My flight ticket was refunded from indigo . But i did not get the money back from via.com.
I want the money fully refunded as fast as possible.

I got the mail from the SpiceJet team that my refund is initiated.
I am trying to connect customer care via.com for a refund of my refunded money in my bank account but they did not respond.

I had a booked flight (Spicejet airways) ticket from goa to kolkata booked at 18 march 2020 through flightraja travels and their pnr no bduf8n. The above flieght had been cancelled due to national lockdown. The same amount has refund in your account on 08 aug 2020. I reques you return my amount.

I have been trying to reach via.com since the past month to process the refund for my lflight booked through via. I have been trying to call them every day for almost an hour but there is no response. I have been dropping them an email every day. There is no response. Where is my hard earned money?
I have already contacted indigo and they have refunded the amount on 16th august. I have not received any such communication from via.
If i try to cancel my tickets on the via website, i am being blocked from proceeding there also
I have to reuse my credit shell to book other flights, but am unable to do so.

We cancel the flight air domestic ticket (Airline pnr - vkvi9g). But we have not receive the refund for the same so request you to please send the same asap.

From indian army. I book the ticket on march 08/2020. Nagpur to guwahati avition ministery already order those are book the ticket from march /2020 to 25 march/2020. Full amount return to customers. Because there is no any flight c/o covid 19.
I sent email to indigo airlines and indigo agree with return all money. And indigo releaseon 29 th may 2020 1st due 1024 irs to through the via.com to my account. But via.com hold my money.2nd due 3000 irs also send to through via.com. That also stop it. I try to call but no answer so many email i sent no replay. I am pensinor from indian army, i don't have any extra incom.
So i humbly and kindly requesting you please cosider my problem and take a necessery action

I booked ticket through via.com, date of travel 22.04.2020 but due to covid -19, it was cancelled by the indigo stating booking amount has been saved in the form of credit shell and the same can be uitlized through the same travel agency. Bu while booking in via.com i found no credit shell option. I have made several email to via.com but no proper response has been received.

Hence, i thought better to cancel the same through via.com so that the same can be credited to my account in the form of refund but whenever i checking the status, it is showing request qued.

I booked an indigo round trip flight for 4th april 2020 on 3rd feb 2020 through via.com. Due to covid-19 lockdown, the flight got cancelled. I checked with the airline and the booking was cancelled (Cancelled on 01 apr 2020 03:49) from their end. But as the cancellation is still in progress from the agency's end (Via.com), i was unable to use the credit shell amount (Inr 9476) for my recent travel. I tried calling their customer support many times but there was no response. I even visited the head office in bangalore but returned disappointed. The office address mentioned in the complaint is closed from march 2020 as per my knowledge. I have attached the details i have. Kindly provide the needful help.

This mail is regards to the refund of bus ticket cancellation no - 175075, we booked ticket from kanpur to jhansi from agent (Girish kesarvani) he reserved our tickets from via.com online ticket booking company... We went on boarding point before one hour early... There then officials o[censored]psrtc or bus stand officials said that the online booking bus has been cancelled then to confirm we called this no [protected]-no o[censored]psrtc they too said that online booking bus has been cancelled and refund will provided directly to your within 24 hrs our within 7 days now it's been a month there's no such proceedings and now they are saying bus was not cancelled so there will no refund..., the passengers named vaibhav ghatol and bhimrao ghatol who approached the pick up point at the bus arrival time was informed by the local bus conductor that the bus has been cancelled, below you can find the attachment of the ticket. If the bus was not cancelled, send us the proof, first of all the bus was not on time and secondly by the officials only this was informed that the bus was cancelled, if the bus was running late it should be informed to the passengers through mail or mobile no as the details are provided by the ticket booking 900 is not at all a small amount they are fooling the customer by literally saying that there was a no show by the passengers, so actually they are doing a fraud with the customers, as the bus was cancelled please provide the refund asap, this mail is has been sent to consumer court too, if you dont look into this matter we have to approach the consumer court

I have booked the indigo flight ticket (Hyderabad to ahmadabad) using the website via.com on 16-march-2020 for travel date 21-may-2020. Due to covid lock down there was no flight service and as per the latest government guidelines, the expectation is to have the refund initiated by via.com. However i haven't received any refund and also there is no response to my email explaining the same. Also, i am not able to reach via.com customer support number as it is always in waiting mode for 30-40 minutes.
I reached indigo and they informed me that the refund was already processed from there end to via.com / flightraja travels.

As i am not able to see way forward, seeking your help in this regard.

If i could go back in time, i'd have never booked tickets through via.com. It is the most pathetic travel service provider. They are nothing more than a selfish organization who finds every possible way to exploit us.

I booked tickets to srilanka on january. Unfortunately, the flights were cancelled by the airlines themselves and the complete amount was refunded to via.com as per the government order. But these “people” decided to appropriate that amount stating that the amount will be credited to our credit shell and can be used as flyer miles my march, 2021.

Who on earth is going to travel during a pandemic!? These cheap business tactics by exploiting the innocents is the major company strategy. I've lost close to 34k through this booking.

I will never ever book through again and not recommend this to any of my friends either.

My friend who booked with me through easemytrip.com got a full refund. And now i'm the loser here.

I had booked my air ticket through via.com with pnr no:- yq9qc and pnr no :- zu7wvc for dated 25 mar 2020 and 28 mar 2020 from delhi to goa and back. The booking id which was given by via.com was fmnla3602scc9. As the flights were cancelled due to covid-19 i could not travel on that dates. On enquiry from concerned flights (I. E go air and air asia) the refund money has already been refunded to via.com. Its been more then one month since i am trying to contact them through customer care and written mail i am not getting any reply from their side. As i have not got the refund from you, again requesting you inform me the status and refund my money in my account as soon as possible.
