I have done Videocon D2h TV monthly recharge of Rs.275/ through your Recharge it Services on 07/03/2017 at night 21.00Hrs.Rs.275/- are deducted from by bank account vide tran.id no.[protected]GAAXRAJA4 of SBI Chiplun branch, but this amount is not reached towards Videocon D2h services.So my T.V. is not recharged & started again.Please ook in to this matter & transfer the amount & restore my services.Videocon D2H customer id is 81109236.Solve the case as early as possible.
