Unregister my Id & don't call or sms to my number. I told to customer care number to unregister my ID even though calls & sms were not stopped it ll become harashment for me. Company has made unwanted calls everyday It disturb me a lot

    The company sometimes adds value added services and some channels like songdew without prior notification or consent, and then charge use for the same even though it is done without any permission or consent. If you wish to remove these services you need to wait for a month as they put your services on lockdown for a month. These lead to unfair deductions in my validity period, the latest leading to a deduction of 5 days. The customer care services are worthless, and show no willingness to help the consumer. They don't even remove the channel when asked to do so. I would like to lodge a complaint against the company for mistreatment and fraud. I possess audio recordings of my conversations with their representatives and will bring them to court if i need to.

      On 16/04/2020 i tried to make my dth recharge online through sbi net banking and the amount of Rs 250/- was debited from my account after providing the reference number but the recharge was not made. kindly revert back the paid amount directly in my account.

          Respected madam/sir

          I would like to inform you that i have recharged the d2h with rs.300/- for the d2h customer id [53356113] of murali m yesterday i. E. (15/04/2020), after that i have tried and tried to create my own pack (Mera wala plan) on website (www.d2h.com). the recharge was successful but the mera wala plan was not activated showing an error message "your request could'nt be processed now due to some technical error. Please contact customer care" and amount of rs.6/- is charged and getting deducted when i tried to create the own plan.
          I even tried a number of times to contact the customer care but i didn't get a single chance to talk despite of 10-13 minutes of being on call and also through e-mail but no response except an auto reply showing other things which are not related to my issue.

          I can't even have access to a single channel except fta channels since yesterday (15/04/2020). I can't even be able to subscribe through a-la-carte system, through mobile and also through the website.

          Hence, i request your good office to kindly to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest to resume the service as early as possible as my account gets charged everyday with out any service.

            My d2h customer id[protected] with registered mobile no-[protected] using videocon d2h since 2012 may.
            I have adjusted so long even after such a negligent and worst services by them.
            Case: my d2h has been deactivated on 15.04.20. By the time i had recharge rs 300/- today at 9:00 am. But the service was not resumed, only free chanels are showing. When i want to add the chanels through d2h portal login it appears msg "technical error contact [protected]"
            On calling the number no response got, i have called more than 50 times just msg wait our customer representative are busy, i have lost more than ra 125/- on mobile balance.
            On sending mail regarding this they reply system generated stating 24x7 service through d2h app and customer care.

            They are fooling and looting the people's
            It is also to mention here that my d2h a/c balance shows only 277/- out of 300/-
            I could not understand where the amount has been gone.

            Please treat the matter as an urgent

                I recharged my d2h on 27/03/2020.
                But not even single channel is working and they are can't even provide any customer care not even any call about it after waiting of more than 20min on customer care number. And now they do something which cause problem in remote because remote is working and suddenly none of its button is working.
                My balance is now reduced every day and i am not even watched anything because nothing is going on, all is like they are thugs. They are thief in simple language. And they said same things all time when i call their customer care bye recorded audio.

Plz help me out of this fraud site in google the security page of payment is not secured at that time.

                        Respected sir/madam,

                        I am shivprasad shelgavkar. I have a d2h videocon connection under user id[protected]. I had recharged my above said connection on 19th march 2020 with a-la-carte channels and basic pack. But service provider automatically added some add on channels in my pack without my selection of that channels on their website. Today when i switched on my tv then i got a massage of recharge date is 10th april 2020, which is too early as per my selection of plan. After talking several times with customer care, they are not ready to accept that these channel are activated from there side without knowledge of customer and they refuse to refund the money they have charged for those channels which are automatically added by the website system in my package. Videocon d2h is cheating its customers by adding add on channels automatic in their subscribed packages. Please look into the matter and provide me the resolution. Please force company to stop this kind of cheating through their website. So that consumer will not get cheated again and again. Please waive of my money at the earliest.

                          Dear sir/madom, i have done online banking recharge for my videocon d2h customer id is[protected]. This recharge has not succeed. But amount of inr :-650 is cut from my state bank of india account. I have recharged from debit. My sbi account is showing value date:- 07 april [protected]april 2020), and narration :- to transfer inb bharat business channel l tech_baratb payments, and ref. No. :[protected][protected]lgailbivy2 transfer to [protected] state bank of india o, and debit :-650.00 is showing in my account. This amount has cut from my sbi account but in my d2h account have not received this money. I am sending the proof of online payment transfer detail and please request to you take action quickly on this report.

                              In order to watch FTA channels, the connection should be in Active status (Not Deactivated). Furthermore, the basic pack is also required to watch FTA channels.

                                    Even after recharge my set top box is not working. They have not provided any service yet even after 26 hours of recharge. Horrible service by videocon d2h. Please have a look at it. My set top box id is[protected] and it is showing error of e 100-4. I also had refresh my set top box as advised by videocon but nothing worked. So please look into the matter and help me.

                                        My videocon d2h id is[protected]. During lockdown, while recharging my account it came to my notice that channel no. 214 ie. Rangmanch active has been added to my account. I have never watched this channel ever before. I am unable to delete this channel. I have been frantically trying to connect to helpline no. S for past 7 days (Call time exceeds 40 min. Without response).
                                        I want refund for this unsolicited attitude from videocon.
