My flight ticket was refunded from indigo . But i did not get the money back from via.com.

I got the mail from the SpiceJet team that my refund is initiated.
I am trying to connect customer care via.com for a refund of my refunded money in my bank account but they did not respond....

I have been trying to reach via.com since the past month to process the refund for my lflight booked through via. I have been trying to call them every day for almost an hour but there is no response. I have been dropping them an email every day. There is no response. Where is my hard earned money?
I have already contacted indigo and they have refunded the amount on 16th august. I have not received any such communication from via....

I booked ticket through via.com, date of travel 22.04.2020 but due to covid -19, it was cancelled by the indigo stating booking amount has been saved in the form of credit shell and the same can be uitlized through the same travel agency. Bu while booking in via.com i found no credit shell option. I have made several email to via.com but no proper response has been received.

Hence, i thought better to cancel the same through...

I booked an indigo round trip flight for 4th april 2020 on 3rd feb 2020 through via.com. Due to covid-19 lockdown, the flight got cancelled. I checked with the airline and the booking was cancelled (Cancelled on 01 apr 2020 03:49) from their end. But as the cancellation is still in progress from the agency's end (Via.com), i was unable to use the credit shell amount (Inr 9476) for my recent travel. I tried calling their customer support many...

indigo flight cancelled ticket (due to covid) refund to initiated by via.com/flightraja travels

Booked ticket from via.com for 21 may 2020 from pune to lucknow.
The ticket got canceled and the amount refunded to via.com from indigo but via.com didn't refund any amount to my via.com account or the original payment method.

No refund

If i could go back in time, i'd have never booked tickets through via.com. It is the most pathetic travel service provider. They are nothing more than a selfish organization who finds every possible way to exploit us.

I booked tickets to srilanka on january. Unfortunately, the flights were cancelled by the airlines themselves and the complete amount was refunded to via.com as per the government order. But these “people”...
