After amphan videocon d2h told us they would be no charge for engineer visit but they charged me they said the days we could provide service and you tv had no signal i would offered a refund, they didnt do when i complain they harras us, they disconnect phones they dont reply to email

I am bloody furious and need help.

      Sir/mam,
      I nitesh kumar agarwal is a customer of videocon d2h with customer i'd[protected]. I complained to change my registered address which was wrongly registered as
      Balitikuri, howrah, howrah, west bengal, 711113.
      I had complained about this issue over different period of times but my problem remained unsolved. I would like you to change my address as soon as possible so that this problem is solved as this problem has turned out to be very old now.
      I would like you to change my address to the following
      322, g. T. Road, kabli kothi, tirupati apartment, flat 1p, block 2, belurmath howrah-711202.
      I think the concerned authorities will look into the matter and solve it out as soon as possible.

          I was bought videocon d2h from my brother hari singh. He was shifted in new delhi still 1 year because of his job so i can bought this videocon d2h from my brother. I have to change my registered name so please change my old registered name hari singh and update the name sanjana singh

            I recharge my d2h on 13/06/2020 my customer id is[protected] when I recharge Order ID is[protected] is come but its shows me security error . and amount deducted from my account, my bank transaction details. and order id details is enclosed . Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.

            they told me it will be solved in 36 hours, after 2 / 3 days they blocked my mail id and i can't contact them i also contact costumer care no.[protected] they didn't response properly .

              On 16/06/2019, i was making online payment for videocon d2h recharge and on completion i received message from the sbi stating your transaction was successful. On 15/06/2019 i received msg from videocon d2h saying that they have not received any payment. On scrutiny, it came to understand that the payment had gone to naukriaim info tech pvt. Ltd. Of a transaction of rs, 300/- vide reference no. Igiuguad2
              I regularly used pay from the videocon d2h site and yesterday also i opened same site and started making payment. How come the payment went to your account i don't know. I hereby request you to revert back the payment to my bank (Sbi). The said payment is wrongly credited to your account, which you please revert. D2h customer id[protected]

                      In last week only i replaced my d2h set top box because my old set top box not getting power. Customer care told me replacement charge is 250 & technician visit charge is 200 but that technician took total 700 rupees from me. After installing new set top box from next day onwards after switching on tv i can watch tv only for 15-20 minutes then it shows 'signal not found' msg. Then i need to switch off tv for 15 mins then again i have to on it. This cycle continues. I mailed to customer care lot of times but they are not responding properly. And now they blocked my mails also. Also i am not able to login in their website. From more than 5 yrs i am using d2h but now i am feeling that this company is simply hopeless. They don't know how to give service to their old customers.

                        There is mismatch of transactions listed in d2h database. All the three transactions are done using the paytm.
                        Below are the transaction date with amount.
                        Below are my queries:
                        1. The transaction on 8-april 2020 is not available in d2h transaction history. How?
                        2. Also there is mismatch in amount for the transaction done on 6-march.
                        3. I have done recharge on 8-april-2020, and the due date would be[protected], but i had to make a recharge on 20-april-2020 as my balance was low.

                          I called him again he said its your and companies issue he has nothing to do with it and he abused as well
                          Behanved bad really pathetic
                          I have been calling nodel offer since morning he is just making excuses
                          Its been 4 days but no assistance from any one

                                To whomsoever it may concern
                                Every month, i complain and their engineer comes saying set top box problem and thus deducting 450 rs every now and then
                                Home visit 200 and set top box 250
                                Videocon d2h set top box doesnt come with any warranty... The owner, ceo, customer care noone cares for customers, minting money

                                  I had already complained many times in this month only but you didn’t resolve my problems till now

                                  I had do recharge by mistake for 3 months and i called customer care to refund my amount and i will recharge 1 month but they told me to first recharge for 1 month and i had done the recharge for 1 month as told my [protected]@d2h.com and they told me if i will recharge for 1 month they will refund my 3 months amount as double recharge as done by customer they will take a complaint and they told me amount will be deposite in my bank account which i had given in my previous mail

                                  If you don’t give my refund amount i wood like to live the d2h family

                                    We have been trying to reach your customer care for last 4-5 days, no complaint has been filed, they keep disconnecting my call. I told th that half my channels are coming and half channels it is showing "signal not available". The money i paid for my subscription is also getting wasted and on the top of it there is engineer visitation charge i have to pay... That is so unfair. What kind of customer service is that? I have loose so many days money and now i have to pay extra. Ridiculous it is!!
