I had booked an IndiGo air ticket using Via, the travel date fell during the national lockdown because of COVID situation.

I have got the confirmation from Indigo that the travel fare for travel from Port Blair to Chennai with PNR CFD7QF has been refunded by IndiGo to Via in the month of July but I have not heard back anything from Via so far on the refund status.

I booked a flight ticket for round trip of chennai to bangalore and bangalore to chennai on 13/03/2020 through via.com. Flights are cancelled due to corona spread, i contacted indigo air air line customer care, they replied full refund is issued to via.com, but the via.com keeping my money without any reason and not attending any phone calls or not responding to any emails, the airline refunded full amount without any deduction please refund my money as per your ticket amount of rs 4593.

I booked a ticket on Dt. 30/08/2020. But till now did not receive the PNR for the booking reference No. FMNAA3D4JOJUI. now I am in distress whether my booking amount will be returned or the booking will be done successfully. I am concerned about my planed travel now. Since last 3 days I called customer care numbers uncounted number of times, written to their mail numerous times but to no avail. I sumit mazumdar had purchased a two way indigo airlines flight ticket on 21-Jan-2020, at 07:59:49 from Ebix Travels Pvt Ltd, Delhi Agent Account : A2999(sastiticket.com) of via.com of Rs 34, 992 INR ( Thirty Four Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Two Only), my travel date was 25/05/2020 but due to covid 19 lockdown my ticket is cancelled by indigo airlines and they have refunded the full amount to this travel agent on 29/07/20 at 13:45 (transaction no[protected]but now the travel agent is not entertaining my calls and emails and i am deprived of my refund.
Please see to this matter and help me get my refund as soon as possible.

The consumer forum did their part of contacting them but failed as they were unresponsive but i found a way to contact the customer care and surprisingly they were very supportive and refunded the full money within 7 days. I was trying to book tickets from bangalore to madurai in the intervening night of 04-05 aug '20. Post entering the payment details and the otp, i received a message saying the sever is not responding and the page didn't loaded. I haven't received any sms or email regarding confirmation of ticket booking.

But today i had noticed the amount is charged in my credit card.

No reply when i sent mail and not able to contact customer care.
