I booked Airlindia flight on march 12th Nov 2020 from Mumbai to Varanasi. But due to personal reasons i cancelled the flight tickets 5 days before in via.com website.

I'm contacting them in every way possible, be it messaging or calling customer care services or email, but there is no response.

I need refund for the same. Please send my refund as soon as possible....

Credit shell

Hi
We are trying to book tickets with our credit shell amount which is with via.com.
But we are not able to do so.. Pathetic service by flight Raja and via as we have called there customer care end no of times.. Kindly suggest what needs to be done.. Also, we are looking forward to file a police complaint against via if we don't get a solution early....

We have booked our round trip ticket from Chennai to Delhi on Jan 20 and the amount has been kept in credit shell for future booking which is applicable for a year due to nation wide lockdown.

Now we have to book the tickets from Chennai to Delhi on 25th however there is no option in via.com app showing to enter the PNR/booking reference number to book the tickets to redeem the credit shell.

Haven't received the credit shell though it has refunded by the Airline

I booked a flight for Kolkata from Bangalore on 19th April and my PNR No. Is XCS5TR but it got canceled due to Covid regulations, it's been 8 months now and I haven't received the credit shell yet though as per the airlines they have refunded the amount, Via.com customer care service doesn't reply to phone calls or emails at all. I want my credit shell back, please help....

Again 19th September flight timings are changed and No any flights for Resedule till September, So Vistara doing canceled my flight with full refund amount,...

My family booked 5 flight tickets to travel from Mumbai to Trivandrum. It was booked for a wedding occasion in Mumbai. But due to corona, all the flights were suspended as per government rules and the flight charges were supposed to be refunded.
We booked flights for AIR INDIA through VIA.COM.
I have sent many emails requesting a refund for all my tickets as these flights were suspended as well as the marriage is called off...

Refund from via.com

I have booked a ticket to travel on 6th April 2020, from Chennai to New Delhi in Spicejet airlines through via.com. Due to COVID-19 lockdown, my flight ticket was cancelled, but still I couldn't able to get back the refund. I contacted the airlines and they replied me to contact via.com. I tried to contact via.com by sending e-mails and making calls. But no response from their side. Kindly get back my refund.

The flight got cancelled. When contacted with the airlines, they were ready to give full refund. Since then we have been trying to contact via.com through mail and phone but not getting any response. It has been 5 months now. Kindly solve this issue...

@viadotcom emails I send to [protected]@via.com is not response since 10th Oct 2020. I booked flight from Mumbai to Kannur for 3 passengers through you & canceled through Go Air. Go air already processed the complete refund on 10th and the same email was sent to [protected]@via.com but did not get any response. On 18th I followed up but no response. Your customer care number[protected] is not answered even after waiting hrs...
