I, Ramakant Rath, email address- [protected]@gmail.com, PNR - PL2UNG, date of journey 07 May 20, ticket amount - 4970/-, the flight which was cancelled earlier due to COVID-19 pandemic and at this belated stage I am unable to contact with the third party agent via.com through which booking was done. There is neither any contact nor any details is getting access to me. I want to refund my ticket amount at the earliest. Please look into the matter and process refund as soon as possible. Via.com / Flightraja Travels customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
All mails to them are un-responded till date. Many phone calls have been made, but NO Response received even after long waiting periods.
