I booked round trip Indigo Flight Ticket on 24/09/2020 through via.com's website.Detailed appended below:
1)Booking Confirmation No: FMNAF36H85PSZ
2) PNR : JI9MUJ.
3)Outward journey from CCU to BKK by Indigo Flight 6E-93 Date 04/02/2020 & Return journey by Indigo Flight 6E-94 date 09/02/2020.
Later on I had modified Journey date through website of airlines.
Both the flights have been cancelled due to COVID19 travel restriction and consequently I cancelled the tickets on02/10/2020 from website of Indigo Airlines and opted for refund of tkt value.
I have been communicated from Indigo airlines that Rs78885/= will be refunded after deduction of cancellation charges.
I Have received from Airlines at my credit Rs 16430/= As stated by Customer Care of said airlines the rest amount i.e. Rs 62455/= will be credited Travel Agent's A/C. They will credit to Customer's A/C within seven days which has not yet been received by me till date.
The Rs 62455/=is due from via.com.
Requested to please expedite the refund and oblige.
Till date no communication is received from Travel Agent's end. I could not reach the Customer care Nos or any Contact No of via.com. I have sent two e mails to "[protected]@via.com" and "[protected]@via.com" on 15/102020 and 21/10/2020 respectively but I have received no response from the via.com

Due to lockdown my flight reservation got cancelled on 29th May 2020 from HYD to STV. And trying to refund my ticket fare PNR CE2PHA.

I had booked a ticket from Delhi to Mumbai departing on 31st May 2020 – on Indigo flight 6E 223 (A321) vide Airline PNR Number - GGC4HS, Vide VIA.COM TRAVEL SITE VIDE THEIR: -

But the flight did not take off due to lockdown and the Indigo Airline had cancelled the said itinerary and had created a credit shell in my favour for INR 2100/-. BUT as I have booked the said ticket at VIA SITE I couldn’t reschedule my ticket at the Indigo site and therefore informed the VIA Travel Site at their official Email ID – [protected]@via.com to reschedule my flight for the New Date -

DATE : 20th Oct. 2020 By INDIGO FLIGHT : 6E 6215 (DEL TO MUMBAI Non-stop 12:55 - 15:00 ) FARE : AT INDIGO SIGHT on those dates reflected : ₹3, 956 And I undertaked to pay difference in charges if any.

But the VIA.Com Authorities did not reschedule and or issued me a new ticket deliberately, willfully and intentionally for the reasons best known to them inspite of me sending them 2 Emails at their official Email ID on 15th Oct. & 16th Oct. 2020 informing them to reschedule my flight at the earliest. In this regard they were further informed by me on 16th Oct. 2020 at the Contact Tab at the VIA APP and further on the same day even informed their customer executive too, but they negligently failed to reschedule my flight and I was constrained to purchase a new ticket directly with the INDIGO for 23rd Oct. 2020 and had to pay Rs. 4506/- inspite of having a credit shell for Rs. 2100/- with the Indigo airlines which I could have availed off and the said amount could have been deducted from the amount of Rs. 4506/- and thus I have been deliberately cheated by the VIA.COM people by not booking my ticket inspite of repeated reminders and Emails to which they even failed to respond and or reply even.

Its thus submitted that either the VIA.Com should refund my amount of Rs. 2100/- which is lying as credit shell in my favour with the INDIGO for the loss caused to me by not availing my credit shell of Rs. 2100/- or in the Alternative they should issue me a new ticket for other date of any of the Indigo flight that I might choose at my convenience so that the said credit shell of Rs. 2100/- can be availed by me

Failing which I will be constrained to take appropriate legal action against them for the loss caused along with damages

Due flight cancelled we unable to travel in the month of March 2020.

I raised my compliant to the airline, but the airline inform that they transferred the amount to the via.com agents.

But the via.com is not responding regarding the issue and they careless the customers. Even not lifting the phone calls and responding email.

Kindly check into the issue.

Hi, my flight from Kolkata to Chennai on Oct 6th through Air India was cancelled by the airline. I seeked for refund from Airline, they said they sent it to Via.com but so far no updates from Via.com and there is no possibility to track the refund either through App or site and no proper customer care service.

Plz refund Rs 64558/- against PNR No BL37TD as indigo air has already refunded the money in your account, now you are required to transfer the money into my credit card **** **** **** 2267 which I had used at the time of this booking in the month of March through your agency. Since you have already got your booking charges so you have no Wright to retain my hard earned money with you for such a long period as indigo has made refund on 4/9/20.

