I got the kit worth 13k from vcare.. After that I haven't got receipts for my payments and no proper guidance from prescribed doctor.. Everytime I'm getting call from vcare and raise my frustration of not getting the receipts but after that no response.. Even the prescribed doctor not proper response from her... It seems vcare is fraud agency just to buy kit and get a loan for making payment 40k from consumers... Never though vcare would be such a fraud company... I'll cascade to my friends and colleagues not to go with vcare anymore

    Today I visited Vcare hair clinic in porur for consultation regarding hair fall. This is my first time visit to Vcare. Really I had strong hope over the brand that they will provide the best service. Once after I reach there, they asked me to fill my details in a sheet, then I met their so called senior consultant who is around 25years old. I don't know how she is called as a SENIOR consultant. She examined my hair and said you've DHT hormonal issue, high stress level and scalp is covered by dandruff. In which I don't accept even believe one thing, I'm not a stressed person. Then she asked me to take 2 tests which costs around 500 rupees. I've taken the test because they said, you'll recive the result in 10 mins. But after taking test they said one teast result only we received another test result will come after 10days. I really got anger and asked them, why didn't you inform this priorly. They were just looking at each other and blinking. Afyer 10 mims the so called senior consultant called me inside her room and explained about the result and asked to buy me 3 kits for Rs. 35000. I said lemme think and decide about it and asked for my test reports. She said you can collect it from the reception. Once I reach the reception, the receptionist said "manager wants to meet you, he will do some doscounts in your kit price". I reached manager's room who is a cheap characterized person who keeps on looking below my neck which I can't even tolerate, so just slammed the door and came out and I left the clinic. Such a worse day in my life, a worse creature he is.
    Note: Before the consultation itself they'll ask you to pay the consultation fee of Rs. 850.
    I demand refund of my consultation fee.
    Never visit this clinic.

      I recently consulted a doctor at Banjara Hills hyderabad branch for grey hair treatment. They kept me waiting for 2 hrs and finally got chance to talk to doctor. Doctor suggested 4 month therapy and I on the spot bought 4 kits for grey hair treatment which costed 18000 rs. It was found that the products were old stock and are about to expire in a month. Called them back to replace the products and the discussions went for multiple days and I had to make numerous calls and explain the situation from the beginning every time. Finally an agreement was made that if I return the products they would replace them. I took pain and travelled 160 km to return them and they simply said they still old stock in the warehouse. I just returned the products and asked them to ship the products to my home address in karimnagar. I had to again make numerous calls to get confirmation. Finally, they said they talked to the local branch at karimnagar and I should go there and pick the fresh products. Now when visited the branch at karimnagar, they are not aware of this process at all and I had to explain them the situation again. They made multiple calls to Hyderabad branch and kept me waiting for 2 hours.
      I just chose vcare because of their too much marketing. Their focus is only on marketing and make business but not on customer satisfaction. This is simply waste organisation and only money thirst firm. I would never recommend this to any one as they are not fit to run their operations and administration. Very disappointed and it’s shame that this company which is running for many years treating their customers like this. It’s best to shut this company so that no other customers are treated like this.

        I went for treatment and waited for almost 6 hrs and no one is wearing mask including the receptionist and treatment was waste of money, Post the treatment i just came out without informing and almost week i had acne problem and dark skin . I got a call for appointment and told them i am not gonna come because of the treatment provided was waste and paid 21 K and i am scared of safety measures in current situation that they are not even following basic rules. I told i am not gonna take appointment . She said now they are following the safety measures . They don't even have tissue . I want refund .Attached the call .

        I have visted on April 10 and told my skin is very senstive. But still they did wven consider and gave treatment and i got lot of acne and skin allergy and darkness.. I felr really disappointed . Basic covid rules were also not followed . How come a person will visit second time. If their is safety measures as well.. No proper treatmwnt and no safety measures. Total money waste ...

          This is sravan Kumar boora.I have joined vcare for dark circles treatment and skin whitening and I have not been giving appointment in timely manner for sessions.i have made to purchase the lotions and kits worth of rs.10000 which was not told at the time of joining.However I have paid but there is no use of payment and I just want my money back and I don't want any careless treatment where there is no use.i was taking treatment opposite to virinchi hospitals, banjara hills, hyderabad.i was taking treatment since last four months but no use...refund my money back and check the details in the above address hospitals...and don't tell you can t find my details...

              Hi Anitha, from Dec 2020 undergoing a skin treatment in t.nagar branch, zero results in my treatment, but till now I have spent more than 50000k no proper results form the treatment and I have spent a huge in their products also but no results, the problem I came for skin whitening and pimple care, they have suggested for dermamelan treatment and for the past 3 months useing that cream, but as of now no results in my face, and if I ask for the results to the doctor they are telling lots of reason which is not acceptable for my money which I paid for them, and they are asking us to again to spend money to get the results, the moment they collect money that's all over they are not bothering about the results, doctors and staff not giving proper response and results, I want proper response and results for my money which I paid to you.

                Hai, My name is Sri Venkatachalapathy ([protected]). I have visited V care Hari clinic (Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore) on Dec'20. Initially doctor (Raja Lakshmi) reviewed my hair and she suggested to do for Bio cell hair growth therapy (Hair growth at empty scalp) and explained about the package (Rs. 60000) and its offers. At that time I was not interested to take it. But, she insist me to take the therapy by the day itself (Telling about the offers (Rs. 48000) will end today, etc.).So I Joined the therapy and made a payment of Rs. 9600 on the same day. Balance amount (Rs. 38400) on EMI (Rs. 4800/month for next 8 months.

                During initial discussion with Doctor (Raja Lakshmi) she told this treatment will growth the hairs in empty scalp area and that's why I have joined the therapy.

