I was book a laser hair removal treatment they said to me there is only 6 sitting after the hair is not grown and they gave 6 years warranty for that when am go to the 6th sitting they ask me to put a maintenance pack its cost nearly 10k I told to them am not afford for this then after completing 6th sitting the hair growth is not stopped.

      I have severe hairfall problem. By seing thier advertisement i have approched them at Rajahmundry A.P. centre.
      They have suggested to me to take biocell treatment. Ithey have suggested a package of 5 sitings.
      I have completed 4 sittings till now but my hair condition is worst than before i came here. lots and lots of hairfall and scalp irritation by thier treatments. I paid so much amount for the package and for every visit i am paying for something or other but still i didnt get solution for my hair fall problem.
      Presently after thier treatment i lost so much hair i am feeling so much stress with this condition how can i go out or how can i do ms job who is responsible for my condition.
      Everytime they say aome thing or the other but they r not showing solution for my problem.

      As they say in advertizement we have solutiin for every hwir problem that's all fraud. Dont believe them. Everything is fraud.

      Now i dont now what to do i lost so much money and my hair as well.

        I started my journey with v care from October 2021 under skin care. Everytime I book my appointment a week ahead and on the appointment day or before day I will get a call request to postpone the appointment or cancel it. They state the reason as either machine unavailable or more no of client waiting. If they can't manage the clients they should not give me appointment at the first place. Here I am cancelling all other works for this appointment and these people are not at all respecting my time. Today,[protected], I am waiting for my fixed appointment. It's been 1 and half hour and no one treatment started till now. This is very bad

          I am facing refund issue. As i have raised a complaint 4 months before but till now the management has not taken any action. If asked if i could visit clinic they give me reasons that they are not available at branch.
          Below screenshot are the proof where I was right opposite to the location. And the manager Maria tells she just returned from hospital whereas she was in the location.

          I want vcare to consider my request and compensate on my issue.

          I kept visiting 3- 4 times with no answers. Kammanhalli branch Bangalore

            Loan cancellation request

            2 years back, Vcare managment approved to cancel the Loan that they made me take from Bajaj finserv.
            I have all proofs with me in my mail loop.
            General manager operation himself approved the loan cancellation process.

            Now im getting a call from Lawyer asking me to pay the loan installment, And they asking me to pay the fine percentage too...

            If loan is already cancelled, why am i getting call from...

            I visited Vcare in bangalore in first week of February and they provided me with wrong hopes and products charging me 70, 000 Rupees. I started using them from next day and it developed acne and allergies on my scalp and shoulders. I consulted dermatologist and they strongly suggested me to stop using those products. After couple of days I called the Vcare clinic many times to get the refund and return the products, they always tell that I will get a call next day as the doctor who treated me is out. It's been 3 months and they are not at least responding to my calls anymore. I request you to please look into the issue and get me the refund. 70, 000 is not a little amount

              I am consulting vcare for hair from August, 2021. Still now i spend nearly 1.2lakh rupees. But I am not getting expected result. After start taking the biocell treatment, my hair condition get worst and faced heavy hair fall. I inform them regarding this on every session. But they said it will fall and regrow again. But still now hair fall not stopped and i getting heavy dandruff. And today they said all your biocell session are completed. But so far I had 5 bio cell session. Even taking 5 main and 8 maintenance session there is no improvement. As a patient I informed them, I got new bald spots after starting treatment, but my doctor said you came to Us like this we improved your hair density. After hearing this I really got angry and I lose my confident and trust on them.

              When the treatment starts they said No need to take any additional food diet, , tablet will be enough for you. So I followed that after 4 month my doctor got changed. Later my new doctor told me to take food diet. At that time only they handed me the report for the test, which they took when I first came to this clinic. And my first doctor ask me to buy roller, but still now it haven't used in any of my main session. But they are unnecessarily asking me to buy this product which was not even used in any of my main session. I don't know what to do to regrow my hair. Now my all sessions are gone for nothing. It feel like I went to this clinic and paid my money to get bald head and heavy dandruff scalp. Really very disappointed on Vcare and their customer caring service.

                Due to his intestine problem he couldn't undergo treatment in your centre but you have deducted EMI amount thro' my SB a/c . I have already informed the treatment site (Puducherry) but this month also they are asking for money.

                I took this matter to my S/B Account bank and Bajaj Finance. They advised me they will stop EMI on your request only.

                Kindly look into this matter.

                  I am facing issue in refunding the amount. Complaint raise 4 months ago, still not taken any action. If asked they give en- number of reasons to escape. If called no answers

                    Very worst doctor service in velachery branch. Dr. ANANDHI she is very disrespectful to me for my consulting treatment. Need take action to velachery branch and to the doctor. I spend more thsn 1.8 laks for my hair transplant treatment. Pls consider the client or customer satisfaction, please prove vcare is best hair care clinic or worst hair care clinic.

                        I wanted a laser hair removal treatment i visited v care and they told that it will cost 60k and somehow i arranged the money and paid 18k but iam financially weak i don't want to move further i didn't do the emi process also i did only the down payment iam financially very weak now i can't afford that much i tried calling v care many times about the issue they are not responding please revert back to me asap iam in very much need of my money

                            I got prp treatment in vcare clinic no result and worst communication and also there motivation to sell medicine they ask 7000rs for visit every ...
                            When I visit time they made some treatment and after 2 sitting sir plz change the treatment..prp now it also no result.. for prp they won't me next sesion for one sesion 3 months gap ...

                              I have done hair transplantation last year at April 2021.. After the treatment no proper treatment is given. After completion of hair transplantation they have not informed me about the minoxidil ..We need to use minoxidil after 45 days. But till 6 months they have not informed me.. Doctor is changed and manager is changed. Everyone is changed at madurai vcare. I have spent around 2 lakhs but no results. The condition is still bad . I am planning to change the hospital due to this.

                                  I have taken my treatment from Vcare Annanagar. Since two months I have been visiting V care for hair treatment. I was assigned to Dr.Sasi Rekha and therapist Sathya. They were friendly and motivating. It takes little extra days than they committed to get the result.

Doctor recommended a PRP treatment on 12-Dec-21, and she asked for me to pay right away - I paid Rs. 36, 000/-, she said I had to take a test and come, then the treatment could begin, but I couldn't since I have diabetes and can't get PRP.

                                    The doctor did not ask about my health and did not inform me of the difficulties of PRP with diabetes. In fact, she told me to pay the amount first and then bring the report, rather than taking a report first.

                                    I requested a refund since PRP cannot be taken. Despite this, they told me that no refund is possible, which is not acceptable because the branch asked me to pay without the proper information and medical report. They inform me that they will call us or the Chennai team will call, but I do not get any response and there is no update. I have gone twice to the branch and called every week for a response, but still nothing. I am disappointed in the attitude toward the client. I urge you to check and reach out to me and refund the amount at the earliest possible opportunity.
