Dear Sir,

I am A Linson my vcare customer I'd : SLM20080057. I have undergone hair treatement at vcare, Salem branch. I preferred hair transplant and paid the entire amount. During the procedure date they informed us. Hair treatement is not suitable for me and prb test is sufficient for me. They converted my treatment to prb which has more than 10 sessions. Due to my personal reason, I can't take all session and I requested to refund the amount for unavailed treatement. I have sent registered notice to vcare clinic Salem . But I have not yet received any reply from vcare. I kindly request you to resolve the issue at the earliest.

I have visited v care one and a half year back but no use of getting to v care . Um loosing my hair a lot I'm still 19 only . If my problem didn't get resolved means i will take serious law actions.

I got one Derma roller ist cost on other shops 499
But I paid on v care clinic 1300 & I didn't get any type of bill for that

Iam Naveen from Coimbatore i went to vcare clinic for hair fall and told to do hair transplant and on the spot itself they told 30000 they didn't give any treatment for that 30k and then next they called me for blood test and told my money 150000 now they are saying they can't refund itseems

Each and every seating they try to pich product nor resolved my hair problem i find my hair getting worst day by day instead of growing and i find its purposefully done by v care and if i don't find any resolution then i might submit information to nch and file an complaint.

Am priya from salem. I saw vacre ad in Instagram then I called the number Dr Nithya from ambatur chennai, attended the call and she said 9 sittings for 15, 000 so I paid by emi through online. Then I was taking the treatment in salem. Only 6 sittings over but they ask me to pay again and they said in bill there is only 6 sittings. Really it's too bad. Have not informed me clearly it's not my fault. They have not taken any action they asked me to pay for upcoming sittings. I thought atleast the manager will solve the problem but no one accept my point and they are not allowed me to take the treatment in salem. Really too bad and fraud people. I want 3 more sittings as per discussion with Nithya. Orelse I will update the review daily through all social media. It's not fair Really.

because of my health issues treatment does not done I am asking for a refund from last one month the staff where negligency in making cancellation They are saying just we are working on it if I call for branch they will not respond call and complete Telangana incharge who were overtake is also not responding just I am afraid about that what the problem is going on I can’t understand Please help me

Myself Priyanka, can u pls guide us till how many sittings i should take for face..Actually last yr I have paid 60k amt for pimple and spots removal but in the 2 nd sitting itself instead of removing my spots that Doctor present in Vijayawada made my face full of scars like a burnt face...since from last year my scars has not yet been reduced and still they are not yet responding properly to my phone calls and messages..can u pls make sure that should how can these be reduced and in how many sittings ..my face is still looking like a burnt one..pls guide in this matter

I have Completed my 6 sitting bio cell hair growth treatment no results only 5% so weast my 68000 money & Time also

I was approached Vcare Visakhapatnam branch on 02.11.19 for my hair problem they suggested and told if I take Biocel and CHRK treatment I can get 100% result and taken money for that Rs.60000/-(inc.medicnes) for 6 sittings I was taken 6 sittings and taken medicine as per their suggestion I was asking about the result from my 4th sitting onwards they said it will come from from 5th sitting but no result after 6th sitting also. Then I was approached to the doctor said and accepted as no result I got with their treatment escalated the same to their Head of Dept Mr. Rahul he also accepted about their failure and agreed for refund then after no responce after calling many time in span on 3 years no responce from him and finally today he texted a message
as your refund is not approved. He is not even tell the reason in the call. Wasted my time of 3 years and Rs.60000/- hence I request through this platform and arrange my refund ASAP.

I went Vcare clinic for hair transplant treatment because of my health issues I cancelled my hair transplantation surgery They are not refunding my cancellation amount from last one month They are not even responding for my call

I went for check up, doctor was very polite I'm got better confidence to go for treatment but when they told me to got for payment explanation I went to that manager room in number 3, while starting only he was rude, talking about my hair loss, he was asking what the hell your doing till this time why you don't notice this like that he asked, but still he is talking rude and discussing about payment explanation he was not ready explain this will cost how you should take or you can leave now he said, I told I will be coming next week so that we can hold the offer but he said no why that time I need give that offers for you, we will get some others person will be there in next week will give to them why should I give to you he asked, then again I talk to doctor regarding this he will promise that we can do something regarding this will check with him like that, again I went to room number 3 for discussion again he scold that doctor Infront of me and told me to leave, these are extremely rube behaviour if your not ready give confidence to the doctor you should respond to respect still Ur hurting the people it not good, I'm fine with my doctor she extremely polite and good but that manager behaviour is not acceptable, kindly help to resolve this issue my number will be [protected] please contact once you guys taken any action on this complaint thanks

I came vcare Velachery for hair treatment HRT after that they suggested me to go for hair transplant, as per guidance of Velachery branch manager Mr.Adil I paid half the amount of Rs 60000.But due to my previous medical history vcare surgeans denied the process, branch manager reported me that your money will be refunded completely.Its been almost 3 months over there is no money refunded.If I called regarding refund details there was poor response from Velachery Vcare branch not picking call today, during the payment manager called me more than 10 times and urged me to pay money but now I can't able connect him I'm frustrated due to the vcare management.This is how you treat your çustumer..?

I have visited Vcare hair clinic on Dec 4, 2021 and they explained about the problem and suggested the treatment for about 50000 with loan. Due to unexpected and unavoidable financial condition we are not able to proceed in treatment. So therefore cannot afford this much amount and we have reported to cancel it on Dec 5, 2021. Without financial support how can we proceed and it is also unavoidable situation. Please understand the customer situation and cancel the treatment.

I have not taken a single sitting also. Kindly help to cancel and refund

I visited to vcare hair clinic at Tirunelveli on 23/07/21 and accepted to take treatment for 45000/- package, 2065/- for hair test and 1070/- for shampoo. Totally paid 48, 135/- on that same day. On 26/07/21, my father was hospitalised. During that situation i was financially unbalanced and applied for hair treatment cancellation on 26th itself. Also, I requested to the manager Mr. Sasi sir to refund the amount...
