On 16/06/2019, i was making online payment for videocon d2h recharge and on completion i received message from the sbi stating your transaction was successful. I am struggling since two days to get my "no signal"issue fixed, raised 2 complaint as well calling to d2h customer care. I always get the same answer as technician will visit and look your issue....

I am receiving a product advertisement call almost every day from d2h (D2h.com).

My mobile number +91-[protected] is already registered in the national do not disturb list and i have not given any permission to d2h (D2h.com) to communicate about their products.

Request you to instruct d2h.com to stop doing this.

In last week only i replaced my d2h set top box because my old set top box not getting power. Customer care told me replacement charge is 250 & technician visit charge is 200 but that technician took total 700 rupees from me. After installing new set top box from next day onwards after switching on tv i can watch tv only for 15-20 minutes then it shows 'signal not found' msg. There is mismatch of transactions listed in d2h database. All the three transactions are done using the paytm.
Below are the transaction date with amount.
Below are my queries:
1. The transaction on 8-april 2020 is not available in d2h transaction history. How?
2. Also there is mismatch in amount for the transaction done on 6-march.

We have been trying to reach your customer care for last 4-5 days, no complaint has been filed, they keep disconnecting my call. I told th that half my channels are coming and half channels it is showing "signal not available". The money i paid for my subscription is also getting wasted and on the top of it there is engineer visitation charge i have to pay... That is so unfair. What kind of customer service is that? On sunday morning at 8:30am i have login to d2h.com after that i go to recharge section then i select upi/qr code options then i select qr code then i scan the qr any pay my payment after that the amount is debited but doesn't recharge my dth after that i called to dth customer care saying that we didn't get a recharge amount please refund my money....

The request is that i am using videocon D2H service from last 10 years and from 25th may my connection was disconnected by the company. Even after repeated complaints/requests to the company, no one is try to fixing it.
