I booked Airlindia flight on march 12th Nov 2020 from Mumbai to Varanasi. But due to personal reasons i cancelled the flight tickets 5 days before in via.com website.

I'm contacting them in every way possible, be it messaging or calling customer care services or email, but there is no response.

I need refund for the same. Please send my refund as soon as possible.

      Hi
      We are trying to book tickets with our credit shell amount which is with via.com.
      But we are not able to do so.. Pathetic service by flight Raja and via as we have called there customer care end no of times.. Kindly suggest what needs to be done.. Also, we are looking forward to file a police complaint against via if we don't get a solution early.

        We have booked our round trip ticket from Chennai to Delhi on Jan 20 and the amount has been kept in credit shell for future booking which is applicable for a year due to nation wide lockdown.

        Now we have to book the tickets from Chennai to Delhi on 25th however there is no option in via.com app showing to enter the PNR/booking reference number to book the tickets to redeem the credit shell.

        We also tried contacting the customer care multiple times, however it was not reachable
        Several emails has been sent to [protected]@via.com however no response received yet.

        Almost 30K amount is stucked and none of them were ready to give the customer resolution, cheaters @Via.com

        As the credit shell amount is utilized for the booking hence no refund for the same.
        Uptill now, Via.com was our trusted Travel partner. But not any more. In Spicejet booking site, credit shell is visible. BUT their message says that we should book from the same travel partner. So I did that. BUT, On booking through Via.com booking site, there is NO OPTION to pay using the credit shell !!!

        All mails to them are un-responded till date. Many phone calls have been made, but NO Response received even after long waiting periods.

        I hope for a quick resolution before airfares go up.

          ID2YKT pnr number..the flight was canceled and amount supposed to go in credit sell.and now I have to book a flight..but I’m not able to use the credit sell?from last 3month I’m trying to speak to via.com customer service but you guys are not answering phone calls..very pathetic service from via.com The amount is 6200 please help

            It's been more than 3 months that Airlines has cancelled the flights and more than 2 month's that Airline confirmed the refund processing to travel agent via.com
            I have not rec'd any refund from them. I tried sending emails n msg through app multiple times no response from via.com
            The amount involved in approx SGD 1000

              I booked a flight for Kolkata from Bangalore on 19th April and my PNR No. Is XCS5TR but it got canceled due to Covid regulations, it's been 8 months now and I haven't received the credit shell yet though as per the airlines they have refunded the amount, Via.com customer care service doesn't reply to phone calls or emails at all. I want my credit shell back, please help.

                I, Ramakant Rath, email address- [protected]@gmail.com, PNR - PL2UNG, date of journey 07 May 20, ticket amount - 4970/-, the flight which was cancelled earlier due to COVID-19 pandemic and at this belated stage I am unable to contact with the third party agent via.com through which booking was done. There is neither any contact nor any details is getting access to me. I want to refund my ticket amount at the earliest. Please look into the matter and process refund as soon as possible.                     My booking is canceled by Vistara Airline.
                    Reference no- FMNAA3D7GCE9O.
                    My booking was 16th September from Ranchi ...Delhi...Pune (2 flight) but flight timings was changed and both flight time are same, So Vistara Airline Resedule my same flight on 19th September.
                    Again 19th September flight timings are changed and No any flights for Resedule till September, So Vistara doing canceled my flight with full refund amount, but Via.Com no any refund my account.
                    Now 55 days gone Not any single rupees refund from VIA.COM end, I sanding some mails, but Only one time reply, queue of cancellation please take some time, I doesn’t understand which type of queue which is not end after 55 days.
                    Please resolve my problem on urgent basis

                        My family booked 5 flight tickets to travel from Mumbai to Trivandrum. It was booked for a wedding occasion in Mumbai. But due to corona, all the flights were suspended as per government rules and the flight charges were supposed to be refunded.
                        We booked flights for AIR INDIA through VIA.COM.
                        I have sent many emails requesting a refund for all my tickets as these flights were suspended as well as the marriage is called off all due to CORONA.
                        Till today I haven't received any response from VIA.COM.Air India wants VIA.COM to request a refund but there is zero response to our calls and messages or emails.
                        These kinds of sites are such a loot.
                        I request this forum to take action against VIA.COM and help us get our refund amount.

                          I have booked a ticket to travel on 6th April 2020, from Chennai to New Delhi in Spicejet airlines through via.com. Due to COVID-19 lockdown, my flight ticket was cancelled, but still I couldn't able to get back the refund. I contacted the airlines and they replied me to contact via.com. I tried to contact via.com by sending e-mails and making calls. But no response from their side. Kindly get back my refund.

                              I had booked flight ticket for Mrs Pushpa Loganathan thru via.com for journey on 26.04.2020 thru Spicejet flight SG-345 PNR No: P66M4Y . Due to Covid Lockdown the flight was cancelled.And travel could not be completed.

                              Previously I tried to book fresh ticket thru Via.com and there is no option for utilizing credit shell amount while booking new ticket for same passenger. And i tried calling via.com number of times and couldn't reach you.

Refund amount has not been received yet after passes of more then 2 months. Neither inormation nor any intimation has been received from via.com regarding refund.                                       I had booked Air India flight for May 25 through via.com
                                      PNR no. HE4KZ
                                      The flight got cancelled. When contacted with the airlines, they were ready to give full refund. Since then we have been trying to contact via.com through mail and phone but not getting any response. It has been 5 months now. Kindly solve this issue

I booked flight from Mumbai to Kannur for 3 passengers through you & canceled through Go Air. Go air already processed the complete refund on 10th and the same email was sent to [protected]@via.com but did not get any response. On 18th I followed up but no response.
