly recommend DO NOT purchase this TV. Sony technician confirmed that all the SONY TV are designed same way. I have taken photo evidence as well. Please reach my eMail id ravi.[protected]@gmail.com if you need proof.                                   [protected] Chennai Trade Center Exhibition I booked One Kelvinator Fridge by ready cash, but till now not delivery continuesly am followup with the concern person but not taken single action more than 10years good relationship with vasanth & co but in this issues really am disappointment am not suggest to any one buy in vaasanth & co really poor service, customer care center also zero rating no proper answer they are giving the same no and same branch people number only but they are also not giving proper answer what can i do? totally am very upset with vasanth & co service level.

                                  my suggestion please dont buy any product in Vasanth & co in trade center & other branch. dont waste your money in vasanth & co people useless peoples wate of time & Money.

                                    I have ordered for a ac at chennai trade center (vasanth and co) hall, however mr prasath has confirmed delivery on the next day, it been 5 days now still i haven't received the ac - daikin ac - i have been following daily but no response. then i got mr akil number he too promise to deliver but i am not sure whether i will get or not. i paid in full but no response. i advise customer to not to buy from exhibition better go to the store and buy. vasanth and co didnt keep the promise, its not a small amount i have paid 33000. but response is very poor and give false promises. never ever i buy the product from vasanth and co better to go with flipkart or snap deal. i don't know the product quality is. some one can help in getting the product delivered. my contact number is [protected], dont know whether i will get a proper reply from the managment.

                                      I have purchased Whirlpool DC Fridge on 22nd Oct 2016 at Chennai Trade Center.

                                      The agreed and receipt amount was for Rs. 12300 for Fridge and 300 for Finance Processing Charges. So Total Rs.12600.

                                      But when i got the invoice at the time of delivery the invoice was done for Rs.13200 Plus Rs. 300 delivery charges and EMI was given for Rs.1300 * 8 months. Where as i had already paid Rs.3000.

                                      Note : The finance person has processed the amount for Rs.12300 plus finance charge of Rs. 300 and asked to pay Rs.3000 advance and balance Rs.1200 * 8 EMI.

                                      Now there is some invoice error and Rs.800 is charged altogether higher. I request the accounts manager or the concerned authority to send me the revised billing with Rs.800 credit to bajaj emi or return the cash,

                                      We are trusting such a branded company to be sincere in delivering the commitments. When the EMI is processed and receipt is issued how can there be such a wrong billing to happen and changing all the EMI, Invoice value, etc.

                                      Kindly look into this issue and refund the amount at the earliest.
