Very unprofessional attitude my customer support. I lodge complain about my set up box, while they said within 24hrs they will help. Complain i logged on 30th may still no engineer nor the customer support called and informed me the status of my complain. My stb stopped working abruptly on 20-may-20. I had just recharged of 600 on 14-may-20 for the month. The box was heating for last few days, hence, there was possibility that the box can not be repaired, hence, i raised complaint to d2h customer care for stb fault and asked replacement. Customer care executive registered the complaint and said to pay 450 rs only inclusive of engineer visit (The period when lockdown still active).br...

I want to inform you that while recharging through d2h website for my monthy recharge of videocon d2h 'mera vala plan ' of 317 rs i put account no. 20629983 instead of[protected] the account which by mistake got recharged is of customer name - dramandra singh, his rtn -[protected]

I kindly request you to return my money or recharge my account instead of his.

I have raised a complaint in d2h customer care regarding "smart card not inserted properly e04 error".

Their service engineer visited and remove smart card (Sim like mobile sim) from back of my smart led tv.

Then he rub that card from an ordinary rubber to clean it, and insert that card again in tv.

Now my smart tv works fine...

As i am trying to switch on the setup box. It’s not responding. I call to videocon customer service. An engineer has visited and he also told that setup box should be replaced but the videocon customer service totally ignored the problem and giving 3-4 days for service of setup box. Actually setup box needs replacement. So please try to solve my problem and replace the setup box as soon as possible.....

I recharged my d2h account on 14th may 2020, it was done successful still it is not reflected on d2h account. Your customer care executives are giving reasons that they have not received payment. Phone pe support say that the payment is done and they gave a reference id too. 48 hours have passed still the recharge is not done yet. The customer service and nodal officer are not replying.