                Then, I continued the first sitting in next week and during the second sitting I asked the Doctor (Raja Lakshmi) when the result will be visible for me. At that time, She was changed the entire things which she was mentioned earlier. During the second sitting She (Raja Lakshmi) tell the treatment will growth only the hair density in the hair available area. I'm totally disappointed. Again she asking me to change the treatment from Bio cell to Hair transplantation which will cost around rs. 150000. Again he insisting me to change the treatment plan. I refused to her.

                Then, I lost the confidences about the treatment and V care. Their intention is to loot the money from the people who are coming. Especially the Doctor Raja Lakshmi.

                Now, I'm not going for the therapy sitting. But, Still i'm received the calls from the V care to continue the treatment.

                Still the Monthly EMI is being deducted from my bank account. I need a refund for my payment. Since, I have completed only to two sittings and I'm not continuing the treatment. I need refund for the remaining 4 sittings which I have not attended (Rs. 38000).

                  I had very worst experience with vcare.. Spent lot of money n no result can be seen.. Very bad experience with Dr. Sundari.. She didn't even seem concerned about the hair growth after paying the money.. She focused more on buying of products and supplements which are of no use at all..                     I am getting treated in Vcare indiranagar branch. The doctor influenced us to pay the entire amount for 4 months and after making the payment, said that the kit is not available.
                    After multiple follow ups, finally after 15 days they had sent first month kit. Till now the kit for rest of the 3 months is not given. I keep following it up with them but no result. Its very frustrating that after paying entire amount i am running behind them calling them to give the kits they prescribed.
                    Not recommended and team is completely irresponsible.

                        Dear Team,

                        I am nandhini k were I was maid an inquiry on v care treatment for hair Removal on my face, and I got an appointment in jaynagar 4th block branch in bangalore.
                        I visited on the same day and I paid an amount for treatment also but on the same day and they started taking a treatment and the doctor was tried the laser treatment on my hand before trying on my face, by that time they tried on my hand there was some issue in system so it got burned on my hand so they asked me to wait for one day so that the machine will be ready and also they will be giving an follow up call on that. I waited for one week I haven't received any call from them in the meanwhile i decided not to continue taking an treatment because in ny hand the place were tried the treatment git hurted a lot so I thought if they try the same on ny face it will not be safe and I am not at all interested to continue taking an treatment so I placed a refund request by visiting v care center but no response from them and I have been waiting from 8 to 9 month to get my harden amount which I paid to them.
                        V care team please don't play with other person harden amount and please don't force the person to take a treatment of they are not interested .

                            I have taken PRP treatment in Kamanahalli Branch Bangalore based on the promises given by the clinic employees. I have more hair fall than before. The employees working here are highly irresponsible and not responding any of the queries on time. Whenever we call for an appointment there is no response at all and being informed in the last moment to visit the branch for the treatment. The treatment result is also not as promised by the clinic. I have paid more than 60k for treatment and supplement and it is a complete waste

                                  Myself Yusuf, I am getting treatment Vcare Velachery for more than 4 years. The main problem here is frequently changing doctors and managers without proper handover. Because of this many miscommunication happened in my case. I got bio-cell treatment here by paying 50000. I took 5 sittings and during last sitting I consult my doc Thamarai, she suggests me to hold this last sitting and take PRP after that take this sitting. I said I will discuss with my family and will come next week. Then I went there next week to take PRP, but that doc is resigned and they assign Doc Nithya. I explained to her what happened past treatments, she suggests me to take HT and she said you will get one free PRP for that you have to pay 85000. This discussion happened in front of Branch manager Daud. They both brain washed me and insisted to pay advance amount 2000 and i paid. And next week (2020 sep first week) doctor Saranya called me for remain 83000, and she said doc Nithya is on long leave and she only arranged the loan and finish the payment process within an hour. But HT procedure starts one and half month after. There is no issues in HT procedure and doctor name is Abirami or Abinaya, not sure the name. She is very kind. And every month I went t-nagar for monthly review. But after 3 month of HT, I called Velachery branch for PRP, they simply said in billing there is no PRP detail so we can't do PRP. I visited that branch, but branch manger also changed and doc also changed. Now again I explained everything from beginning, now the branch manager is Joshua, he said he will make it resolve and your PRP will be done within in a week and he handed over to upcoming manager Muthu as he is moving to other branch. But now it's been 2 months. I called the branch, again the manager is changed to some other guy. Now again the explanation starts from beginning. But he is telling the same billing is not done for PRP, so we can't do anything. This is not good. And they are not responding also. Whenever I called, they simply saying we will call u back in few mins or tmrw. But thet won't.

                                  This is my experience I faced, don't believe them orally, get written statement from them if they gauraneed anything. Because no one respect their commitment.

                                    I am your customers in velachery Vcare branch for hair. First I took initial treatment in your branch and it was completed in 2020 jan. You gave an offer on Feb to customer that to providing 8 instead of 6 . So again I took advanced treatment. On mar 2020 my second sitting was completed. Due to corona we came to our home town near coimbatore. Until Feb of 2021 I don't visit any of your clinic but your staff called me to continue the treatment but am not. On that time only I came to know that my offer for 8 sitting was reduced as 6. Iam shocked. From January 2021onwards I called your person in Chennai velachery branch but one respond me properly. It is not possible to go to the same branch so to continue the treatment and to solve the issue I went to Coimbatore which is near to my town on Feb 2021. But there they said solve it in the Chennai branch itself. It is so disgusting to me to check your system while register my tretement details. You never give any proof document for the sittings and payments details. Even though we trust you. But now I'm the suffered person. I was so disappointed to your response.

                                        But the dandruff and hairfall is more than before getting treatment in vCare.
                                        Its becoming worse now.
                                        I paid so much money for this treatment but in return no good resulta are seen.
