    My customer id. is[protected].
    I already have Amar Bangla combo pack but none of the channels are available, it shows signal not available.

    I have been calling in Videocon D2h customer care service since 28th of May every day they say that they will be an sending an technical staff with in 24 hours to resolve the issue but no body actually comes to check.
    Customer care staff is also very rude and unprofessional, they give wrong information and every other day they say a different problem.They even hang the phone while in conversation.

    If they are so incompetent with their work then they should not charge unnecessarily for the services that are not being provided. It's so inconvenient even to ask for assistance when there is no body willing to listen to my issue.

    I hope My complain will be resolved as soon as possible.

      I have been customer for four years, same happened to me today. I was getting an error, after complaint they asked "engineer will visit you and charges will be applicable in case of any defective part". If engineer visit for rectifying the error they need to confirm for engineer visit service charges Rs. 250. After my confirmation only they want to take complaint. I really got surprised to listen this, Rs. 250 for what and warranty is only 1 month. Though I logged complaint,

      Videocon D2H is now cheating the customers.

      No proper explanation received from videocon d2h.

      As confirmed by engineer it is signal issue.

      But videocon d2h charged to customers for signal issues.

      Excellent service provider if we do complaint to customer care they will charge Rs. 200 in future.

        I have been customer for four years, same happened to me today. I was getting an error, after complaint they asked "engineer will visit you and charges will be applicable in case of any defective part". Engineer visited and pull and reinsert the card and asked for service charge 250/-. I really got surprised to listen this, 250 for what and warranty is only 1 month. Though i logged complaint, but i think they will not respond.
        Videocon d2h is now cheating the customers.

          On sunday morning at 8:30am i have login to d2h.com after that i go to recharge section then i select upi/qr code options then i select qr code then i scan the qr any pay my payment after that the amount is debited but doesn't recharge my dth after that i called to dth customer care saying that we didn't get a recharge amount please refund my money.

            The request is that i am using videocon D2H service from last 10 years and from 25th may my connection was disconnected by the company. Even after repeated complaints/requests to the company, no one is try to fixing it.

            That is what is happen to me. I got a call from No. [protected] on 25th May in which the person said that he is a technician from Videocon D2H company to resolve the complaint and asked me to provide the OTP show on TV screen. I told him that i did not give any complaint before and my TV is working fine. After that he started insisting me for OTP and i refused him to give. After that i receive a message that " Rs. 200 have been posted for your account" and thereafter my D2H was disconnected. After all this happen i am complaining/requesting to the videocon D2H company, but no one is try to fixing it. I am deeply saddened by the work done by the Videocon D2H complany. Please Help me.

              Very unprofessional attitude my customer support. I lodge complain about my set up box, while they said within 24hrs they will help. Complain i logged on 30th may still no engineer nor the customer support called and informed me the status of my complain. I called again and they have been always in a word very shortly they will attain my complain. Very casual and unprofessional attitude. Now i am interested to disconnect the connection and looking forward to get my advance recharge amount as it fails to provide service. I recommend here that this should brought to public knowledge so that no one should suffer with this unethical mechanism by videocone d2h.

                I had experience worst service on d2h videocon i had recharged by mistake for 3 months i want to recharge for only one month and i complain to return my 3 months amount to customer service but they didn’t respond correct with me and they try to refuse and they disconnected my calls too and i had mailed many times on [protected]@d2h.com but they are unable to clear my problem and my taken amount also this is not correct if i’m tel to refund the amount you should return it

                Till now videocon d2h has not refund my Amount it is just avoiding my complaint and giving excuses regarding my complaint and Madinaguda which is Hyderabad Madinaguda Srikanth videocon Service Person till next that we want refund your money and his contact number is [protected] how is he to till me that thing videocon should take action against Srikanth and till him to apologize me for his rudeness behavior and my complaint should resolve my Complaint by Monday are I Should take straight action against videocon d2h against this rude behavior

                      Hi,
                      My stb stopped working abruptly on 20-may-20. I had just recharged of 600 on 14-may-20 for the month. The box was heating for last few days, hence, there was possibility that the box can not be repaired, hence, i raised complaint to d2h customer care for stb fault and asked replacement. Customer care executive registered the complaint and said to pay 450 rs only inclusive of engineer visit (The period when lockdown still active).
                      After 2 days, the local office executive called and confirmed same and provided engineer contact details.
                      In between 3-4 days, i struggled calling customer care, local office for immediate response as lockdown was already released at my region.
                      Engineer came next day and taken stb and remote in custody and told me that he will be back with the replacement.
                      The replacement was done after 3 days of long time of custody finally on 29-may-20, i was asked to pay 450rs for stb & 200 rs for remote & 200 rs were deducted from my d2h recharge balance.
                      The remote cost was surprising, as i did not asked to replace remote. Also, as the stb box is inclusive of the remove why these local asked for additional 200 rs for remote.
                      I told the same to the local office, he agreed to waive remote cost, and confirmed the 200 rs deducted from my d2h account will be refunded.

                      My complaints:
                      1) the delay of 10 days cost me (600 recharge/30 days) * 10 days lost, i. E. 200 rs
                      2) rs 200 deducted from my account are not refunded as agreed
                      3) remote is always included in stb whether we purchase from market or vendor, even my mi box includes remote in box cost. Then, why remote cost of 200 rs was asked by the local office.

                      My view:
                      1) rather asking directly for money, the local office corrupt people asked money through other non legitimate ways
                      2) i replaced stb box not single remote, then, separate charges for remote should not be applied
                      3) without my consent, how can the d2h officially deduct money from my account?

                      I am seeking resolution for above 3 compliants.
