1)Booking Confirmation No: FMNAF36H85PSZ
2) PNR : JI9MUJ.
3)Outward journey from CCU to BKK by Indigo Flight 6E-93 Date 04/02/2020 & Return journey by Indigo Flight 6E-94 date 09/02/2020.
Later on I had modified Journey date through website of airlines.
Both the flights have been cancelled...

I had booked tickets by Via. Com

Due flight cancelled we unable to travel in the month of March 2020.

I raised my compliant to the airline, but the airline inform that they transferred the amount to the via.com agents.

But the via.com is not responding regarding the issue and they careless...

Flight Cancelled by Airline - Refund Issue

Hi, my flight from Kolkata to Chennai on Oct 6th through Air India was cancelled by the airline. I seeked for refund from Airline, they said they sent it to Via.com but so far no updates from Via.com and there is no possibility to track the refund either through App or site and no proper customer care service....

I was booked an Air India Ticket from Aizawl to Kolkata for a journey to travel on 19 Apr 2020 through Via.com vide PNR No J1FCQ. But due to imposing lockdown in all over India, all flights were cancelled. Now I intend to refund the money of ticket booked for 19 Apr 2020 Rs 2138/-....

I have booked a flight ticket from Hyd to RJA on March 24 2020 for travel on April 24 2020.
The flight got cancelled by the airline (indigo) due to non operational reasons in between of Covid-19 Pandemic.
Contacted Indigo for refund and they updated refund has been processed to Via.com and asked me to claim from them.
I tried contacting Via.com for this refund but they are not responding to any of my calls and mails.br...

I booked my flight through via.com on. 05-Mar-2020 for a flight on 19th April 2020 my flight got cancelled due to covid situation.I thought all my money (amount 7, 228.00 INR) is safe in credit shell of respective airline(Indigo).But I got to know that indigo refund money to via.com and I didn't have any information on that.

Now I am not able to contact via, All the number available...

Since then I have been following up with via.com many times. Its been 7 months now but no proper response from them. They initially said to follow up with air india. I followed up with air india and they said tickets booked through agent will be refunded by agent only....

Not responding to credit shell related query.

I booked two inidgo flights from via.com
for 28march 2020 and 5 th april 2020.
As lockdown was imposed all the flights were cancelled.
As a consequences, indigo converted the flight fare to credit shell which can be used before 1 year of booked ticket. (match 2021).

I have to go home so I tried booking my flights through indigo using credit shell.
But it shows agent member id (via.com)should be...

This is with regards to the flight ticket I have booked for my sister through Via.com on 2nd Sep 2020 for the travel data as 14th Sep 2020, Travel from Bangalore to Aizawl travel.
When I booked the ticket, it is showing Pending for confirmation and it was not confirmed till the travel date. So I tried reaching out the customer care asking them to refund the amount which was deducted but all the contacts I could find...

The bus from bangalore to chennai was cancelled without any intimation both from via.com and Geepee travels and I had to suffer great hardships returning back home. Still there is no sorry message or refund initiated by via.com. Worst travel experience ever....

Refund of cancelled flight awaited

I had done my booking thru Via.Com on 24th Feb 2020 for traveling in June. Our return flight thru AirAsia was on 30th June from Guwahati to Delhi.
However, AirAsia cancelled this flight.

Airasia provided a full refund to Via.com of 11058/- on 18th September 2020 but I am yet to receive the credit.

Pls arrange to refund the value of 11058/- at the earliest.
