Hi, actually I have paid amount for laser and micro needing treatment, as a complimentary branch manger offered me 3 sessions of laser for free of cost in previous year. Last Sunday I have visited Vcare branch to avail those sessions but branch manager got changed and she is telling me that is not possible at this time. We can’t provide you the sessions as complimentary... I have spoke to the staff regarding this because they know this.. but she is not at all considering them... I told her to speak with previous branch manger to confirm but she is not at all listening to me and giving me such a rude response.

I have visited clinic for skin treatment and done payment of Rs.14, 440 after the payment they haven't started the treatment till now i have visited the clinic twice they are telling unacceptable reasons like stock not available but when i booking an appointment they are saying u can come when I reach the clinic they are saying stock not available CBE rspuram branch worst clinic . I dont want to start my treatment better refund the amount

I wish to complaint about Prabas VCare hair clinic regarding refund. I paid Rs.100000(Rs.20000 as down payment and Rs.80000 under Bajaj Finserv Limited ) on January 5th 2021 for cosmetic hair replacement treatment, (ID - MDU[protected]. Later i came to know that, this treatment is not good for my health, so that i contacted to prabas VCare hair clinic madurai branch and informed that i would like to cancle the treatment, make refund and cancle the loan under Bajaj finance loan on 8th January. But still today I didn't get any proper response, kindly take immediate action and make refund very soon.

Hi Team, i have started my treatment then i get allergy, so please refund my money back.

Have made payment for PRP treatment before 15days but till today no appointment fixed. No response from the doctor, staff. Whenever contacted they seem to be on leave. Should customer wait for 1 particular person to come back from leave. What will happen if that person resigns the job? Vcare will close down the business??

I have been to vCare Koramangala center for anti-dandruff treatment...

On the 1st day of my visit, Dr.Vyas said they can give external treatment (on my own) however convinced me to take clinical treatment with them...looking at the price (Rupees 25000/-), i was preferring to take inhouse care but somewhat convinced by the explanation given by Dr.Vyas - He is good and explained things well

He said to pay 50% of the total treatment bill which is Rs.25000/- ...i declined that immediately but he then said to provide 10 maintenance session inclusive of same cost...i was convinced and taken the 1st session ...

Now, when i have been to their Koramangala center for the 2nd sitting, a guy differently abled denied my treatment without paying complete payment...i got quite disappointed, spoke to their area manager, customer cell, spoke to Mr.Sheriff (he is not picking up my number now)...told them to refund the balance payment (25000/6 sittings), having completed 1 session, and i said i dont need rest of the sessions...after explaining it clearly with my conversation with doctor, they have given 2nd sitting

This is really robbing someone's money...and collecting in advance without providing services - this is quite dangerous with their arrogant staffs in the reception area, especially that differently abled guy is not a fitment to face any customer, i am quite upset with such an expensive treatment and having low IQ staffing, charging 5 star rates but doesnt have qualified staff to attend and hear the customer voice

I am raising a dispute to return the payment, would never wanted to go for vcare anytine in future

With reference to the above subject, this is to bring to your kind notice that my son had enrolled for hair treatment and i paid 50k with out medicine cost. He completed 5 sittings. I am not happy with the result because i could not find any change in his hair.

When i went to consult the respective and find out why there is no difference am not sure about the doctor's name who came for review she was yelling on us with out giving proper answer. Am not at all happy with the services they provided also with the behaviour. Later one lady manager came and she told sorry for what has happened. However i am not able to digest the behaviour of that lady.

I sent mail twice to kukatpally vacre but no response till now. While taking treatment you people will talk very sweetly but when i get ossue no one is ready to assist me. Is the reputation vcare has

I request you to provide me the permanent solution or refund my money.

The doctor whom I met at Ambattur branch has resigned.she conveyed that till the end of treatment the products are included within
the biocell cost.now they are asking me to pay the money and to get the products.how can I trust this branch for treatment?

Last year I was treated for hair loss in Vcare clinic in B block 7th floor, 113&114 menakampla arcade, Pondybazzar, Chennai 600017. They addvised to take advance treatment. Unfortunately, we unable to visit directly because of this pandemic situation. I am living in Sri Lanka. As that clinic promises that you can receive the treatment kits within 1 week by courier, we paid treatment money 100000 and courier charge 11 thousand. It take nearly two months still we have not receive the product. No one give any proper solutions or answer. Could you please take proper action to receive the product as soon as possible. I am in a highly frustrated state.

In the very first session no doctor available to check her treatment status and they have given anti dandruff serum, anti dandruff shampoo, anti dandruff oil... She never had any dandruff for the past 1 year...

After my visit to the clinic during February 2020, doctor advised me to go for PRP treatment and subsequently I had undergone first session of PRP on 29.02.2020. My second sitting is not yet fixed despite making many attempts to contact Indiranagar branch. The treatment fees has already been paid and the service is not provided. No proper response received from Indiranagar branch more often than not. On a serious note, I'm writing you and if the issue is not resolved at the earliest, I will escalate the matter with consumer court forum. Despite being patient, it appears that you have taken me for granted.

Name of the patient: Azra nasreen and has paid 3000 rs as advance for a treatment but couldnt start the treatment as Im not satisfied with the reviews of that branch hence I have wihdrawn from starting the treatment and requested for a refund/return.But its been six months and there are o updates on that.I have asked them more no.of times and submitted a letter of refund.They are not taking any action .I need my refund right now immediatley.

No: [protected], Unique ID: VSBW20030015 and I had approached Praba’s Vcare Health Clinic Pvt LTD's in Whitefield Branch, Bangalore Office at 1st Floor, No 183, Sri Sai Harsha Towers, B Wing, Whitefield Main Rd, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066 for Skin Treatment (Yellow Peel Treatment- as per Dr. Sharanya suggestion).

I was charged a consultation fee of Rs. 650 by Dr. Sharanya who had informed me that the total cost for Yellow Peel Treatment will be about Rs. 28320 and there will be Eight sittings out of which two will be complementary. I was insisted that the payment should be made immediately as it is a package and no installment payment is permitted. Total payment I paid to Prabas Vcare is above Rs. 44000 for eight sessions which includes treatment cost and for prescribed products.

On 14th March I paid the entire amount of Rs. 28320 and after paying the amount my treatment was carried by Dr. Sharanya. In the 7th session, date: Nov 1st, 2020 due to Doctor negligence or might be some other reason the chemical peel treatment went wrong and my skin on my face was burned (Photos are attached for your reference). Doctor suggested me to use silverex ointment from medical shops and I followed it. The burned skin left heavy scars on my face.
The people in Whitefield branch are totally money oriented instead of service providing, always at every session they suggested, irritated me to take other treatments along with yellow peel treatment. Dr. Sharanya not even service oriented always claims false promises to my treatment.
I approached Vcare for the sake of my ongoing marriage proposals and because of this now am not able to show my face with scars. However I didn’t got much improvement even after completing the entire sessions that doesn’t worth my money Rs. 44000 paid.
I want Vcare to return back my Rs. 28320 & the amount spent for products and ointments, creams around Rs. 16000 Total= Rs. 44000 and my not even ready to take any further treatment with Vcare. So I want my Rs. 44000 back & also to file a consumer complaint against VCARE & their staffs.
