[Resolved] Videocon D2H — adding channels without informing me | |||||
My videocon d2h id is[protected]. During lockdown, while recharging my account it came to my notice that channel no. 214 ie. Rangmanch active has been added to my account. I have never watched this channel ever before. I am unable to delete this channel. I have been frantically trying to connect to helpline no. S for past 7 days (Call time exceeds 40 min. Without response). I want refund for this unsolicited attitude from videocon. Was this information helpful? | |||||