I was booked an Air India Ticket from Aizawl to Kolkata for a journey to travel on 19 Apr 2020 through Via.com vide PNR No J1FCQ. But due to imposing lockdown in all over India, all flights were cancelled. Now I intend to refund the money of ticket booked for 19 Apr 2020 Rs 2138/-.

I have booked a flight ticket from Hyd to RJA on March 24 2020 for travel on April 24 2020.
The flight got cancelled by the airline (indigo) due to non operational reasons in between of Covid-19 Pandemic.
Contacted Indigo for refund and they updated refund has been processed to Via.com and asked me to claim from them.
I tried contacting Via.com for this refund but they are not responding to any of my calls and mails.
Please do help me with this

My flight from Chennai to New Delhi and back on Indigo had been booked by via.com [Booking reference: FMNAA3BKQ60GY, PNR: WH8YSF) prior to lockdown. Dates of travel were in May and June of 2020.

Indigo on their part handled the cancelled flights by means of a credit shell - which has been withheld by Via.com.

For about a month now, I can neither get through to their customer support[protected] nor are my emails acknowledged ([protected]@via.com)

I am a senior citizen and find their behavior fraudulent and harassing. I want my credit shell duly returned back to me.

I booked my flight through via.com on. 05-Mar-2020 for a flight on 19th April 2020 my flight got cancelled due to covid situation.I thought all my money (amount 7, 228.00 INR) is safe in credit shell of respective airline(Indigo).But I got to know that indigo refund money to via.com and I didn't have any information on that.

Now I am not able to contact via, All the number available on web not reachable and I need to reschedule my trip.

Please refund my money asap I am facing a lot of issue for this.

Need to get refund for the flight cancellation

Hi,
I have booked a flight with in.via.com from hyderabad to Canada on 24th of march to travel in April. Due to covid the flights have been cancelled.

Since then I have been following up with via.com many times. Its been 7 months now but no proper response from them. They initially said to follow up with air india. I followed up with air india and they said tickets booked through agent will be refunded by agent only. When i have communicated back the same to via, these people agreed to refund as per the airlines guidelines. But such a pathetic customer service from via that even after mutliple reminder to them to their email address [protected]@via.com there is no response about refund from them. My 80000 rs is with them and I am waiting for it from 7 months. In the last 4 months I have sent multiple reminders to these guys. No one cares to respond. They raise a new ticket id everytime which is of no use. I am in canada now and I please request the concerned department to look into this issue as soon as possible as i am very much concerned about my money.

I booked two inidgo flights from via.com
for 28march 2020 and 5 th april 2020.
As lockdown was imposed all the flights were cancelled.
As a consequences, indigo converted the flight fare to credit shell which can be used before 1 year of booked ticket. (match 2021).

I have to go home so I tried booking my flights through indigo using credit shell.
But it shows agent member id (via.com)should be same as previous booking and after sending a mail to indigo they asked to check with the travel agency.
I called the customer care number of via.com but ut is invalid.
I sent many mails but no response to any of them.I tweeted multiple times, even under their post, but no reply.
My 5000 rupees are stuck there.
Lot's of people have same problem with via that they do not respond and refund.
Please help.

I am trying to contact them they are not even picking up call not even replying mails.

This is with regards to the flight ticket I have booked for my sister through Via.com on 2nd Sep 2020 for the travel data as 14th Sep 2020, Travel from Bangalore to Aizawl travel.
When I booked the ticket, it is showing Pending for confirmation and it was not confirmed till the travel date. So I tried reaching out the customer care asking them to refund the amount which was deducted but all the contacts I could find from their website, internet does not go through at it stopped in the IVR stage ( contact no[protected],[protected] . I visited office which is in MG road as well but it is closed and cannot talk to anyone.
I tried the option of emailing them via the contact email mentioned in their portal (email id [protected]@via.com) but no-one responded till complaint is written.
Its been a month after I booked the ticket and the travel date is also long gone, they should cancel the ticket and refund he amount, but it is still in pending status. Request you to please help us to get the amount refund.

The bus from bangalore to chennai was cancelled without any intimation both from via.com and Geepee travels and I had to suffer great hardships returning back home. Still there is no sorry message or refund initiated by via.com. Worst travel experience ever.

I had done my booking thru Via.Com on 24th Feb 2020 for traveling in June. Our return flight thru AirAsia was on 30th June from Guwahati to Delhi.
However, AirAsia cancelled this flight.

Airasia provided a full refund to Via.com of 11058/- on 18th September 2020 but I am yet to receive the credit.

Pls arrange to refund the value of 11058/- at the earliest.
