Indigo travel fare refund

I had booked an IndiGo air ticket using Via, the travel date fell during the national lockdown because of COVID situation.

I have got the confirmation from Indigo that the travel fare for travel from Port Blair to Chennai with PNR CFD7QF has been refunded by IndiGo to Via in the month of July but I have not heard back anything from Via so far on the refund status.

via.com not refunded for cancelled flights but the airlines refunded fully to via.com

I booked a flight ticket for round trip of chennai to bangalore and bangalore to chennai on 13/03/2020 through via.com. Flights are cancelled due to corona spread, i contacted indigo air air line customer care, they replied full refund is issued to via.com, but the via.com keeping my money without any reason and not attending any phone calls or not responding to any emails, the airline refunded full amount without any deduction please refund...

I booked a ticket on Dt. 30/08/2020. But till now did not receive the PNR for the booking reference No. FMNAA3D4JOJUI. now I am in distress whether my booking amount will be returned or the booking will be done successfully. Ticket not booked but payment credited

I was trying to book tickets from bangalore to madurai in the intervening night of 04-05 aug '20. Post entering the payment details and the otp, i received a message saying the sever is not responding and the page didn't loaded. I haven't received any sms or email regarding confirmation of ticket booking.

But today i had noticed the amount is charged in my credit card.
