Flight Cancellation and refund

I have booked a ticket from IXJ to CCJ (Connecting flights) yesterday I received a message of flight rescheduling. Now I want to cancel my ticket but I am not receiving the OTP for proceeding with cancellation. This is very annoying.

ticket cancelled due to covid but refund not received

I booked return tickets from pune to Amritsar with one stop at Delhi from via.com with Booking reference number FMNLA3BFR83ZN and airlines PNR IG11V. My tickets were cancelled by airlines(indigo) due to covid19 lockdown and they gave me a credit shell for the full amount of my booking (₹10, 390). However while booking the tickets next time in sep 2020 airline(indigo) refused to use the cover amount stating i will have to check with via.com...

I had booked my spicejet flight on 18 march but due to corona virus flight had canceled and they give credit shell but yesterday when i talk to spicejet customer care for booking of flight they said that they had send whole credit shell money but there is no any money refunded in my account.I had book with credit card and we had payment of my credit card.

Money not refunded by via flights

I have booked a flight ticket from Delhi to Varanasi, 1 December 2020 of Indigo JP55JX, , later on cancelled by me but as confirmed by Indigo Flight that all the refund money has been initiated but the matter it’s being not received by us yet. And Also your customer care service, are very bad despite tooo many calls, no support.
Please consider my issue as soon as possible otherwise I need to take a another mode of serious action...

There is not option to use credit shells.
Airlines as well as SC states that agents should return or hold transferable credit shells.

I am not able to use credit shell for my flight booking.
